Pizza is great ! Some of the best in town but why would you go back to pre-packaged Ranch? It is not the same, not the right color or taste and BTW the packaging squirts on you EVERY time you open it, sorry but until that changes, we're out. 5 Star on the pizza and service but pre packaged ranch is a bad business decision.-zero stars Sorry Abbys tried this before and it was a complete failure. Don't care how much it was "tested" It is no longer made in house, it's not the same and definitely does not test the same read more

This Abby's restaurant was totally disappointing. I was raised in Oregon and was excited to see this Abby's restaurant near the airport that I was flying into/out of while visiting family in southern Oregon. We ordered our favorite linguica pizza that Abby's is famous for. However, when we received our pizza and had our 1st bite...oh boy, this wasn't right. The sausage tasted funky. The sausage was old tasting and definitely tainted. Huge red flag to anyone eating at this restaurant. I've ate linguica pizza at several different Abby's locations in various Oregon cities with no problems. This is the first time I've ever experienced this poor experience. I'm hoping I don't have any GI issues, I'm about to hop on an airplane. Stay away from this Abby's location. read more

Not my preferred pie. Deep dish is dry. I like detroit style that is lighter and has fried edges. And it was also cut unevenly. Very unevenly. We also orders a Greek salad yet they don't have any Greek dressing. The salad is nice. It has some artichokes but black olive instead kalamata. Also they gave us Toca sauce when we asked for hot sauce. A few thing to improve. read more

Great pizza, kinda mediocre service. Interior is a bit worn and dated. Should probably do takeout next time, but I do like the pizza

I had noticed these Abby's Pizza places all over Oregon, so I decided to try this one out while I was recently in Medford. I have to admit, the place did not seem very up to date and well kept, so I was a little apprehensive going in. As it turned out, I ordered a 7 inch mini bbq chicken pizza. It was totally delicious! It was actually much better than many such pizzas I have paid a lot more money for. The 7 inch mini goes for only $8.80, and I thought it was plenty for an individual meal. Also, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful here. So this place gets high kudos for the food and service, but in all fairness the ambience is not all that great. read more

Family outing food was great customer service great until CANDINCE walked in for her shift. My fifteen year old son went up front and asked if he could have ones she said she couldn't hear him he repeats himself and she yells I STILL CANT HEAR YOU so he repeats it YET AGAIN but louder and now she says YOU WANT A ONE FOR A FIVE her demeanor and body language rude as can be. His sister and friends watching her as she yells at him. We will not be returning until she is gone read more

Glutten free pizza was great with the Caesar's salad. Service was good and staff friendly.

I placed an order over the phone today at 5:03pm, and explained i have a coupon for free 16inches pizza i won at a charity event. the lady on the phone suggested getting the heart shaped pizza for Valentine's and i asked if my coupon works and she said it would. When i got there, my coupon was Not accepted because the heart shaped pizzas were already discounted from $30 to $22 and i can't use a coupon on top of a discount. i tried to understand and asked her why she said it was OK over the phone and then still wanted me to pay $22. a coupon that says FREE 16 inch pizza is free, wether it originally costs $30 or $22, right? the lady asked her manager who said he wouldn't honor the coupon and the other coworker looked at the coupon and tried to explain why a "FREE coupon" doesn't work .... So weird !!! so i explained i would Not be purchasing a pizza tonight at their establishment and my daughter and i left. what a uncomfortable thing to explain to my 6yr old and why we have to go down the street to another pizza joint..... I was very disappointed the manager was there and didn't even try to listen to me or come over and explain it..... Beware of this location read more

First thing I noticed when I walked in was how run down it was. I ordered my pizza asked for light sauce and once the transaction was final, I said thank you and the kid that took my order said nothing back. The kid that brought me my food was nice. I noticed that the mushrooms on my pizza were an afterthought and where barely cooked. I asked for light sauce and all of the sauce was in the corners of the crust and didn't make a for a good bite. The kids and I say kids because they were all very young no adults and stood around talking. There were 2 other tables besides me so not busy, so I guess they had nothing else to do. The sketchy people who came in and went straight to the lottery room did nothing for the atmosphere. Not very inviting nor pleasant experience. The pizza is expensive for the number of toppings even for the Abby's Special which always has a lot was cut back. I will not be back. read more

We ordered pizza and Greek salad delivered to our camper at Southern Oregon RV Park. The thin crust pizza with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage and extra cheese was great!! Greek salad was ordered with onions on the side (and came as ordered) with balsamic vinaigrette-which was very nice. All was delivered in a reasonable time and the delivery man was very personable and polite. We have ordered pizza from here previously when traveling through and most certainly will again. read more

Mediocre pizza at best with a cracker crust, did not honor request for side of ranch. Will be trying the other local spots instead.

Don't do it. Just don't. How can you mess up a simple pepperoni pizza? Why is the crust mildly sweet like a donut? Why does it seem eerily similar to DiGiorno in taste? Why was the seal on the box ripped? (Ok, that could've been the delivery guy or whatever.) How can it look so good but taste so plain? Why does the cheese have on odd texture? Listen, I've had pizza from all over the US. I admit the bar was set high. The thing is, I enjoy a vast majority of the pizza I've had. It's really hard to mess up pizza. My child-like understanding of cooking + using the basic ingredients you can get from a grocery store ....WOULD TOP THIS. When the big name pizza chains has you beat, you've messed up. When I've had better pizzas in college/hospital cafeterias, you've messed up. I'm not interested in a copy/paste response from a rep for this restaurant either. I'm simply going to leave this review and PRAY that Oregon has better pizza than this. read more

Great pizza! First time at an Abby's and this one had great pizza. We tried the taco pizza and it was pretty good! Definitely go back for a quick slice the next time I'm in town. read more

Melissa the manager at this location was very unpleasant and Uncompassionate, she seems miserable. We noticed her using crass language and tone towards the employees. Overall, our experience was tainted by the customer service interactions but the food was well prepared. read more

Had our last planned civilized meal here before reaching our camping destination, we had in the car since 5:30 in the morning and stopped here for a late lunch or early dinner, Linner. The pizza was good, we were starving; but im pretty sure that it wasn't just frozen pizza heated up real quick like most pizza chains. The veggies on my pizza were fresh and there was plenty of them. The crust was a fantastic thickness, not too doughy or too crunchy. Boyfriend got something with meat which he seemed to really enjoy. For a chain pizza place it wasn't the best pizza I have ever had. But none the less a solid choice for road trip food. read more

I honestly think the delivery driver that comes to my door every time I order. . .is on crack, or something similar. There is seriously something wrong with that guy. He never completes his own sentences, he sporadically flails about, and say's things like "how ya doing tonight? Good-good" without waiting for a reponse. When I give him a tip, I almost feel like telling him to not blow it all at one meth lab. Aaaanyway. . .regarding the actual pizza, I still order it every couple months or so. Therefore, it can't be THAT bad. I mean, it's better than the typical fastfood chain-pizza a la Pizza Hut et al, but that's not really saying much. For the most part, it's typically satisfactory for 1980's small-town pizza-PARLOR type of stuff. . .it's the kind of place you take Lil' Junior out to, to celebrate his loss after a little league game or something like that. It's pretty good for what it is, but it would fall flat in a larger city that has better options. Oh, and another thing. . .DO NOT use your credit or debit card. They seem to have a consitant hang-up with charging orders to cards twice. I've been double-charged twice. Within 6 week of each other. Upon my confronting them, I was met with a "my bad, dude." Seriously. read more

Why? Recently moved into the nearby neighborhood and realized Abby's was one of the only pizza places that delivers to our house. It was the first night in the new place and we ordered some pizza. It was horrible. It tasted just wrong, undercooked? Something was wrong. And then I was sick to my stomach for 3 days after. We have had Abby's in the past and I remember it always seeming kind of gross but this was the nail In the coffin. Obviously it's cheap pizza so it isn't going to be great, but trust me these places aren't clean. I'm not sure why all the born and raised people kiss this companies ass so much, honestly, truly, the worst pizza in the valley. read more

Video game room was dirty, littered with napkins, glasses and tumblers. The staff was unfriendly. The dining tables are smashed together so tight that a person is unable to navigate. They no longer offer free soft drinks to gamblers. Their beer prices are outrageous. And the pizza is not as good as it once was. Disappointed and will not return. read more

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. Another Yelper says they have good Chicken, so maybe that's worth having. But the only their pizza is "legendary" is legendarily bad. Medford is not the hotbed of good food. If you're looking for pizza I would have to steer you to one of the chains. At least with Pizza Hut and Papa Johns you know what you're getting. read more

Waited nearly two hours for an online order! I called after an hour and a half and they hadn't even gotten my pizza in the oven yet. The guy on the phone told me that it was a really busy time and that they had had a big party. You're a pizza place. Get it together. If you can't handle taking online orders, disable it. Pizza isn't bad and they did send the money back to my account right away. So they do know how to do some things right. Highly suggest physically going in to place an order. And stare at them the whole time you're waiting. They need the motivation. read more

When they're good they're good, but it doesn't make up for the inconsistent quality and order accuracy. They recently made our Uber Eats driver wait for a long time and then cancelled the order with no explanation. Maybe other locations are better, but we're done with this one. read more

Abby's is our favorite pizza place when visiting Oregon, and we always end up going to the Florence location two or three times when we're staying at the TT South Jetty campground. We hadn't had enough Abby's pizza, so decided to stop by this location on our way home. We're glad we did! We ordered by phone and asked to have our pizza and spuds ready at 2:30. Arrived at 2:20, and our order was ready right on time. We ordered our usual: pepperoni pizza and mojo's. Thought the mojo's weren't cooked enough, but they were awesome (as usual). Plenty of sauce on the pizza, nice crispy crust, and they even turned on baseball on the TV for us. The manager was very friendly, and was nice enough to let us buy two Abby's beer glasses even though we didn't buy beer. Worthy of SIX stars! read more

Great pizza, easy ordering delivery guy quick we asked for a few ranch, have us about a bottle of ranch. All good.

Simple order of pepperoni and chicken. Delivery from 5 min away. Resulted in 90 plus minute delivery time. Paid $2.95 delivery, added a 20% tip, and still gave the driver a tip. Big mistake, next time just pick it up. read more

I love Abby's! I live in Seattle, but grew up in Medford. I'm here visiting and just had pizza delivered and they literally forgot 1/2 my pizza! Taco pizza without the lettuce, tomato and cheese. Serious letdown after a super long drive. I still love Abby's, though. Heck, I've bought it down here and put it on ice and drove it all the way back to Seattle before. Even though I'm disappointed in tonight's pizza, they're still good! read more

We were traveling through Meford tonight going back to San Francisco and really needed some small pizza shop style pizza. It was great. Maybe the decor is a bit rustic, but not crap like some of the dive places where we live. The crust was just right, about medium to thin and crisp on the outside - no burns. The pizza had plenty of toppings and all of them fresh. Their beer selection is a bit limited, but don't let that stop you. The pizza is great, and better then most places where I live. We almost skipped this place because of the very few ratings, but glad we didn't. Check it out, there is the more popular looking joint up the street, but when we drove past it looked like an hour wait to get in. I suggest skip the young trendy crowds and just dive into some pizza goodness at Abbys. The weary traveler was welcomed. read more

Good food. As good as the other Abby's I've been to. The atmosphere feels like the pizza places that sprung up everywhere in the 80's.

We stopped here from our drive from Sac. Great Pizza. If you like a crispy crust this is the place. And the staff is awesome!

Stayed at motel 6 on Biddel Rd. and found this pizza joint near by. Ordered a pizza with half beef half salami with all shrooms and order of hot wings to go. Tasted great; pizza right thickness and crispness. Plenty of toppings. Chicken wings good too. Friendly and complete service. For what my son and I ordered 5 stars. Why the 5th star? Service and attitude by everyone I interact with. Probably head there again tomorrow or next time I'm in town. Son and I happy! Oh, and free Wi-Fi too. read more

I only wrote 1 star because I couldn't leave 0. The bathrooms were terrible smelling, the employees were rude and they talked crap about the customers loud enough for others to hear. The pizza was very mediocre, but I will never come here again. read more

Love Abby's Legendary Pizza! The Crater Lake location has always taken very good care of us when we order in or out. No extra charge for ranch dressings which is a pleasant surprise and they are so generous with the toppings on the pizza and extra's. Great value and so proud to support a local company. Abby's is very philanthropic in our community too - that's why they get our business over the national chains. Well done Abby's!!! read more
