The poor worker was there all by herself with a line to the door. If they're understaffed the manager/owner should be helping but there was no manager on duty, which is why I'm writing this. They know they are understaffed. It's not fair to the worker to deal with poor management.

The ratio of smoothie to topping ratio was also terrible. It was like they filled the sides with acai mix, filled the center up with granola, it was very unpleasant. This was the first time my husband and I actually threw our bowls out, it was that bad. I do hope they get to how they used to. With the increased prices, they need to maintain quality, and quality has been severely lacking. I try to support my local businesses because I know it's not easy being forced to raise prices given this economy, but if you cut on quality you won't retain my business.
