Hands down the best chicken I have ever had!!! This place is a must try! After seeing them on instagram I had to try and now im addicted.

*I did not have the food, but I can speak to other things. First of all, parking is VERY limited. Fewer than 10 cars can park on site. But the main concern is the SLOW service. When we arrived, there were 10 people in front of us. We waited 20 minutes, and only one party in line had been helped. The restaurant has VERY limited staff; the same person was taking orders, waiting tables, AND making food. So they could only take one order every 10-15 minutes. I don't care how good the food is; we would have had to wait in line nearly an hour to get help, and THEN wait for our food on top of that. Until they can speed up the service, we will NOT be going back there. read more

Super busy place and parking is definitely a premium in this area. Once we found a spot I love the outdoor little garden area. We ordered empanadas (which are really large) both beef and chicken. The beef was much better than the chicken. The chicken just had an odd seasoning. They were also pretty greasy. The sauces though were not something I would try again. The one tasted like Thousand Island Dressing, the next a hot mustard and the last was very mayonnaise like. The sangria was very good and probably would have ordered another but the line here moves SUPER slow. I would come back but mostly to try the sides and it is hard to predict because they do selll out of things. read more

This is a great hidden gem in Dunedin. You order at a window and sit outdoors. The patio looks very authentic Mexican jungle ish with beautiful plants all around. The service was very quick and efficient. Not a ton of English speaking servers but that's okay- we managed just fine. The broasted chicken was literally so moist and delicious. It had an amazing semi spicy favor. I also had the corn on the cobs and beans. Those beans...yummm!! Also topped it off with a sangria which I HIGHLY recommend. Absolutely fantastic Restaurant very low-key Casual and the chicken is to die for. We usually order a whole chicken and they cut it in four pieces for us, pinto beans, white rice, and some lemonade, which is kind of like an Icee. The frozen lemonade is delicious. We also would like to get an order of plantains and an order of the small little corn on the cobs that are like 4 inches long. Those are delicious too. We highly recommend it. Jadin de Pollos is a whole vibe. Loved the casual atmosphere with friendly staff. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier when ordering food but it is manageable. Food was delicious, especially the plantain. Chicken had good flavor, just not a lot of it. Whatever the fruit drink I ordered was yummy and cold. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. It has an artistry shop attached so you can buy some Bolivian art. Don't let the construction in front deter you as it is temporary. read more

The last three times I've been here they have made us wait 20 minutes in line to tell us they are out of chicken. It's ridiculous because the guy that works there is the only one that speaks English and he doesn't tell anyone they are running out of chicken and is constantly disappearing while everyone is waiting in line rather than communicating they are running out of chicken. Today I tried to talk to one of the ladies and she saw I was upset because they were almost out of chicken yet again at 7pm again and she couldn't talk with me because she couldn't understand me which is fine but I asked to speak to the other guy and she never got him to come out to us and he went back into the other house again. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's a shame because we love the food but I will not ever go back. 3 times in a row making me wait for nothing. read more

After reading many positive comments, we decided to give this a try for dinner. There was a good crowd and a line to order at the window of about six parties. The food looked good as we observed servers bringing out various dishes to the diners. A couple of parties ahead of us placed their orders with a gentleman working the window. He then disappeared for a while with nobody taking his place. A few minutes later, we noticed he was tending to the chickens on the rotisseries. The line to order grew during this delay. Eventually, he returned to the window and stated they were very backed up and would not be taking any more orders for at least an hour. This was disappointing, especially after waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Everyone in line dispersed, trying to figure out somewhere else for dinner. We figured we would try this place out, perhaps for a weekday lunch, assuming they will not be as busy and overwhelmed. We may still do that, but noticed here on Yelp that their health inspections are less than stellar, the most recent being on 3/26/26 and requiring a reinspection. Accordingly, we may delay our visit, but would still like to give this a try. read more

The chicken was amazing, so flavorful! Yucca fries were so crispy and yummy, and the plantains and fries were delicious. The sauces they serve it with were great too! I ordered the passion fruit drink and it was so refreshing, perfect for a summer day. read more

Had a chance to visit this place, the place it self is pretty cool, open with different tables where you can definitely enjoy a nice night out. The people and staff were super friendly. I would say though the food was not as good as I expected, the chicken was on the dry side and lacked seasoning. I also had the empanadas and rice and beans, and must say the feedback was the same. Not very flavorful. For dessert I tried the flan and it just wasn't something I would recommend, specially if you onow flan. It was definitely disappointing because this felt like such a cool place. Quick lunch with a friend. This place has been consistently good. We tried three different empanadas. All were great, but the chicken and beef were my favorites. The chicken empanada had so much flavor with bursts of delicious green olives and capers. The beef had great flavor but still stayed true to the beef which I was pleased with. In my experience a lot of beef empanadas have a sloppy Joe like filling this one wasn't sweet like that. It was just really well seasoned beef and vegetables. We feel like we found a new local gem. Jardin has been around for a couple of years but we just discovered it for the first time. Granted, we don't go out as much as we used to. But when we do, we take extra care to find something we feel could be special and that's exactly how it turned out last night. The first thing we noticed when we walked in to the patio from the back parking lot, was the lively latin music and abundance of outdoor seating. Surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like you'd been transported to a South American country while somehow still being in Clearwater, FL. We both had their Carne Asada and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was so tender I asked the friendly chef, Orlando, how long it was marinated. His answer really surprised me: it wasn't! His big secret is that the beef cut he uses is ribeye and all he does and salt and pepper it. That shocked me because we eat ribeye a lot and love it, but his just seemed uniquely tender. Maybe it was the delectable plantains or their perfectly salted yucca fries. The whole meal was perfect and we are definitely returning! read more

Jardin De Pollo has the cutest courtyard area. It's definitely a win. They serve roasted chicken, and Latin sides such as sweet plantains, tostones, and empanadas. They also have steak and salads, & desserts. From what it appeared, the chicken is their specialty especially since the name of their business is the Garden of Chicken. We definitely had to get their chicken. We found this chicken to be dry and smoky. I added a lot of sauces to dip. It was not juicy either which I love when chicken is juicy. It's a nice place for lunch stop if you have a taste for chicken in a cute garden setting. Unfortunately, we didn't love it which I wish we did. People working are nice. It appears to be limited English speaking so just make sure to point to what you want to eat and smile! read more

Incredibly good chicken and empanadas! It's all I can comment on, because that's all I've tried so far but all I can say is WOW! Probably the best smoked chicken I've ever had. Cooked in a smoker with an open flame it is delicious and succulent. The chicken empanada was the best I've ever had. No place air conditioned to eat inside but outside seating is semi-covered with fans to help with the heat. I'll stick with takeout until the cool weather arrive. Went with my mother; we're Latinas who love to cook and eat, so we are a tough critics when it comes our cultures dishes and flavors - Jardin did not disappoint! We have passed this place a dozen times and finally we stopped in to eat lunch, boy am I glad we did! If I could give it more than five stars, I would. It deserves 10 stars! This Bolivian restaurant is amazing you feel like you are literally in South America. It is beautiful. The ambience is amazing, shady plants everywhere, it's so authentic! When you walk up, the smell of the food is mouthwatering! The owner Mark told us his story and even showed us the chicken in the smoker. The cook is from Columbia, when I say, this place is authentic it's 100%! I had empanadas which were gigantic! My husband had the half chicken. We even returned later the same day to get takeout to take to our small group because it just happened to be international night. For takeout we got sweet plantains which were to die for, they were so yummy and the yucca fries. The owner also makes teak furniture (Boonedocks Furniture- on the same property) which is beautiful teak furniture you'll see and eat on in the restaurant. It's gorgeous and wears so well! There's a screened in porch with a fan where you can eat in bad weather days and don't forget to shop! The handcrafted South American treasures are beautiful. read more
