First time at this location. Exactly what you would expect from a Jersey Mike's. Staff was friendly, food is the same quality that you would get from a JM in New Jersey. (I grew up near Point Pleasant, NJ so I have a little bit of experience at Jersey Shore JM's.) Tables were a little dirty even though there were seven or eight employees working at the time of my visit. I didn't see anyone acting as a manager leading the staff so there were employees standing around when there weren't any orders being processed. read more

Every single time, I walk in and there are at least 8 employees behind that counter. Every single time, only 1 person is making sandwiches, and working the cash register. With the same gloves. I was the 2nd person in line for a turkey and provolone sandwich, nothing sexy, took 17 minutes to get in and out. 1 guy in front of me. And no I don't want it mikes way, stop saying that before anything has been done to the sandwich, I want it my way, not mikes way. Also Way way way too slow during rush times. Not sure why, but leadership here is in the weeds and it shows on the line. If you have 45 min for lunch- DO NOT go to this location. Time will get you in trouble. Every single time. I can't anymore.I tried. read more

Currently waiting on an online order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. Whenever we try to call this location to place orders, because we often havr difficult modifications, the phone is busy. We ask about this at the counter and they say "Oh, someone must have left it off the hook." Sandwiches are good. Too bad ordering online takes ages and phone orders are impossible becausr they dont answer the phone. Go somewhere else. read more

O love Jeesey Mike's in general. However, this review is specifically about chicken salad... I had been loving the chicken salad sub For 8.95 Rick, creamy, and filling, the sandwich hit the spot every time. Yesterday, chomped into my sandwich and something immediately wrong. Not rich and creamy but cubed over spiced and under filled in the roll. Had a pleasant talk with manager who informed that corporate got too many complaints about the creaminess of the chicken salad sub So reformulated to cubes. Just not for Me read more

I had such a rough morning with my sick daughter and they went above and beyond for the service of curbside that they don't offer anymore. Thankyou you so much. read more

Really great food. I have rarely had better sandwiches, but . . . I have a complaint about Jersey Mike's that runs counter to one of the gripes mentioned in the recent MSN article, and that is being asked if I want my sandwich Mike's way. I guess some people do, but I don't, and it is annoying to have to deal with the question. I want the sandwich the way I like it and am happy to explain exactly that I want. I have never done it, but I don't blame customers for answering, "No, I want it Mary's way" or "Jack's way," whatever the customer's name may be. The question from the sandwich maker invites that response so I don't care if saying that annoys the sandwich makers. Better to just ask "What do you want in your sandwich." I feel strongly enough about this that I leave a tip when I am not asked if I want the sandwich Mike's way and do not when I am asked. read more

We absolutely love jersey mikes! Best sandwich around! Food is always good, service was great and the ambience is nice as well.

We have gone in so many times and no issues they clean the meat slicer for my husband every time we go for his dairy allergies and always make sure the counter is wiped down but tonight the girl making his sandwich didn't wipe the counter so that if the was any sort of mayonnaise on the counter it wouldn't get on his sandwich now we have a sandwich that he won't eat. read more

Placed an online pickup order and unfortunately we did not receive everything we ordered on our sandwiches, and they skimped on ingredients a lot. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Medford, Oregon

The food and service was amazing. I am partial to # 2 Mikes way, easy on the lettuce, add mayo. Great sandwich

The food is fresh all the people working there are really nice and inviting. I eat there about every day of the week #5 with Swiss and you can ask for whatever toppings you want. I know I eat there a lot but they all have taken the time to remember what my order is and half the time they have my sandwich started even before I get to the head of the line. For the company I work for, they ordered catering during our busy season in the holidays and the people from Jersey Mike's stayed late to make sure the people on our graveyard food was fresh and not sitting around all day. The price is comparable to other food places but way more healthier and again really fresh. Thanks you guys it is always nice to see a places go that little extra mile. read more

These sandwiches are the best. They're made fresh with fresh ingredients and you just have them put on what you want. Much better than some other brands I've used. read more

First time ordering. I felt rushed and the employee made me feel like I was annoying him by asking questions. Food, not so good. They barely put any meat on all 4 sandwiches I ordered. Felt like an overpriced Subway read more

I just don't understand WHY its so damn difficult to get what you order! I've ordered the Chicken kahuna sandwich maybe 50 times and for whatever reason the last 7 times now, ive been handed the Steak. Unfortunately I don't always have time to unwrap it to check, and I shouldn't have to! I then discover these errors after I'm back at work and can't leave again. When this nonsense occurs, I go without dinner because I don't eat steak! This is NOT rocket science to build a Correct sandwich!! read more

Great as always! Friendly staff and the best sandwiches, always makes for a wonderful lunch!

The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are the best! My personal favorite are the cheesesteaks!

Great food, great service, efficient, friendly & delicious. Better than other sandwich shops, even other Jersey Mikes!!

If you want a freshly prepared delicious sub sandwich that's not dried out, then this is the place. Quick, friendly teams take my order, make my sandwich, ring me up and I'm off to enjoy it. read more

Came here with my shy niece who is kinda spoiled and new to the world. She wanted a sub sandwich so she took 10 minutes to look at the menu and finally said, "Can I tell them what I want?" Yes weirdo, you can. So I made her do all the talking and the employees asked her questions so she could pick the fillings and they were very helpful. I like that there is both indoor and outdoor seating in case you want to sit with your dog. It's a perfectly good place to eat, but I din't give it all the stars just because I'm not a sandwich person. That's not their fault, but they'll never my choice if KFC and Panda are in the vicinity, which they are. read more

spent 20 minutes driving the grants pass parkway to get to Jersey mikes. ordered 2 subs to go. spent 20 minutes to get home and enjoy my sub. had to throw it away as the bread was completely dried out. not a single portion of the bread was edible. called the franchise. call immediately hangs up. made 4 separate call attempt, same result. Will not go to Jersey Mikes ever again, as this has happened a few too many times. read more

It was horrible. Bunch of high schoolers joking around and not being serious. Not for a tmi but it gave me the poops.

Love the food and the service is always great. Cleanliness is a bit of a concern though. The restaurant dinning areas are always spotless and the bathrooms are clean. The problem is the scraper they use to clean the counter top in front of the veggie station. They scrape off the remnants from the last sandwich into a catch, then the scraper sits in the catch. Most times I go this scraper has black mold all over it and you can sometimes see it get gunked up with new black filth when they bring it out of the catch out to use it. I used to go to the Grants Pass location before this one opened and they never had this problem. read more

Very annoyed!! Walked in with 7 employees chatting about who was going to get the last 3 energy drinks. I actually had to ask them if they were ready to take my order and then got an eye roll. They didnt acknowledge any of us when we walked in. Then the blonde just hands me back my order and doesnt say a word. I asked, what do you want me to do with this? She said hand it to him. This guy was literally 2 feet from her and we were the only ones in the store, you can hand it to him. I love their food, but the employees will be the reason I dont return. Need some "older" management and not have kids running the store. Better staff, better service read more

The crew is working in blue nitrile gloves. This would have impressed me if I hadn't stood there and watched them clean, restock , and touch multiple dirty items, including money, with the gloves on and then turn around and start to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Just gross!! Gloves are only as clean as the hands that grab them out of the box. Plus, change your gloves after cleaning, sweeping, stocking and handling money. read more

It's been roughly a month since my first review/constructive criticism. I waited until I was sure the employee's disruptive behavior was truly resolved and I am most happy to report, it is! We are very happy to once again enjoy our meal in peace. I want to thank Jersey Mike's management for quickly handling our complaint..We are grateful. read more

The subs always taste good and the staff is very courteous. They make the subs the way you like them.

The food is great. The customer service is EXCELLENT. Kevin and his staff always greet us walking in the door. Kevin has made it a point to remember my son Tony's name. Tony is mentally challenged and it makes him feel important:) Now several employee's call him by name. Kevin also remembers our orders. Great customer service as well as compassionate and caring. read more

Service sucks . Too busy socializing , should focus on their job which is simply making sandwiches.

So I don't make it to the south side much but have been wanting to check out this place for a while, so after a game of golf, I needed some food and found myself in Jersey. The place is open, clean and friendly staff. They greeted me when I walked in and thanked me when I left. Now the food. I ordered the #13 (The Original Italian) and it did not disappoint. I got it "Mike's way" and then added a little mayo and spicy mustard with banana peppers. The team put this beauty together with care and not just slopping the toppings on. The sandwich was perfect, every bite. I washed it down with the vanilla creme soda (mmm..), wiped my hands and called it a success. I plan to go back and try out other creations and would recommend this place to anyone finding themselves in the area. They have a great outdoor patio for the perfect day. Check it out! read more

My husband & daughter really love this place. It's grown on me. I couldn't think of a sandwich chain without thinking of Subway, and this is definitely worlds better than Subway. The people who work here are really nice & professional. Much fresher than I expected. Love it! read more

I have never had a "bad" sandwich here. Some are better than others, due to personal preferences, but with the ability to customize your sandwich and the fresh ingredients and fresh baked bread, you should be able to create your favorite. Always good and always fast! read more

I go here pretty often the sandwiches are really good my favorite is the Italian on the parmesan bread, Delicious! And their brownies are reaaaaaally good. I've gone here ALOT so I have experienced some mess ups with them, one time my sandwich was too soggy and soaked in oil but now I just say light oil and it's since been fine, they had also forgotten items and left out the mustard that time. They have forgot my chips on a different order I ordered online too, however over how many times I've gone I always come back because it's good and reasonably priced plus they're people back there making the food we are all flawed and make mistakes don't y'all tell me you always get everything right in everything you do for yourself and everyone else. read more
