The shop the tucked away in the back of a plaza, not easy to spot. The shop itself is pretty small, not much of an options and most of the HotWheels are overpriced. Regular HotWheels are $5 each, HotWheels premium/ boulevards are $20plus. They got some jadatoys 1:24, limited options for miniGT, but of course they are overpriced!! But most of the overpriced die casts are nothing special, you could probably find them in your local Target, Walmart, DollarTree or even Amazon for way less. The dude who works behind the counter ignored us the entire time, even when we greeted him. Definitely not worth the visit, will not return.

I'm not a collector but I enjoy the pops. The staff are attentive and helpful. I was able to find a couple I like and bought them. I took a picture of the place and shared it to my family. They can't wait to check the place out.

I've went here multiple times and each time one or more of the employees have been rude towards me and have made snarky remarks. If your life sucks figure it out instead of taking it out on customers. I've said this before and I'll say it again, don't work customer service if you cannot be nice towards others! Other than that, the store has a good selection of merchandise. Such a shame the experience is ruined by rude people.

I really wish they would stock up more on the popular items. Things are getting a little pricey. $15 for five tokens, and most gashapon are two or three tokens. A lot of the gashapon are anime, sanrio, animals, even food. The last time we were there, they even had little Nikes! The only downside is that it gets pretty warm in there. Especially when the place is packed, it gets really hot. Hopefully they'll think about adding air conditioning or at least fans soon.

Came in today to find out that they were selling etbs for 100, pin box for 25, pikachu box for 55, and tins for 50. I told them I did a pre order (which was told I was paying 50 a box) and they told me that they cant do the preorders bc they are still waiting for more shipment. So to not bitch I waited in line to buy a etb box for 100 bc it's still lower than market. Right when I get to the front of the line, the worker shuts off the register after getting a call from the boss. He then tells me boss will be here in an hour to fix the register. I wait another hour and the owner walks in with 5 more cases. Checks off my name on the list and says I can only buy one etb for 150*** like I was getting a deal or some shit. I shit you not, he changed all the prices right in front of me telling me the other prices were messed up and wasn't suppose to sell for 100. He then changes all the other prices. Etbs- 150 Pin box- 35 Tin - 60 Pikachu box - 55 He goes on saying he only gets 10% of the profit and that the are low on shipment. Which is bull shit bc he gets it straight from the vendor.
