My experience was exceptional! I found Jane's Total Care on Groupon; I read the reviews from Groupon, then Google, and lastly, on her website. They were all great! And now I am about to add another great review. I have a Ford Expedition that I purchased 2nd hand from a previous owner, and naturally, I wanted my new SUV to be checked out thoroughly. I called the local dealership for a full diagnostic just to hear that I would have to leave my car with them for up to two weeks because they were short on mechanics, not to mention the prices were super high. I gave Jane a call and was told my full diagnostics would take up to two hours and half the price that the dealerships were asking. Please wait until the end because this is not the exciting part. When I arrived, I met Jane, who invited me into her office, and we discussed what I needed. She offered me coffee and water while I waited and a soft, comfortable couch with a TV and remote while I waited. Expecting to hear the worst and a list as long as Santa's Christmas list of repairs, Jane returned within those two hours to tell me all I needed was an AC condenser and ball joints. "What, that's it"! In those two areas alone, she could have told me anything and added all sorts of stuff to the list of repairs. She was detailed and straight with me. OMG! I was thrilled; I scheduled my appointment for the next day, and guess what? All the work was done while I waited in the waiting room. She deducted the cost of the Diagnostics from the total, and when I tell you, I know I saved a lot of money, not to mention all the time that I saved going to Jane's. She is all women, Caring, confident, honest, graceful, sincere, and a professional business owner. She will get all my business from this point on, and I will tell anyone I meet about Jane's. P.S. When I arrived on the 2nd day, there was a food truck making homemade tacos. I immediately ordered two Carne Asada tacos, and when I tell you how delicious they were! I was told the best day to get service is Wednesday mornings; that is the day the food truck has a special BBQ. read more

Unneeded $700+ repair recommended. I had a cracked turbo but it was superficial and the crack did not affect the turbo's function. They easily should have been able to see the turbo was working just fine. The other work they've done is good but not taking responsibility for a bad misdiagnosis is enough for me not to go back. Jane doesn't seem to understand why I would not want to pay for a new $700 turbo when it isn't needed. She simply will not admit she told me I needed something that I didn't need. I mean come on everybody makes mistakes but she's willing to lose a long time loyal customer because she refuses to admit her shop screwed up. read more

I purchased a Groupon several weeks ago. My appointment was to be on 3/2. Upon arriving I was told they were having issues and could not honor my Groupon, and was told to get a refund. The location is very questionable and would not use this establishment even if they offered me a free detail. I drove quite a distance and should have had the common sense of calling me to tell me that they can't honor the Groupon purchase. Stay away from Groupon and do not buy. read more

I called multiple times to set up an appointment with no response. I went on their website multiple times to set up an appointment. No response any time. These people obviously didn't care, but then I go on Groupon's site and see they said the Groupon was redeemed and got their money for it, when no work was done. Complete waste of time and money, totally unprofessional management. I dropped my car off in the morning for detailing and was told to return later in the afternoon. I Ubered home, then back in the afternoon. Once I arrived, the manager (Jane, I guess) told me that my car had not been detailed. She had tried to contact me because they could not get my car into gear to move it. Nobody had tried to contact me. This was really concerning, so we walked out to my car. I put my car into gear easily, and Jane had a surprised look on her face. I asked her if she had tried to put the car into gear, and she told me she had not but that her technician had told her it couldn't be put into gear. I drive a Chevy. The shifter isn't rocket science. The real kicker? My car was parked somewhere other than the spot I had left it. Someone had successfully moved it. I asked the manager what our options were, and she told me that I could come back some other time, or that I could get a refund. Not eager to leave my car in the hands of someone who can't shift a Chevy (or is just a liar), I opted for the refund. The manager shrugged and told me to go deal with Groupon. So now I get to go through the hassle of getting a refund and I'm out the cost of the two Uber rides. Oh, and my car is still dirty. Great work, Jane. Edit: The owner's response below is laughable and dishonest. There was nothing spilled on the shifter, making it sticky. When I went to pick up the car, Jane mentioned nothing about prior damage and was shocked when I was able to shift the car easily. If Jane refused service because my car had prior damage, why did she offer to have me come back later once she saw how there were no problems with the shifter? Not only is this place inept, but the owner is a liar. Maybe my car would have actually been serviced had I been an "actor, boxer, or football MVP". read more

I bought a Groupon for Jane's Total Car Care as a birthday gift for my son. He called and tried using it numerous times and was told they were not detailing car's at the time because of Covid. This went on for close to a year. My last contact with Jane I was told they no longer honor Groupon certificates and now my gift I bought for my son is past the refund date and is worthless. I feel embarrassed for giving this to my son and also completely ripped off. This company has absolutely no integrity. Considered yourself warned. Find a more reliable company. read more

Jane and her team are amazing! I have been going here for a couple of years now with my 2011 Nissan Cube, and they have always done more than right by me!! They are knowledgeable, fast with the diagnostic and repairs, they are honest and efficient. Jane makes sure you understand what the problem is, she shows you the "old" part and compares it to the new one, she looks for the best price for your part and she never overcharges or does anything that is not necessary! My 2017 Ford Fusion started making a loud noise out of the engine and I took it to multiple mechanics for a diagnosis (along with Jane) and they all said that I needed a new transmission. Jane's Diagnosis came back the fastest and she was the most clear of what needed to be done and the reason why. By the time she called me to share the diagnosis she already had a laid out plan to get my car fixed along with a quote on how much it would cost. Her quote was 60% lower than the next mechanics lowest offer. Not only was her quote the lowest, she also offered me a 3 year warranty on my transmission. The other mechanics couldn't even offer me a warranty. I am a young college student who doesn't know much about cars and has never replaced a transmission before. Jane was educational and did not try and steal from me one penny. There was an issue with the supplier of the new transmission along the way which delayed the fix, but Jane communicated that and put in the new transmission as soon as it came in. I am so thankful for Janes Total Auto Care and would definitely recommend anyone to her! Jane is dependable, honest and communicative! read more

I was really hoping to give 5 stars as I love supporting small businesses but I can't this time. I made an appointment for an oil change plus it came with a tire rotation and 30 point inspection. I showed up for my "oil change" appointment and was advised it would be a wait as they had to order the oil for my pre arranged oil change appointment. I am a patient person but when you have to wait in a room with no a/c for 1hr and 45min in 106 degrees it was torture, I don't handle the heat well and got sick as a result. When it was finished I asked if they found anything during the inspection, the guy said "at a glance nothing stood out" yeah that's a real comprehensive 30 point inspection. Being I wasn't feeling well I just left, about 10 miles away I stopped for gas and noticed the tires had in fact NOT been rotated so I called and the guy admitted he didn't do it and I had to go back and wait longer. As a person who typically does all standard maintenance myself it looks as though I will have to keep doing that, so disapointed......... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible service. I have gone back a total of FIVE times for them to correctly put my bumper on. The first time, they stole money from me and completely skipped the step of putting my fender on. They probably assumed I wouldn't notice, lucky I did and demanded they put the fender I paid for on my car. They were not happy and I had to go back four other times just to have it put on somewhat correctly. Each time, the bumper overlapped the hood by at least an inch. I went back for the final time today and my new bumper still looks like crap. I am disappointed. I went out of my way to support a small, woman owned auto body shop and was let down. If you value you time and money, do not go here. You will get screwed over, I promise. read more
