I'd like to review the smoothies here, but for the life of me I haven't been able to. Have come here twice in the last month and both times it has been closed on a Saturday afternoon. Please just do the common courtesy of posting an update on Google or at least putting the updated hours underneath the the sign you took the time to write. The Jamba Juice rewards app is horrible. This location wasn't sympathetic or helpful at all. They like to act like they can't do anything but there are always ways to improve the interaction. I ended up overpaying for two small aloha pineapple smoothies instead of just getting a large. It doesn't make sense when a reward causes a customer to overpay. read more

Awesome workers! Great location and great variety! I got a aloha pineapple smoothie and it's a 10/10 for me. Very refreshing taste, the pineapple doesn't really come in until after. One morning recently I got up earlier than usual, drank my normal morning coffee, went to an appointment, and then was heading to work. My head felt cloudy and I felt pretty out of it and still sleepy. I thought about driving through a coffee place for more coffee but then saw Jamba Juice and thought I'd do an experiment to see how I felt after having a smoothie. I just got a regular fruit/fruit juice smoothie with an immunity boost but soon I really did feel better- clearer, better energy, and more like my usual self! And it lasted all day. Lesson learned! There is currently tons of construction around this Jamba Juice but I hope people will still make the effort to stop- it's worth it. The person working (may have been the manager) was much friendlier/warmer than others I've met here before (one time I felt the person working was very pushy about making me get a free boost- just like the old Saturday Night Live sketch with Natalie Portman which my husband and I love- but not nearly as charming). They seem to have added to their options and are helpful in answering any questions you may have. Their menu board is really clear and helps a lot. I wish there was a Jamba Juice closer to home- every time I have a Jamba Juice smoothie I LOVE it and wonder why I don't go more often. This location is excellent! read more

I went here yesterday to grab a smoothie and some food. There were 3 kids working and 2 of them We're not wearing masks. I asked the first kid why he wasn't wearing a mask and he responded with "I can put one on if you want." The third did not put a mask on. Seriously, we are in the midst of a global health crisis and these kids were making food that customers would be eating. So awful. I came in to use my reward I earned and they told me that I couldn't since they canceled the reward system. That was strange to me since I collected the points for it but I ended up paying for the drinks. So call the Schaumburg location and the manager there was nothing but nice and said the reward system does work. So I called the Wheaton location again to tell them about this but a worker said the manager isn't in and will call me back tomorrow. Never got a call. Called a week after and collected my information AGAIN. Never got a call. This location doesn't care. And that's fine. The service is great at this location. I've been twice already and plan on coming back in the future. The first time I ventured in was on free smoothie day. (I think it was their anniversary.. I can't remember why they were giving them out.) I came a few hours pre-work because I figured it'd be crazy busy. It WAS busy, but they had so many smoothies already made, so you just told them what you want and you were in and out within five minutes. Nice work on that one! I came in again yesterday because I had a Groupon and I never find myself in the area when they're actually open. It seemed as good of a time as any to use it. The groupon was for a fresh-squeezed juice, not a smoothie. My juice was pretty good, but I still prefer the smoothies. Again, I noticed how quick and efficient they were. There were quite a few people in line, but I was out the door within 10 minutes. I visit this location a lot in the summer time, when hot and sweaty days need a pick-me-up. Sometimes there's a longer wait, so I generally avoid it if I'm in a hurry. My favorites are the Peanut Butter Moo'd, a chocolate/peanut butter smoothie, and the Razzmatazz which is mostly raspberry. On my drive over I notice on my phone as I am about to reach that finally the uber driver showed up and they had just given it to him without even notifying me. My boyfriend is a huge bucs fan and he asked if it was before Tom Brady or after and he said good luck to both our teams. The employees are slow, lack personality, organization, decision making and following orders. We frequent this Jamba Juice a lot! Compared to all the Jambas in the area, this one is the best! We arrived with 4 people in front of us. We ordered a Large Orange C-Booster. Very large, thick and creamy. It cost $7.13. Despite the line, the two employees worked very fast and efficiently to get everyone's orders correct. I was truly impressed with the speed and accuracy of the young employees. We recommend the Razzmatazz, PB-Moo'd, Strawberries Wild and Mango-a-Go-Go. All very tasty! Also, a quick tip- park on the North side of the building as it is far easier to maneuver your vehicle and prevent accidents. While the east side parking seems closer, it is far easier to get into a car accident or not find parking at all on that side. Hmmm, 2 stars or 3? Not the most awesome Jamba Juice visit ever, and I'm normally a Jamba fan. This was my first visit to this location. It started off fine. I asked about an item I'd seen on their website. Apparently it was a seasonal item no longer on the menu, but they still had all the ingredients so they'd whip it up for me anyway. Great! I took my smoothie and headed out, just then realizing they hadn't asked me if I wanted one of the free boosts. Boo. I got in my car and as I went to put the styrofoam cup (don't they know styrofoam is bad for the environment?) into the cup holder, the cup and/or ill-fitting lid gave way. Now 1/3 of my $5 purple smoothie is all over the light colored seat and console of my car. Not awesome. I drank what was left in the cup but the flavor wasn't great. This place is really great! Jamba has an amazing selection of drinks and desserts. They also have sandwiches on the menu. The whole place is very cozy, clean, organized, and bright. From the exterior to the interior, everything is great and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing and enjoyable. You can really smell the scent spreading all over the place coming from their amazing kitchen. All of their food really looks good, all of it smells great, and what more to the taste. All ages can really enjoy this place and order, their menu is huge, and they have plenty of selection. I strongly recommend trying their Strawberry Smoothie, Almond Matcha, and some of their Oatmeal Bowls. Jamba really makes the best smoothies in the whole town! Their staff here is really nice, kind, and professional. They are always smiling. Very pleasant. All of the customers say they are fun to be with. All of them work so fast. Sometimes they have long lines at the counter, but after a few minutes, the lines will move quickly. Great customer service! Jamba's location is also easy to locate. All locations are similar, but I tend to frequent this location the most, due to it's proximity to my workplace. Best part about Jamba Juice is when you are really craving smoothie, you walk through the door and hit with a cloud of heavenly orange and fresh fruity smells. Always perks up my mood. I feel like the chain, in general, has a great emphasis on training and customer service. Because yeah, i love the smoothies, but I always remember the good service. The employees are never unhappy, always prompt, concise with questions. My orders are always consistent and it's always comforting to know there are companies out there that still remember it's not always about the higher profit margins, but you have to keep them coming back! I started coming to this location sometime within the last two months, but every order has been quick and correct. This Jamba Juice is the bomb! I stick strictly to their all-fruit smoothies. Why in the world would you need the added sugar when they have the all-fruit option? They are incredible. The Five-Fruit Frenzy is my favorite of the selection. The reason this Jamba gets 5 stars, though, is for their customer service. This location is awful. The staff are so rude and give attitude. The juice here tastes okay but tastes different from all the other locations. I definitely would not recommend. One problem with the juices here is that they taste really salty and watery. I don't know about you but I don not want a salty smoothie. 3/10 would recommend. The shift managers ages are all between 18-20 years of age and the team members are even younger. We do what teenagers do but we also have the best reputation of all the Jamba stores in the west suburbs. We've won the past four promotional events and are only one year old. Give us a try! I really like Jamba Juice for the fact that I don't feel like its bad for me. I can get all kinds of great smoothies there and many of them have some sort of health benefits. At least I know I'm getting some of the required fruits in my diet. They have free boosts that can be added like immunity boost or vitamin boost, and for the bros, protein boost! The smoothies themselves are all very tasty and have been well thought out. They also offer baked goods and awesome oatmeal. They have fresh squeezed juices that are great for you! Great smoothies but poor service. I watched them drop my breakfast sandwich in the floor then five minutes later they told me they "ran out" of the kind I wanted. When it's busy, they forget about customers orders and will keep them waiting for 15 minutes. Could be more organized. read more
