I love this place and will definitely be returning. The shop itself is super cute and it's cool that it's also a flower shop. The prices were decent, and I enjoyed the music the barista was playing. The Rose Cake and Brides Gown specialty drinks were very good. My friend had the Dirty Daisy and really enjoyed it as well. read more

Jasmine Jo is a new coffee business in the location that used to be Solo Cafe. I spent a good chunk of my time at Solo Cafe when I was in grad school, and I truly loved the atmosphere and coffee. I was so happy to find out that the folks who owned Solo have sold it on to new proprietors. As much as I loved the old coffeehouse, it was apparent that the owners' hearts were no longer in it and they were focused on their other business. So the good news is that Jasmine Jo is still all the things I loved about Solo--great atmosphere, great coffee, good music, friendly people, and a nice quiet place to get work done or visit with a friend. LOVE this place. Their bakery items aren't overly sweet, which is nice. I've had the London Fog hot and iced - it's great, but I ask for 1/2 sweetener, so not sure how it is fully sweetened. My spouse says the coffee is good. The shop is terribly cute, to boot! read more

I was looking for a cute little, relaxing coffee shop to hang out at for a little bit with a good drink so I decided to try this place out. Nice coffee shop. Friendly staff, yummy brews. Will check back again for a tea sometime. Only reason this got 4 stars rather than 5 is it is hard to find and no streetfront signage. Had to call to be guided in, and in the 30 minutes I was there heard them take 2 similar phone calls. I'm sure they'll figure out a way to make it easier to find. Other than that I recommend this place. My mantra: anywhere but Starbucks. read more

The place is cute. But we ordered an americano with extra ice because we love tasting more espresso and less water also we live in the dessert and ice doesn't last long. The lady made it with barely any ice. Asked if they could fix it and the gentlemen maybe just didn't understand but he poured out half my drink down the sink and filled the rest with ice. This didn't nothing to fix the ice to espresso ratio since it had already been made before. And it was really unprofessional to pour someone drink down the drain and give what's left back to the customer. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but still frustrating when paying $6 for a drink and not getting what you ordered. read more

My favorite place to get coffee and tea in Tempe by far! Their espresso tastes so good. Since I've tried it, every other place's espresso is meh by comparison. Their matcha latte is also one of my favorites. Every barista I've interacted with has been beyond nice to me and my drink is always on point. On top of all that, they have so many plants around and also fresh, unique flowers and bouquets for sale. There is comfortable seating and reasonable prices. A must try. read more

Went twice back in February. Wasn't greeted at all by any of the associates in both the flower shop and the coffee shop section. The coffee and the muffin I ordered was above average, but their cold stares and attitudes was a huge turn off. Went a second time for their monthly coffee specials and same thing. The barista did say "hello" but sounded cold and unfriendly. read more

Such a cute place but the service this morning was horrendous. One tea and one latte took 33 minutes and they got it wrong. Another 7 minutes to get the new drinks. Will never patron this business again. read more

This morning I just happened upon Jasmine Jo Coffee Shop and what a wonderf find. As I told the owner this is something straight out of Boulder, Colorado. Its chic, its cool, its hip and very charming. Its a new find thst I am going to share with my friends. The coffee shop is in the back, the front is a flower shop. I love fresh flowers. They put together a beautiful bouquet of fresh peonies and greens for my wife. And the thing that was especially great is she created it right in front of me. I enjoyed her artistry. So treat yourself and support this fantastic business of fresh flowers and coffee shop. read more

Seems like they care more about their ahwatukee location. Asked on their post about their valentines drinks if it was specially for both cites (Tempe and ahwatukee) but they never responded. Throughout February seen post about their "Cherry Valentines" drink being made at Tempe. Decided to go there the week on Valentine's. Turns out they didn't even have the syrups because they didn't sell it at the Tempe location. Was annoyed because I asked at the beginning of the month if it was going to be at both locations. Anyways like I said they mainly care about their Ahwatukee location (which is about 25 minutes from the Tempe one I wasn't about to drink). read more

This little place is great. Service is both friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks are awesome - they have some of the best cold brew in Tempe. The only downside is that it's hard to find because they don't have a sign out front and the main entrance faces the back parking lot. But it's worth looking for! read more

Ambiance is 5 stars. Cute flower shop in front and even cuter coffee shop in the back. They have a variety of pastries, even gluten free stroop waffles which I have never seen before! Tons of coffee and tea options with a variety of flavor and milk options. The barista Zahara (I think that's how you spell it) was so sweet and welcoming as a first timer. Hidden Gem indeed, as another reviewer previously mentioned. The owners of this establishment are really nice and hardworking, the space is small but very quaint and feels like being in a wanderkammer of flowers and feminine finds; very peaceful. The coffee and tea are good although the variety is not as wide as other places. My favorite is the Jasmine latte. I highly recommend it if you are into floral aromatic blends because its perceivable but not overpowering. Their cookies are also delicious if you are looking for something to accompany your cup of coffee. Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a pleasant morning or evening of coffee and a beautiful floral bouquet/arrangement from the equally lovely,accompanying flower shop. read more

I think it's time to finally leave a review after coming here for about a year! I live right across the street and walk over whenever I'm free. The thing that really makes this place 5 stars is the manager. I've worked in a similar environment and loved it all because of my boss. After becoming close with some of the employees and spending a lot of time there I've seen the manager interact and engage with her employees like actual human beings! She is the sweetest woman ever while still holding down the fort. I wish more coffee shops were ran with empathy and high expectations because it makes everything else fall in line. The baristas are kind and consistent because you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. The coffee is great because you know the manager actually listens to feedback. And the vibe is so peaceful because you know it's a open discussion area. I've never had a complaint but if I did I know it'd be heard! This is officially my new favorite place on the planet and I'm not sure if I should tell everyone about it so they can experience it too, or if I should just keep this hidden treasure to myself. It's a little hidden, but definitely worth the find. First of all, you walk through a flower shop to get to it (which is just adorable). Then, their customer service is amazing and so personal, and their coffee (which is from Flagstaff) is delicious. However, I feel like the part that really gets me with every coffee shop is the environment. The vibe of this cute little coffee shop is simply the best. There's a few small tables in front and a small back room with the cutest couch ever where I've sat both times I've gone. It's been the perfect place to meet up with friends, catch up, enjoy some good coffee, and buy some extremely beautiful yet reasonably priced flowers on my way out. 11/10 recommend. read more
