It smells delightful in here! Okay, so it's just oranges, but the citrus smell packs a punch when you walk in the door. I visit this location a lot in the summer time, when hot and sweaty days need a pick-me-up. Sometimes there's a longer wait, so I generally avoid it if I'm in a hurry. My favorites are the Peanut Butter Moo'd, a chocolate/peanut butter smoothie, and the Razzmatazz which is mostly raspberry. I skip the various "boosts" since the only boost I'm usually looking for is something sweet and refreshing. read more

I'd like to review the smoothies here, but for the life of me I haven't been able to. Have come here twice in the last month and both times it has been closed on a Saturday afternoon. This time, it had this incredibly informative sign on the door (see picture). Please just do the common courtesy of posting an update on Google or at least putting the updated hours underneath the the sign you took the time to write. This is the weirdest experience I've ever had with a franchise restaurant. read more

Doesn't answer the phone, i called 5 times today about my order. Zero pickup. Very frustrating.

The mango a gogo was made perfectly at this Jamaba location. The staff was friendly right when you walk into the door. They do offer food at the location However today I only went in for the smoothie. The location also was extremely clean. read more

hours are listed at 8am-7pm, yet this is the third time ive gone here when they were mysteriously closed. disappointing

Why is this location randomly closed all the time? I'm here at 9:30, it opens at 8:00, and nothing. If there are new hours, they should be posted on the door; I don't live close. read more

The Jamba Juice rewards app is horrible. This location wasn't sympathetic or helpful at all. They like to act like they can't do anything but there are always ways to improve the interaction. I ended up overpaying for two small aloha pineapple smoothies instead of just getting a large. It doesn't make sense when a reward causes a customer to overpay. read more

Awesome workers! Great location and great variety! I got a aloha pineapple smoothie and it's a 10/10 for me. Very refreshing taste, the pineapple doesn't really come in until after. Then I also got a vanilla blue sky açaí bowl, one of the best out there I definitely recommend it. Don't forget to like my review! read more

The employees there are wonderful! I really love the Acia (?) smoothy! My grandkids love going there too! They usually get one of the bowls with frozen yogurt, granola and fruit!! Really good! read more

One morning recently I got up earlier than usual, drank my normal morning coffee, went to an appointment, and then was heading to work. My head felt cloudy and I felt pretty out of it and still sleepy. I thought about driving through a coffee place for more coffee but then saw Jamba Juice and thought I'd do an experiment to see how I felt after having a smoothie. I just got a regular fruit/fruit juice smoothie with an immunity boost but soon I really did feel better- clearer, better energy, and more like my usual self! And it lasted all day. Lesson learned! There is currently tons of construction around this Jamba Juice but I hope people will still make the effort to stop- it's worth it. The person working (may have been the manager) was much friendlier/warmer than others I've met here before (one time I felt the person working was very pushy about making me get a free boost- just like the old Saturday Night Live sketch with Natalie Portman which my husband and I love- but not nearly as charming). They seem to have added to their options and are helpful in answering any questions you may have. Their menu board is really clear and helps a lot. I wish there was a Jamba Juice closer to home- every time I have a Jamba Juice smoothie I LOVE it and wonder why I don't go more often. This location is excellent! read more

The mango smoothie tasted amazing and it was very close to my home and it is on Uber eats an easy to get. Five stars would recommend. And the service was amazing. Also they had so much ambience. Five stars would recommend. read more

Fast and friendly service. I'll go here to treat myself to a scrumptious smoothie. If it wasn't for Mad Tv including this in their show years ago , I would've never known what goodness I'm missing out on! read more

I went here yesterday to grab a smoothie and some food. There were 3 kids working and 2 of them We're not wearing masks. I asked the first kid why he wasn't wearing a mask and he responded with "I can put one on if you want." The third did not put a mask on. Seriously, we are in the midst of a global health crisis and these kids were making food that customers would be eating. The least they can do is have a mask on when they are making our food. read more

So awful. I came in to use my reward I earned and they told me that I couldn't since they canceled the reward system. That was strange to me since I collected the points for it but I ended up paying for the drinks. So call the Schaumburg location and the manager there was nothing but nice and said the reward system does work. So I called the Wheaton location again to tell them about this but a worker said the manager isn't in and will call me back tomorrow. Never got a call. Called a week after and collected my information AGAIN. Never got a call. This location doesn't care. And that's fine. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to only go to the Schaumburg location since their customer service is way better. read more

The service is great at this location. I've been twice already and plan on coming back in the future. The first time I ventured in was on free smoothie day. (I think it was their anniversary.. I can't remember why they were giving them out.) I came a few hours pre-work because I figured it'd be crazy busy. It WAS busy, but they had so many smoothies already made, so you just told them what you want and you were in and out within five minutes. Nice work on that one! I came in again yesterday because I had a Groupon and I never find myself in the area when they're actually open. It seemed as good of a time as any to use it. The groupon was for a fresh-squeezed juice, not a smoothie. My juice was pretty good, but I still prefer the smoothies. Again, I noticed how quick and efficient they were. There were quite a few people in line, but I was out the door within 10 minutes. I don't frequent Jamba Juice that often just because of the price, but I wanted to give them a shout-out for doing such a great job and being customer friendly. read more

Order took over an hour through uber eats and they would not cancel it for me and it was 10 minutes to closing. They said I could just come pick it up so, fine, I left to do so. On my drive over I notice on my phone as I am about to reach that finally the uber driver showed up and they had just given it to him without even notifying me. The customer is NOT a priority here and this was very disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

The guy making the smoothies was so nice. He recommended the new pumpkin smoothie and was super friendly. He talked to my boyfriend and I about football. My boyfriend is a huge bucs fan and he asked if it was before Tom Brady or after and he said good luck to both our teams. I am a huge packers fan and he was a bears fan but he was still so nice to us and wanted our teams to do well in week 2. Because of the amazing customer service I would recommend going there. read more

We frequent this Jamba Juice a lot! Compared to all the Jambas in the area, this one is the best! We arrived with 4 people in front of us. We ordered a Large Orange C-Booster. Very large, thick and creamy. It cost $7.13. Despite the line, the two employees worked very fast and efficiently to get everyone's orders correct. I was truly impressed with the speed and accuracy of the young employees. We recommend the Razzmatazz, PB-Moo'd, Strawberries Wild and Mango-a-Go-Go. All very tasty! Also, a quick tip- park on the North side of the building as it is far easier to maneuver your vehicle and prevent accidents. While the east side parking seems closer, it is far easier to get into a car accident or not find parking at all on that side. Also, the there is a table and a couple chairs to enjoy your order outside. read more

Jamba - Yum! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Wheaton, Illinois

The middle eastern man along with the small Mexican child who took my order had a wonderful ethnic aroma. I was hit with an immediate breeze of culture which made the experience great. Smoothing a little sloppy but still fun!! read more

Ive gone to this location for a few years and it's always hit or miss. Whomever does the hiring should be fired. The employees are slow, lack personality, organization, decision making and following orders. I know juicing isn't an exciting career, but considering how every time I go the prices have increased, the service and quality should increase, too. P.s. please stop charging people 54 cents for nuts after spending $30 on smoothies and bowls. Poor way to retain customers. read more

Hmmm, 2 stars or 3? Not the most awesome Jamba Juice visit ever, and I'm normally a Jamba fan. This was my first visit to this location. It started off fine. I asked about an item I'd seen on their website. Apparently it was a seasonal item no longer on the menu, but they still had all the ingredients so they'd whip it up for me anyway. Great! I took my smoothie and headed out, just then realizing they hadn't asked me if I wanted one of the free boosts. Boo. I got in my car and as I went to put the styrofoam cup (don't they know styrofoam is bad for the environment?) into the cup holder, the cup and/or ill-fitting lid gave way. Now 1/3 of my $5 purple smoothie is all over the light colored seat and console of my car. Not awesome. I drank what was left in the cup but the flavor wasn't great. Not worth the cash or the calories...or the mess. Better luck next time. read more

I am a big fan of smoothies, and of Jamba Juice overall. I highly recommend the pb & banana protein smoothie. Unlike other smoothies I've tried that include protein powder, this one is very good! It's also very filling, so I substitute for lunch some days! The people who work here are always very nice, but the service could be a little bit quicker. Overall I've never had a major problem (sometimes wait longer than I would have liked), but I always end up enjoying a great smoothie! read more

Once I asked for the now gone orange juice with banana chunks and got orange juice with carrot juice blended in. I'l write it down next time. They've been better ever since. This location doesn't seem to have almost any customers when I drop by, which is around 5 pm. Good stop on the way to or from shopping in the local strip malls. read more

I enjoy what jamba juice has to offer. I am a fan of blending nutritious, fresh ingredients and having a choice of boosts. As a pescatarian, I usually go for a protien boost. They offer so many delicious blends. I do not get to enjoy Jamba Juice as often as I like because the location that was closest to me (downtown Naperville) unfortunately closed a few years ago. :( read more

Yes, I have actually convinced myself that "Jamba Light" drinks with names like Berry Fulfilling and Strawberry Nirvana are good for me. I mean, they come with a "vita boost", right? Victim of marketing or not, I still hit it about once a week and that's why the 3.5 stars...regular visitors know that sometimes the inmates are left to run the asylum and the pace slows considerably. It's clean but can be s-l-o-w...like it was today. But if you have a few extra mos and a penchant for self-delusion, swing in for a smoothie. Go on, it's good for you. read more

Called ahead and Nicole was kind and "hooked me up" with three perfect drinks to jumpstart our day

Can't say enough good things about this Jamba Juice location. Now they have cold brew! Great service too! The owners are doing a great job.

Love Jamba. The time in line and wait for drinks to be made is a joke. I remember why I don't stop here anymore. Also, I just finally tasted my drink, and it taste like they didn't rinse out the blender that they use thoroughly before they made my drink as mine tastes like watermelon. Gross. read more

All locations are similar, but I tend to frequent this location the most, due to it's proximity to my workplace. Best part about Jamba Juice is when you are really craving smoothie, you walk through the door and hit with a cloud of heavenly orange and fresh fruity smells. Always perks up my mood. I feel like the chain, in general, has a great emphasis on training and customer service. Because yeah, i love the smoothies, but I always remember the good service. The employees are never unhappy, always prompt, concise with questions. My orders are always consistent and it's always comforting to know there are companies out there that still remember it's not always about the higher profit margins, but you have to keep them coming back! Only suggestion is there should be more locations! read more

Great Lady!(manager) She's always caring and appreciative...I could miss 6 months and she still knows my order. That's what business is all about! People over products! read more

I'm obsessed with this place, though I could save a TON of money making my own smoothies. I love love love the Protein Berry Workout with peanut butter and frozen yogurt. Seriously heavenly. My niece gets the pumpkin smash with PB while it's in season, and my son loves the PB and honey. Their bowls and oatmeal are yummy too (and like all of their drinks) and the staff are super friendly and fast. I wanna move in :) read more

This Jamba Juice is the bomb! I stick strictly to their all-fruit smoothies. Why in the world would you need the added sugar when they have the all-fruit option? They are incredible. The Five-Fruit Frenzy is my favorite of the selection. The reason this Jamba gets 5 stars, though, is for their customer service. I've been frequenting them throughout my wisdom teeth removal ordeal, and they are always so kind and remember me every time. Good work, crew! read more

This place is really great! Jamba has an amazing selection of drinks and desserts. They also have sandwiches on the menu. The whole place is very cozy, clean, organized, and bright. From the exterior to the interior, everything is great and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing and enjoyable. You can really smell the scent spreading all over the place coming from their amazing kitchen. All of their food really looks good, all of it smells great, and what more to the taste. All ages can really enjoy this place and order, their menu is huge, and they have plenty of selection. I strongly recommend trying their Strawberry Smoothie, Almond Matcha, and some of their Oatmeal Bowls. Jamba really makes the best smoothies in the whole town! Their staff here is really nice, kind, and professional. They are always smiling. Very pleasant. All of the customers say they are fun to be with. All of them work so fast. Sometimes they have long lines at the counter, but after a few minutes, the lines will move quickly. Great customer service! Jamba's location is also easy to locate. They are close to other popular spots and places around Wheaton. If you want some delicious and healthy drinks and desserts, you must try and visit this Jamba! This place never disappoints! Will be back again soon! Kudos! read more

I've never had a bad experience at this location. All of the staff are quick and extremely friendly. I started coming to this location sometime within the last two months, but every order has been quick and correct. I wish the oreo protein smoothie would use less banana in it, but that's more of a Jamba Juice recipe issue than an issue with this particular location. read more

"regular visiters know that sometimes the inmates are left to run the asylum..." I work there and yes, we are "left alone" to run a store. The shift managers ages are all between 18-20 years of age and the team members are even younger. We do what teenagers do but we also have the best reputation of all the Jamba stores in the west suburbs. We've won the past four promotional events and are only one year old. Give us a try! We're all good kids and know how to make people happy. read more

This location is awful. The staff are so rude and give attitude. The juice here tastes okay but tastes different from all the other locations. I definitely would not recommend. One problem with the juices here is that they taste really salty and watery. I don't know about you but I don not want a salty smoothie. 3/10 would recommend. Do not go here unless it is your absolute last choice. read more

I really like Jamba Juice for the fact that I don't feel like its bad for me. I can get all kinds of great smoothies there and many of them have some sort of health benefits. At least I know I'm getting some of the required fruits in my diet. They have free boosts that can be added like immunity boost or vitamin boost, and for the bros, protein boost! The smoothies themselves are all very tasty and have been well thought out. They also offer baked goods and awesome oatmeal. They have fresh squeezed juices that are great for you! The place is always clean and there is never a long wait for your smoothie. read more
