I generally do not trust restaurants without women working there. Men have a tendency to be brusk, inattentive and low in the quality control aspects of what can be served. This Thursday lunchtime at Delta Waters it was nothing but dudes in the kitchen and at the bar and tables but the aroma of bread, pizza and hot meats, coupled with 6 hours after breakfast, lowered my red flag. Yowsuh! It has been many decades since I had a simple sandwich this eye crossingly delicious. An Italian sub should be sexy and satisfying: check and double check. I just wanted to roll over, have a quiet cigarette and a nap. OMG. My wife was equally impressed with her chicken caesar wrap. It had freakin' capers! We walked in an ordered "for here", should have gotten it "to go" but it was too late. A couple bright their very large, very hairy dog inside. The 2 employees did nothing but pet the dog and make comments about how cute it was. This was not a service dog by no means. They were feeding it table scraps, it was whining and trying to walk around the establishment. The couple kept saying "ssshhh" to the dog. When they walked out the dog came over to our table. Walked in the door and the guy took our order and was super nice. Sat down all tables and the floor were pretty dirty. Ambiance was no good. Couple next to us had a kid that was very disruptive. He was swinging on the kitchen door and flinging a sticky hand towards the kitchen and all over the soda machine. Someone was also vaping INSIDE. So gross. Food was super salty and bland. Got up to ask for a fork as I didn't see any and no staff to be found. Over all super disappointing and probably won't be back. :( read more

I love love love this pizza place, and usually go to the downtown location. I picked up a pie from the Delta Waters store and I was sad to see staff not taking any 'Delta' precautions. Went to Jackson street pizza on Delta waters ordered A pint and a 14" meataterrien supposed to have ham ground beef sausage pepperoni The total was $37.50 I asked him if that was for the pint and the pizza and he said yes I question further to find out that the pizza is $25.50 and the pint was $4 for happy hour He then relented to the fact that the total would be $29.50 When I got my pizza it had one piece of ground beef 1 piece of sausage and 7 pepperonis and cheese I told him I wanted my money back and left not happy with jacksons street pizza. So I've eaten pizza a few times at this location, and they've always done an outstanding job. This particular visit got me so stoked for their subs and wings. I had the pleasure of being ya served by Robert for my veggie sub, and Shea made some wings. Let's talk about the veggie sub. It was $5.99 for a 4 inch, and I had a plethora of fixings to choose from, as well as a red, pesto, or white sauce as a base. Now I'm not normally one to get a veggie sub. It just doesn't make sense. But man, this was by far the best veggie sub I've ever had in my life. I'd rather stop here than Subway any day of the week. A little later my boyfriend met up with me and decided he wanted wings. The guy cooking them, Shea, asked if I wanted to try a sweet and spicy sauce. I was like "sure!" The guy literally made a sauce there on the spot and it was by far the best wing sauce I've had. The beers and ciders on tap are a nice touch, too. The place is clean, the service is always super friendly! I've gone to JCP since their store was at the new Albertsons Starbucks. Always loved their food and atmosphere. But...DW store lacks atmosphere, but more they lack the same quality. The pizza crust is like a leather shoe and the wings are burnt and meatless. Sorry JCP, I love your hometown spirit, but always disappointed with the DW store. This may be our new go-to pizza joint. Ordered the Jackson Creek, and a Spicy Italian Sausage & Pit Ham pizzas. The pleasant guy who took the order said 15-20, and they were hot & ready to go when we arrived. Their marinara is very good, and doesn't overwhelm the toppings. Just the right amount of cheese, an generous with the other toppings. We were first-timers, wanting to give the small joint a try. The wait time & high prices at Kaleidoscope got old. Pretty good pizza, but not consistently. Ordered delivery a handful of times, mostly good except for the floppy crust we got two times in a row. If you pick up a piece of pizza, the crust should hold up the toppings with maybe a little help, not slide off onto the plate because the entire crust is limp and wet (undercooked). read more

I got delivery and it was here in 30 minutes. The employee on the phone was awesome and very friendly. The delivery driver was amazing as well. I ordered a 6 inch Hot Roast Dip sandwich and a 12 inch Maui sandwich. Holy shiZnit the Hot Roast Dip was amazing!! It was garlicky, roast beefy and OH SO RIGHT. This may be my favorite sandwich EVER. I haven't had the pizza yet but I'm guessing if this sandwich is that good then the pizza must be off the chain!! read more

This Jackson Creek Pizza branch is a bit hard to find as it is in a small commercial building on Delta Waters Rd. behind Office Depot. I ordered a Jackson Creek Sub (6") - Italian Chicken Sausage and Peppers. It was very good with Taylor Italian Chicken Sausage, bell peppers, onions and mozzarella. The bun was firm with a crunchy crust and tasty-not the usual mass-produced variety. The special comes with drink and a choice of a bag of chips or salad. A small nearly overflowing plate came with lots of iceberg lettuce, two tomato slices, three onion rings, chopped black olives and croutons with dressing on the side. They serve combinations, and you will like what you order whether you a vegetarian, a carnivore, or anything in between. I have ordered pizza and salad's from Jackson Creek at both the Medford location off Delta Waters and also the one downtown and have always been very happy with the pizza. Until today, we ordered two pizzas, salads and breadsticks, which totaled almost $100 including the tip, which by the way, was a generous one of $15. The deluxe style pizza was not as expected. We have ordered this pizza numerous times in the past and this one particular time, it was very short on toppings. When we called to speak with the manager the guy who answered the phone, his name is Robert, said that he was the manager and was quite rude and said there was nothing he could do about it and complained about minimum-wage and said that the managers told him not to use as many toppings, so there was nothing he could do about it and that the price of food is going up. He then actually even hung up on my mother when she let him know that we were going to be doing a yelp review and here it is. Also, I let him know that we would no longer be customers because of the attitude that we were given. I do not recommend pizza from Jackson Creek anymore, it is way too pricey for such a skimpy pizza. A little kindness goes a long way and that certainly wasn't the case here either. read more

The four of us all agreed that your pizza was the best we have ever had bar none. Love the thin crust and was cooked perfectly! The facility was clean and inviting and service was good!
