Awesome pizza and wings. Went there 3xs while I was working in Medford for 2 weeks. Would definitely go back if in Medford

Loved the playlist vibe. Good pizza and nice choices for beer. One of those pizzas that makes you eat more slices because whats one more right? read more

Food: it was excellent. I really enjoyed vegetarian pizza and the crust was awesome. We had a large crowd and everybody had a good time. Food was really really really good highly recommend. Staff: Sarah was extremely friendly and very helpful. She's very nice we like Sarah Hubby says she's the bomb Diggity. Ambience still looks like sizzlers no Sala bar they took that out but it's a pizza place. What do you expect? Will we return? I am Hubby say yes we will return because we really really enjoyed it. Final thoughts : I recommend this please please go there and say hello to Sarah. She's nice. read more

Our families very favorite spot in town. GREAT sandwiches, salads, pizza. Excellent service and a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!

The ham, sausage, and pepperoni expensive $32.99 Meatatarian pizza was overcooked and crunchy; cheesy bread sticks were room temperature. I ordered Ranch Dressing but instead received the marana sauce. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the meal as it was overcooked, and it smelled like burnt plastic. I have been to this pizza place twice before and the service and food was much better. It will be while before I go back to spend my hard-earned money for mediocre food. read more

Our meatball sub had Super crunchy bread and was barely warm inside. The pizza thin crust was good, but the fresh jalapeños did not have the seeds removed- and there were many- creating raw spice instead of tasty spice The water had some pronounced after taste. The Beer was great! read more

Great lunch special. Friendly folks. Comfortable This is a great place for a quick. Lunch of very quality. Their pizzas are amazing and their sandwiches are delightful--the bread they use is light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. read more

This place has great pizza, but for me the sandwiches are the thing that keeps me coming back.

Long time caller, first time poster. My family and I order delivery from this spot just about weekly. They are always really kind on the phone, and the delivery guy is absolutely the friendliest. You will not get better service with food delivery in the valley. Now, the pizza- I don't know what it is that they do exactly but this pizza is phenomenal. I am a pepperoni gal myself, so that's all I can really speak about, but dang!! The crust is crispy and sometimes with a little char on the little bubbles- my personal fave. The sauce is flavorful and kinda chunky, so the pie isn't overflowing with sauce but it has a ton of tomatoey flavor throughout. The 'ronis are perfectly layered through the pizza and you're sure to get some with the crispy edges on every slice. Easily the best tasting pizza in Medford. If you're here to read reviews to see if you want to try this place, please do. read more

Really pleasant staff and amazing pizza, light flaky crust with plenty of the toppings to make for what was one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. I will definitely stop here again if I pass through Medford in the future. Thanks for an amazing lunch! read more

Clean welcoming environment. Had the lunch special, slice of pizza, house salad and a drink for $12. Crispy crust, full of toppings and great sauce, It was very good, I will be back! read more

Ok, ordered a simple pizza this evening because I didn't want to cook. First, I have to say, if I was the owner of Jackson Creek, I would be embarrassed to let something so horrible leave my shop. The pizza crust was soggy dough, sauce had no flavor, and after counting the pepperoni's it had 37 total. The menu, as shown below says pepperoni and cheese, pepperoni, more cheese then more pepperoni. Ok in hardly think 37 slices of pepperoni's even comes close to the description. If you placed the pepperoni's side by side I really doubt it would have covered 1/3 of the pizza. Even if the entire pizza was covered, it still would be a $27 pizza. For $27 I will never order from this pizza shop again. This was at best an $8 pizza. Again if I'm the owner I'd be embarrassed to have something this bad leave my shop. read more

Wow! Lady at the order counter was a bitch. And I'm saying that lightly. This chics attitude towards us was alarming. It was the most difficult order I think I've ever experienced. She was sassy and rude. We finally sat down. Our 5 items we ordered were delivered literally 5 minutes apart and she literally just placed the items on the table without saying a word. Looked like she had a rough night and should have not come to work today. I miss the old downtown location. read more

Great delivery service, will deliver to almost anywhere and amazing food! My favorite pizza is the inferno.

There was no one else in the restaurant for the entirety of our meal. We paid $37 for a basic large pizza, very mediocre to say the least. The music was loud and the speakers were blown so it sounded awful. Consider fixing the speakers or just turning down the music. read more

At New location on biddle. We have been waiting for it to open and our first time returning 2022, no one/employees wears masks. Very disappointing to see. My familys ben supporting this local family owned business but since they obviously don't care about its community health and well-being, they have lost our business. At the old location downtown main st. the employees always wore a mask. read more

Ask for a BLT Calzone w/cheese. Trust, if you are a bacon lover, you will not be disappointed. Bring a big appetite

Jackson Creek Pizza moving from Downtown Medford to Biddle was a bit of a disappointment until my family had Saturday lunch there. Wow. The familiar blended with the new to enhance its always welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are enthusiastic about thermometer at the one year Anniversary of the move. Food is always pace-setting the community. Pizza, sandwiches, salads all primo!! Best lunch/ dinner salads in town Kids welcome. Separate areas for gatherings. Be sure to congratulate Tim the owner on a great decision. read more

IMPORTANT THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ON THR WHITE SAUSE AND NOT THE RESTAURANT: the white sauce is runny and heavily applied to my calzone, The flavor is on the right track but I think it could use more garlic and cheese, and possibly a dash of salt and pepper. But the sauce was so runny it turned my calzone into a calzone soup in a bread bowl one one half the other half just the bottom was really soggy, the other was a pool of grease and thin sauce, my advice 1 let application, 2 more thickness, 3 more garlic, I believe that would really help it sell read more

Major shout out to the owners! Came and ordered lunch on Christmas Eve and was able to pick it up quickly. They were awesome snd the food was great. Will continue to support take out while covid is going on but can't wait to sit back down inside! Thanks again guys! read more

Pizza and wings were great. Delivery was quick and food was still hot! Prices were reasonable.

We ordered mild wings with our pizza. When the wings arrived, they were so HOT!! that neither my partner nor my stepson who routinely eat hot foods were able to eat any of them. We called and spoke to both the counter person and manager Autumn . She said all of their wings are buffalo even though the menu shows mild, hot and barbecue. We were unable to eat the wings. After discussing with manager we were told we wouldn't be able to eat any of their wings. We paid $8 and were told we could get a $5 credit. Extremely poor customer service.z why show 3 levels of heat if they are ALL EXTREMELY Hot! read more

A pizza with great ingredients (artichoke hearts, chicken, white sauce, plus a nickels worth of cheese should not be this bad, but it was horrible. Dry, overcooked, sauce?, a pitance of cheese. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had and I have a few years under my belt. Service on a to go order should not be an issue. When I told the young man that the price on their website was a couple dollars cheaper, he said he doesn't do the internet. I was just asking that he pass it along to management so they could change it, but his response was simply "I don't do the internet". It wasn't about him. The first and last time! Save your money. Meh. The pizza was not very good. The crust was thin and tough and bland. The greasy toppings slid off the crust. We tried 4 different varieties and the consensus was the same on all. My daughter said the pit ham tasted like pit. For the price, we could have got much better pizza so next time we will. Sorry Jackson Creek, this family of 5 won't be back. read more

I ordered the small 10" pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza was good but the cost was $16 !!!!! Are you kidding me? I'd rather get a bigger pizza at Little Ceasars for $7. This place won't last with those prices! read more

A very nice location and the staff was friendly. But the pizza and breadsticks were pretty disappointing. Very thin, and not a lot of toppings for that price point. The calzone was better, but not great. We would not eat there again. read more

Thought I'd save myself a few minutes of parking time downtown and come to this location. I'm going back to the downtown location next time. The produce quality is not nearly as good. Several pieces of slimy spinach in my salad. Serving size is smaller also. Guess this is why the place is empty. The downtown location has GREAT salads! This location just needs better quality control. read more

Ordered for delivery on a Friday to Hampton Suites hotel. On time and pizza/garlic bread were both hot and fresh. Enjoyed both, and garden salads were fresh as well. Pizza crust was chewy and delicious, even the "edges" were good! Recommend, but if you need plates/forks/cheese etc. be sure to ask, we did not receive any of these (always surprising, we are in a hotel, so should be a no brainer) read more

According to Medford foodies, there are two pizza joints in Medford that make a worthy pie. One is Kaleidoscope, the other Jackson Creek Pizza (JCP). As a pizza lover and heavy user of said meat, cheese, sauce, and, to a minor extent, veggie pies, I want to weigh in on JCP. It is conveniently located (about two blocks) from my house and delivery is always fast and convenient. Food always arrives warm and fresh. The pizza is good (not exceptional) and in my opinion a little pricey for the size served. Toppings are usually high quality, and crust is good. Now, where they shine, is the calzones. I like mine simple: Sausage, olives, mushrooms, no yuppie ingredients for me...LOL It is comparably sized to a medium pizza, and is just as filling for half the cost. Crust is good, and fillings are high quality meats. Order a side of marinara to dip the crust in. As I am always trying to lose weight (as a foodie it is a never ending struggle) I try to stay away, but it sure hits the spot when I have a craving! read more

Honestly, the best part of this place was it's drivers customer service. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. Kept sighing when I was asking what kind of sodas they had, even though they don't have them listed on their menu. I'm usually not one to complain. But I was baffled by the way they spoke to me. After about an hour I had called to NICELY ask for an eta, and the lady laughed at me and said without even asking my name or order. "Honestly we're really busy, it'll get there when it gets there, it could even be on its way" I was so uncomfortable I just thanked her and hung up. As someone whose worked customer service, I would have just asked me to hold or at least been polite. So I emailed the company to try to let the manager or owner know what happened, this was probably two or three weeks ago. And never got a response. I'd say the only perks of this place was how nice the driver was and that the food was relatively cheap. The people who take your order make you feel like you're inconveniencing them, but they don't have an online order option. I'd say the pizza is honestly mediocre, and obviously management doesn't care about even apologizing for their employees horrible service. I'd rather get Angelo's or dominos. Both of which have never been so rude. read more

Came in for an early dinner with my wife on a Sunday and ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was fine but the wings tasted like jerky. To say they were overcooked would be an understatement.
