I placed an online order around 5:40 for a 6:30 pickup. I work out at the gym above and knew I would be downstairs then. I walked in at 6:28. There six people ahead of me in line. Fine. When I finally get to the counter to tell them I'm there to pick up my online order, they tell me they haven't started making it yet. Twenty minutes wasted before I have my food. The best pizza I've ever had was in Rome, within walking distance of the Coliseum. The second best pizza is at Bobbio's Central Point. The combination deep dish pizza melted in my mouth. Bobbio's pizza is covered in toppings & the crust is perfect. Their gluten free pizza is the best I have had locally. We have gone to several sports parties and they are so generous with donating the kids team pizzas. They are ADA Accessible and have elevator access to the second floor. We have a pizza party on the 3rd Tuesday of every month for our chapter members and guests from 1130 to 1330. This time and the time before last we ordered a bacon and tomato pizza ...get home NO tomatoes ..called last time , they said sorry and the next time will give free pizza ..last time said something about promised pizza and all we got was , sorry ..we have no record of it . We enjoyed an occasional pizza from Bobbio's because of disappointments from Abbeys, Round Table, & others in our area. I hadn't gotten a pizza from Bobbios since last summer. What I got tonight was nothing like previous pizzas I had purchased before. The crust is now a 'spongy' texture and tomato sauce recipe is no longer the italian flavor that I used to enjoy. So, flash forward a few years. We stopped going to Bobbio's much, not just because of the prices, but the quality changed. BUT, I WILL NEVER BE BACK after the way they handled the Corvid-19 shutdown! They still had pick up of course, so I thought I'd splurge and ordered online. They give an estimate of when it will be ready, and from experience it's usually faster. I am in a higher risk group, so waited in my car while a family member went in, at the time it said. I ordered online, prepaid, so all we had to do was pick it up, NO WAITING WITH OTHERS! He waited and waited and waited. I could see LOTS of people through the windows waiting and several (at least 3) children running around. I finally texted and asked what was the problem and was told the pizza was NOT IN THE OVEN YET! I said, come out and I will cancel it. When I called the man was very rude. Said they were busy. Said the people were "social distancing." Said the children were not using the arcade machines. Well, there is now a children's play area, and they WERE touching those things! I got a refund, but his attitude when called on his lack of concern for distancing measures (this was when restaurants could only do take-out) has guaranteed I will never go there again, and will tell this story to anyone who mentions Bobbio's. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area. So much for their "strong faith" as far as loving their neighbors. Oh, guess what the family member who went in told me recently? Lots of TV screens. We ordered the Canadian bacon & tomato pizza. It was okay though the toppings tended to fall off. The crust was good but there could have been more sauce. The staff was friendly and efficient. There is no salad bar but a variety of salads are available. read more

How is this pizza place still in business. 32.00 for a large pizza with soggy crust and soggy toppings. Well, we were trying it here for the first time because we heard good things. The girl at the counter was our first impression and absolutely gave us the vibe that hating her job was at the top of her list. Shayna was her name, we wanted beers but she just hurried us up and never got our drink order so that was a lost sale. We got our Salad with a plastic fork. A huge group of guys came downstairs and were ordering so I waited forever to ask for two glasses for water. We spent 56 bux (there were only two of us) and didn't even get drinks. Plastic fork for dining in was a put off and then the portion sizes for the price was disappointing to say the least. In my opinion not a good value but the owner is really nice so that's why it got 2 stars instead of 1 star. read more

My husband and I were looking for a place that delivered today and came upon BobbiO's on UrbanSpoon (very surprised it wasn't on Yelp). We checked out their menu on their website and found very creative specialty pizzas and oven-baked sandwiches. I called and the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, they were short-handed today and were unable to deliver anywhere, but I didn't mind picking it up. They didn't take AMEX, but their food looked and sounded so good that it was seemed worth the drive for the ATM. It's easy to find and there is parking right out front. Inside it was clean and smelled yummmmy! The guy at the front was nice, had my food ready, and even offered to help me out to the car with it. :) I kinda wished that I hadn't left the hubby and baby at the hotel because the place had a great almost college town pizza parlor vibe. The sandwiches I brought back were huge! They were hot and smelled delicious! I ordered the Steak Sandwich and added bell peppers; it was like a Philly Cheesesteak , but with chunks of steak. Melt in your mouth good, with just enough cheese that when you take a bite there's that one string that stretches to your sandwich from your mouth. My husband got the BobbiO's Specialty Sandwich and I didn't try it, but he ate it in like two seconds. When I asked him if it was tasty just the look on his face was "I basically inhaled it, of course it was amazing!". The small salad I got was yummy. Nothing special, but the lettuce was crisp and fresh (along with everything else) and it came with Saltine Crackers. Overall I would definitely eat here again, probably sit in the restaurant and eat next time. I loved my sandwich and can't wait to eat the other half of my sandwich. :) read more

Pizza and service were great! We ordered pizza to be delivered to us in nearby Southern Oregon RV park. Person who answered the phone was professional and polite. Delicious pizza was delivered in a timely manner (about 35 minutes) by a very personable young man. We travel to and from Alaska and order pizzas delivered all along the way and would recommend Bobbio's to others traveling through. read more

We were very excited that we got a gift certificate for Bobbios. We love to go out to eat and have never been here before. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our take out. We waited over 30 min. for our order. We were the only customers and they had 3 employees working. We ordered a steak sandwich, Bobbios sandwich, criss cut fries and 2 salads. We dined in here last night for the first time since reopening again due to COVID restrictions. They accommodated our larger party while still following the 6 people per table and 6 feet apart rule. The staff were amazingly fast and friendly and continued to provide great service during our stay with beer refills and busing tables. Bonus was that food was great too.! Since we are from out of town and had never dined here before, we did not know what to expect. Wings were amazing and Bobbie salad and pizza were good too. There was something to do for adults, teens, and little kids while we were there so all were entertained. Definitely recommend this place! read more
