He always does exactly what we ask with extreme care and precision and Peeka is always really excited to see him! He is so attentive to our asks and always encourages us to come back within a few days if there is anything we want adjusted. We've never had a single thought of going back because he gets it right every time! Samoyeds are very docile so they are not difficult to groom but we've had some terrible groomers in the past that don't understand their coats so "risking" her beauty by just anyone wasn't in the cards for us. They treat him so well, he loves them! Everyday when I bring him in his tail starts to wag as I check him in and he see's the manager. I swear he loves them as much as he loves us. They do fun photos monthly and even celebrate his birthday. We've even started to use their dog hotel when we go on vacation. He always comes home tired from all the playing he gets done there. I would suggest this doggie daycare/hotel to anyone in the area. That's how we started going by coworker who had a great experience as well and suggested I take Max. We also did two courses of dog training with an associate named Julia. She ran really great classes and had so much patience with all owners and puppies.

Me : " where can I find a poop bag holder that..." Gen Z employee: *cuts me off mid sentence* " in the toy aisle." Me: " which toy aisle? there are more than one." Gen Z " the one over there" *gestures vaguely* Me: " I looked, so where exactly in the aisle is it?" Gen Z: *frustrated look* " OK I'll just show you." I follow Gen Z to location and she gestures to an area with I have searched already since there are similar items there. I ask her where exactly and she points to everything and says "all of these," clearly having zero clue what I was looking for since she stopped listening before hearing what I needed. I say I looked already and it's not here. Gen Z : "Then we don't have it" and walks away in a snit. She stole my snit! He was so gentle and successfully removed all the mats. She was more relaxed when we left because the pain of the mats was gone. Our pups were happy to be bathed and trimmed and have their nails cut. From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. They then Threatened to charge me $25 all the while not having my payment info, for an appointment I canceled the same day! The second time I called was a year later searching for a groomer near me, I realized after that they were the same people and they were too far away so I canceled and those are the threats I got.
