Banana cream pie
Timira M.

I have gone by this place a few times and never went in until today. So glad I did because this place is amazing. When I immediately entered I was greeted by an employee. I asked what did she recommend and she the banana cream pie. Thats what I ordered and I was so glad I did. The price came out to be a little over $7 but the portion is a decent size. So glad I picked this flavor because its so good and reminds me of banana pudding. I can't wait to come back and try some more flavors The place is really clean and you can order at the kiosk machines as well. The place is cashless too. As always until next time...

Jars by Fabio Viviani is what happens when a Michelin minded chef loses his mind in the best way and decides dessert belongs in mason jars with layers of zero constraint. We stopped in for soft serve and a shake. We left with an entire box of jars. Lemon blueberry cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, German chocolate. Our service was super. Our jars were Serious question: what are you getting? Because we're about to need a second fridge.

I really enjoyed Jars! They are indulgent, but good. I don't know how often I would visit just because it is a little pricey and I don't think I will visit often and order more than 1 thing, but I am glad I checked it out. I think the shake was my favorite, the service was great and the place is pristine and clean. I tried a variety of jars and they were good. I personal prefer the non-chocolate ones (Personal preference) they are refreshing and enjoyable.

Interesting concept for dessert in a jar. Yesterday was my first time going to this place. Both of the jar that i got were filled with very rich and sweet chocolate. There were some chocolate mouse and one with coconut flakes. The chocolate is very sweet and tastes very rich. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

After seeing their ads for a free jar plastered all over ig for the last month, I knew I had to try them out. This place is tucked away off the corner of 170 and Ladue, across the street from Enterprise. Upon walking in, I noticed how clean and bright everything was, from the signage to the people and of course, the desserts! The employees were incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging. I had already taken a look at the menu before I came, but was still undecided on what I wanted. I asked the person at the register what was one of their main jars and she recommended the Oreo cookies & crème. I went with that and also got a mango passionfruit refresher. While the jar was included with their grand opening promo, the refresher was not. It was only 5 dollars and some change, so not too bad. I waited all but two mins and both my refresher and jar were ready. The first sip of my refresher wasn't as sweet as I hoped and tasted like more of a faint apple juice with some sweet parts added. It's not bad but also not what I expected. I then moved on to the jar and was surprised at all the flavors, both from the custard and the cake. Each bite kept getting better and better. This is my first time ever trying cake and custard together and will admit, it's quite the combo! This treat is definitely meant to be savored! It's a shame I'm already getting full and will have to save some for later, but on the bright side, you now have a raving fan who can't wait to try more next time! Also, be sure and sign up for the app they have as you'll get points with each purchase! Run, don't walk!

I've both driven past this place and seen it on social media just about a billion times now, so I finally decided to try Jars for myself. My partner and I were in the mood for a sweet treat, so we stopped by on a Wednesday evening around 8 PM. The inside is small, but there's a couple standing tables in there, as well as some benches right outside. We took our jars to-go. There are plenty of options on the menu, and they all looked heavenly. I ended up getting the triple chocolate Nutella jar. My partner asked the employee for recommendations, and she said the banana pudding and strawberry shortcake are some of the most popular. He went for the banana pudding jar. The girls working were so sweet and friendly. In no time at all, our jars came out looking fabulous. I love the way they package them for to-go orders. If you're worried about taking these to go, don't be! They travel really well and were still perfect by the time we got home. The jars look like relatively small portions at first glance, but when you're actually eating, it turns out to be the most perfect amount. It also has such a rich flavor that I don't think you'd want a bigger portion in one sitting. My triple chocolate was amazing, but I would only recommend this if you're a chocolate lover like me! VERY chocolatey. I stole a bite of my partner's banana pudding, and it was really good too. I honestly couldn't even tell what all was in the jars, but it tasted like a mix of cake, pudding, and some random toppings. I ended up washing out and keeping our cute little plastic jars because they are so sturdy and could totally be repurposed for something. Not sure what I'll use them for yet, but I couldn't bear to throw them away! I think Jars is such a fun concept and is perfect if you're craving dessert but tired of ice cream and wanting to switch things up! I can't wait to go back and try more flavors.

The banana pie and red velvet are definitely a recommended! Probably my favorite out of the bunch so far.

This new dessert place is awesome. I love the concept of layered desserts in a convenient single serving jar. There are a lot of options to choose from. I got tiramisu, red velvet cheese cake, strawberry cannoli, and tres leches cake. They were so delicious and not overly sweet. The pudding was very rich and melted in your mouth. Imo, I liked red velvet cheese cake the most. They also have soft serve, shakes, and refreshers on their menu. A 12 pack of assorted mini jars is also a great idea to share these little sweet treats with friends and family. Service was super fast and friendly.

I would say the presentation of the product and the hard work goes into the ambience of the place. Great job honestly! I was welcomed it felt intimate and homey. Love the hospitality and the warm smiles. One thing I did not enjoy was the actual product itself. presentation 8.2/10 taste 2/10 I was dissatisfied to the point where this post has inspired me to be a food critic. In my opinion it has the same taste as a snack pack but instead there's a foamy cake and a wonderful looking topping. The taste of the actual pudding itself was no better than a snack pack. I would not recommend to the next. Definitely a 1 time shop.

Stop in for a mid day sweettooth craving. Every desert jar looked amazing but I went with the banana cream pie and red velvet cheesecake, and they were both delicious! There were three employees up front and they were all so friendly and helpful. They had a display of jars out to see what they looked like and real size. I will definitely be going back in the future to try different flavors!

The cheesy focaccia was also phenomenal and we enjoyed a raspberry lemon croissant that makes my mouth water just thinking about it (but that one was a 1 day only promo so don't expect to order it :/). There's limited seating space so expect to take it to go! There was a line on a Saturday morning, but they were staffed well and it moved quick. Got 2 sandwiches for lunch: the smoked pork and the roast beef sandwhich. Still can't decided which one was better because both were DELISH. The focaccia on the smoked pork was sooo soft and fluffy and light, combination of coleslaw with the pork was perfect. I thought there was no way the roast beef could be as good yet once again proven wrong. The challah was perfect and whatever cheese they had with the roast beef sandwhich was perfect. Pro tip: you can ask for the sandwiches to be heated up! As for the desserts: I really wanted a cake sweet treat but my eyes were bigger than my belly could handle. Got the maple pull, chocolate almond croissant , and ham and gruyere croissant. Which I cannot wait to eat tomorrow for breakfast!! Place is busy but moves fast. Side chairs and table to sit along the window.

There were only a few people in there, so checking out was fast. My first few bites left me curious and wanting more all at the same time. I couldn't figure out what the flavor was but I knew it reminded me of a funnel cake. Either way, it was incredibly light, fresh, and one of the better donuts I've had in a long time. I got the pineapple cakes (my husband was a big fan), the cheese bread (so good), and my siblings got some mochi donuts (wow) and other items that they were big fans of. I also got a boba tea and to be completely honest, it was probably the best I've had in the area. And I'm a boba fan. I got the passionfruit tea and there were passionfruit seeds, they obviously make everything super fresh and put fresh fruit in their drinks. PLUS they give you what you pay for. I can't justify boba very often because I get it, pay $8 for a drink, and it's 3 sips with the amount of ice you get. NOT HERE. They give you so much tea! Literally such a cool spot, I hope they continue to do well because it's fantastic. And if you're in the area, please stop in and give them some business!!

We started with the Korean fried cauliflower and it was honestly some of the best I've ever had. The batter was light, fluffy, and crispy, and the gochujang sauce with the mayo was sweet and sticky in the best way. Since it's a butchery, we had to try the steaks. I ordered the 4oz filet Oscar style. The meat was tender and very well seasoned, the crab was fresh, and the homemade hollandaise really pulled it all together. My husband had the ribeye. It was a flavorful cut, a little fatty (as ribeye tends to be), but exactly what you'd expect from that cut. The steaks come with a twice-baked potato and vegetable (or you can swap for different vegetables). The potato was flavorful but fairly dense. We also did the bread service - it was good, but felt a bit pricey for the portion. We ended with the flourless chocolate torte, which was very rich and the perfect way to finish the meal - especially on Valentine's Day. Overall, the food was good and the menu is solid. The quality was there, but the portions, bread service and sides didn't fully meet expectations. That said, it was still a lovely experience and a great date-night spot.
