Above & Beyond - A Standout Subway Experience! Stopped into the Subway on Camp Bowie Blvd W in Fort Worth today (9/1/25) for a quick lunch, and I've got to say--this visit completely exceeded my expectations. We all know what to expect from Subway: decent sandwiches, decent speed. But this location? It stood out in all the right ways--and that's 100% thanks to the incredible woman working during lunch today. I didn't catch her name, but she absolutely deserves some recognition. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me like we'd known each other for years. It was like talking to your best friend--warm, upbeat, engaging, and genuinely kind. On top of that, she was fast, efficient, and clearly knew her stuff. The sandwich she made was hands-down one of the best I've had from any Subway in years. The store itself was spotlessly clean, which is impressive given the challenging area it's in. There are a lot of unhoused individuals around, and if you're familiar with the neighborhood, you know it's not the easiest spot to maintain a business. But this staff is clearly on top of it--they keep the lobby tidy, welcoming, and safe. I work nearby and will absolutely be making this my go-to lunch spot moving forward. The lady working today is an asset to this store and the entire Subway brand. Someone needs to seriously consider her for a promotion--she would make an excellent team leader or general manager. Came In today and there was no one in line, the worker told me to wait because she was too busy doing something on the computer. Then her manager had to tell her to help me because clearly she had better things to do. Then she was helping me and another customer came in, and she began making theirs, she had me wait until she finished with theirs instead of finishing mine, and checking me out. At this point I had lost my patient and told her to finish mine and check me out. She then told me that she was the only one working, which is not my problem they are not hiring people to work there. She was rude and dismissive and her lack of professionalism shows. If she would have helped me in the first place, she could have finished and helped the other guy in a timely manner. Stopped in to Subway, honestly, because I had won a $250 gift card in their on line Contest. We have always loved subway, but it's hard to get gluten-free products as I've been recently diagnosed with celiac disease. Lo and behold they had gluten-free bread for only a dollar extra... I am in heaven! I'll be honest with you, I miss sandwiches - so I'm not sure the sandwich is super extra good or really just really super extra good! Very happy here. read more

Apr 16Details I went in there bc my girlfriend wanted subway. When I entered and ordered, right off the bat, the gentleman who was working ( black with a tattoo around his right eye) immediately called my girl 'lil Mama's then was rude to me and her. Asked me like 20 times during the 20 minutes I was there if I wanted mine in the oven or not which I answered Everytime yes. When asked for our cups bc I bought the meals was told no not yet and proceeded to take another 10 minutes just putting one sandwich together. Am pretty sure he was high on something. Overall, was not impressed with customer service or the rude treatment towards my girl or the overall satisfactory of the whole experience. I have written them twice and emailed the actual person who owns the store and left message at the number and still have not gotten a response which tells me they do not care about how customers are treated. read more

Employees act like they don't hear you when you ask for things, both employees slumped on all the toppings, the younger girl ignored me when I asked her to scan my subway card and apparently they let people bring dogs in to eat with them that aren't service animals. And yes he sat at the table and she fed him her food. (Side note human food will make dogs sick). Will NEVER come here again. Manager - get your employees together. read more

I said to the kid making my sandwich (also in front of the manager) "That's a 6 inch???" Instead of just using the other half of the bread they both just stared at me. So yeah I measured it when I got home, because I'm pregnant and irritated. If you're going to charge customers based on the length of their sandwich then give the customer what they paid for. May not seem like that big of a deal but I'm sure if I asked them to make my sandwich a little bit larger they wouldn't of done it for free, they would of charged me. They expect customers to pay for what they get and I expect them to give me what I pay for. Fair is fair. read more

It's Subway, can't really go wrong. The staff is always super nice. I love going here for that delicious lunch or dinner take out. I'm a fan of all the subs, but lean towards the tuna or chicken breast....the cold cut combo is pretty tasty too! I'll be back....a lot. :) read more
