Call In Order ! This was my first time to try Jason's Deli. The drive through was busy, maybe we should have pulled in to the curb service/ pickup. Food was good ... I've never seen a baked potato this HUGH !! Wow, was not expecting anything this large so I ended up ordering a BLT. I'll be eating off of this meal for two days I believe. Sandwich was good yet (bread was a little hard or old). The area around the building was clean and well taken care of. Drive through was easy to get in and out of. We took our food back to my friend Joy's house and ate while we watched a movie.

I love Jason's Deli. The salad bar is awesome! Also, free ice cream... what's not to love. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid, so it's very nostalgic for me. The service is nice and fast and the restaurant is comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Example look at all the chives/green onions I didn't order

Not only did I wait a while for this food but they got my order wrong and it's not even that hard. All I wanted on my potato was bacon cheese and butter. I said no chives/green onions and no sour cream you actively had to add more stuff than the ticket said and we were the only people in line they gave me a refund so I appreciate it

No joy here. I didn't know what to think when I saw the little burger box that had my veggie wrap inside. They cut a mostly empty wrap in half to put in here. Maybe the lesson is to always eat in the restaurant. At least then we would be able to look each other in the eye.

The New York Yankee with chips of choice, $13.99, a large chili, $6.49 and extra 1000 island dressing. Everything was very good.

After shopping at Hulen Mall I stopped here for a to go order and got two of my favorites, the New York Yankee with 1000 island dressing and a large chili. The sandwich has 3/4 of a pound of corned beef and pastrami with Swiss cheese on toasted rye bread. The meats were warm, moist, tender and tasty. The chili was very good, the meatiest I've ever gotten from a Jason's Deli, and was still hot when I got home.

I was grateful as I would have been doing that the previous few weeks had it been suggested. I got 35 shrimp Sunday. 7 come in a regular side protein. So basically it's buy 4, get one free. Today I came in around 4. I ordered the family shrimp and only got 28. Had I bought 4 regular sides I would have gotten 28 shrimp and it would have been cheaper. Needless to say, not happy as I really like the food here. Also I have spent hundreds here before someone told me about the rewards program. I use gift cards so I've lost out on the opportunity to collect or keep mine tracked. It wasn't till today when I inquired I was told to save receipts and scan them in. Might be something to train people for the future... Posted below, Sundays shrimp & todays. Really pissed it's been 5 days and no response from a management. I just called and person answering the phones told me the difference between a single serving of shrimp and a family portion is a single has 7. And a family has 35.

I was hungry after the gym and decided to give it a go. I went in a the gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and asked if I had been before and when I told him I had not he explained the portion sizes and options available. I ordered on the kiosk and sat down, they had plenty of seating available but if it was during prime lunch or dinner hours I'm sure it could get crowded. They called my name at the pickup window very quickly. I ordered the Honolulu chicken and the Huli Huli chicken. Both were very very good, I'm not sure which I liked better because they both had such good flavor. I think I liked the way the Huli Huli chicken was cooked a little bit more as it was larger chunks but you can't go wrong with either one. The rice was good, not dry or soggy. I was slightly disappointed in the Mac as it had too much pepper for my taste but was still ok. Overall very good and I plan to come back for sure.

I love that they season their vegetables and the rice is always cooked perfectly. I am now on a pescatarian diet, but I used to tear up their sweet and spicy chicken. I'm not a fan of the Hawaiian style Mac but that's just me. They also have some tasty sauce options. The portion sizes are worth the money you pay. And if you compare them to other Hawaiian food competitors, Hawaiian Bros wins...Hands down! I will definitely be back.

In a restaurant heavy town, this food truck entrepreneur turned brick & mortar sets a new bar for…read moreothers who have gotten too comfortable in this market. The food is thoughtfully curated for variety on the menus, the atmosphere is subdued and comfortable, and the service is on pace with whatever timeline you need or want them to be if you let them know. In a time where those things no longer seem to be a given, it's a refreshing delight! At this point, I've tried about everything on the menu. For lunch, the tuna salad is my favorite but you honestly can't go wrong on this menu made to enhance the fresh, natural taste of the foods on it. You can also get steak at lunch even though it is not on the menu... just ask. The owner personally shops daily to ensure whatever you order is fresh, and the meats are sourced from Tarleton in Stephenville so you are supporting local ranchers in addition to knowing its origins. On the appetizers, the shishito peppers fresh bought fresh locally are a great option. The dinner menu is equally as delightfully hard to go wrong, with one addition I wish they would add to the menu, but you can still always get... Tuna Steak. Any other place who has this in the area does it in ways that are either coated with sesame seeds/oil or is not fresh to the point you can smell it (fish that smells fishy is not fresh!). I love the tuna steak with a side of the sautéed mushrooms, and a starter of the homemade Caesar salad (made without mayonnaise, using fresh ingredients). With fewer and fewer places offering things that are healthy, it is a great place to get incredible food, at an incomparable price for what your money, without having to stray from a heart healthy, food allergy, or other restricting diet (be sure you let them know if you need adjustments for allergies or health reasons). I appreciate that foods made with butter can be adjusted to olive oil, my very restrictive allergies can be accommodated for, and the flavor does not suffer for doing so. Desserts & drinks are equally as memorable, and only make a wonderful meal that much more unforgettable. If you're looking for a great dining experience, without breaking your wallet compared to the same foods at other local establishments, this is the place! It is not kid friendly, which is welcomed to me because I want to enjoy a night or a lunch out without fuss. It is a quiet, relaxing atmosphere you can talk to people in without yelling at each other. If you want something different than the menu items, they will even make things like Beef Wellington or likely whatever your heart desires if you plan ahead and talk to the owner or GM. They also do catering for events and will customize a menu if you need or want it for your occasion. If you haven't tried Fort Redemption, you're missing out, and if you have then you already know! Support local, enjoy the freshness, share it with friends, and go back so we can support businesses that are locally owed who don't gouge you with their prices!!

Before choosing to dine here, I strongly suggest reading the owner's responses to negative reviews…read more They may tell you everything you need to know about how ownership views the customers supporting this business. Unfortunately, our experience firsthand only reinforced that impression. We were a party of six, four adults and two kids. They were clearly short staffed, with one person covering the entire floor and bar and the owner working in the kitchen. We completely understood that and were patient. After an extremely long wait, the kids' entree they were splitting came out last and was wrong. We asked for it to be remade, but they were so hungry from waiting that they ultimately ate the incorrect meal rather than continue waiting. After finishing, we waited more than 20 minutes just to pay and eventually had to take my card to the server. When the check came, we had been charged for BOTH the incorrect entree and the replacement. After pointing this out, we were told, "Don't worry about it, we'll fix it later." I asked that it be corrected before I paid. Another 15 minutes later, we received the corrected check and discovered an automatic gratuity had been added. I asked to speak with the owner and calmly explained that I understood they were short staffed. However, given the excessive wait, incorrect food, double charge, and overall experience, I was surprised by the automatic gratuity and that we were charged for the incorrect meal at all. His response was by far the worst part of the experience. He was dismissive and condescending, rolled his eyes while I was speaking, and showed absolutely no concern about our experience. At the end of our conversation, I told him that I thought speaking with him directly was the right thing to do rather than simply leaving a negative review. After his response, I told him I now planned to leave one. His response was: "Go for it. Go crazy with it." So, here it is. Mistakes happen. Restaurants get short staffed. Food comes out wrong. I can understand all of that. What I cannot understand is an owner treating a customer with such disregard after that customer made every effort to be patient and address the situation respectfully and directly. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, this experience spoke volumes. We obviously will not be returning. And based on the dismissive and combative responses you've left to seemingly every other negative review, I fully expect your response to this one will only reinforce the point: when customers praise your business, their support is welcomed but, when they have a legitimate complaint, their experience is dismissed, argued with, or treated as though it simply doesn't matter. That is an incredibly unfortunate way to treat the very people whose money and support allow your business to exist in the first place.
