Unfortunately, this Jamba Juice has serious problems and should be avoided at all costs. My wife and I come here for smoothies every week or so. No less than once a month, the jamba is closed week before the posted time. Very annoying and a constant issue. Tonight, I went again as usual. Arrived at 7:53pm, which I specifically noted as I knew I was running up against the 8pm close and was excited I made it with "pplenty" of time to spare. Shame on me for thinking I made it. I waked up to the door and could see three teenage guys inside. Two working and one that was clearly a budDy hanging out with them. Both workers still behind the counter in full uniforms. Lights were on, sign confirmed 8pm close time. I pushed one ddoor, locked. Pushed the other door, locked. Once again they closed early!! Super annoying, but when you hire kids, what can you expect!? What pushed thIs from an annoying monthly occurrence to something I had to write about on yelp, was the two workers turned, saw me rattle the door, saw me look at my phone as if you say "it's not 8pm," then started laughing fhont by hysterically - clearly at me! The franchiseee owner clearly knows he/she employs irresponsible employees (see like 5 million of the other reviews). They clearly don't care. And they clearly have no interest in changing! Poor representation on the Jamba Juice braand and so out off character for any business in this town. All I can say is wow.... not in a good way either. My buddy and I experienced horrible customer service and that is all thanks to their team member Isabel. First, she gave us a hard time about our order. We just wanted one medium razzmatazz then a large one, but that one split into two cups. She finally got what we wanted, no smile or anything, then she gave us back our card and just stared at us, I asked for a receipt and she seemed annoyed. That's not even the worst part. She gives us our drinks and there's still a lot that she didn't pour in our cups so I asked if I could have all of my drink, she said no, you didn't pay for it. Ummmm, I'm sure I did, but alright. Then I told her you guys give us our extras all the time then she says well I'm not giving it to you. I then asked her for the manager because I had it with her attitude, she laughed in my face and said, "right". It ended with her saying "fuck you, f that, you have nothing better to do with your life, f you, you don't know anything" and cussing me out. My husband and I visit this location nearly daily after workouts and typically love everyone there. I got there a little early this morning and waited in the parking lot about 15 minutes before they opened. They were supposed to open at 8 AM but this guy rolled up on his skateboard at about 8:07 AM and told me that it would be about 20 minutes for him to set up before he could even help me. Ok so I called this store to place an order for pick up. I was asked to hold. You got it bud. I was about 6-7 minutes out. I was on hold for more than five minutes before I hung up, tried to call back and couldn't get through, a minute away but starting to have second thoughts about how bad I wanted this thing because they must be pretty busy! I pulled into the parking lot and saw inside that it was completely empty. More curious than pissed I made my way inside and asked the two workers, was it just really busy or something bc I was on hold for more than 5 minutes? One of them looks at the other, then they both look at the phone receiver sitting on the counter. Yes, it was really busy 6 minutes ago I was told and the employee who dropped the ball got a stare down from the other employee that said "are you kidding me Jesse? Again?" Now I don't know if this kids name is Jesse and I don't know if he had ever done it before. He apologized very genuinely and admitted he had just forgot and left the phone off the hook. He charged me the medium price for my large. Im not looking for discounts, Don't want it to come to that bc if it has something went wrong. I'd like to pay full price for good product and service. That said, a 50 cent sorry is just that and they need to be trained better on resolution management. Is that extra 50 cents to charge small or comp the drink worth losing a customer over? Summer is approaching. It doesn't mean the store has to be hot. I walked in on a Tuesday and you can tell it's cooler outside than it is inside. The girl working at the counter said they can't turn the AC on. There wasn't a long wait for my drink but I couldn't even stand standing inside waiting for it! I had to wait outside until my drink was finished being made. My drink came out watery. I don't I know if it's because they don't know how to make a smoothy or is it because it's 100 degrees inside. Will be going to another place from now on. Turn on AC for these guys! You could see them sweating and trying to turn a smile even though they're miserable. This is one of the closest Jamba Juices to home. But not the one I visit most. It's also one of the smaller ones. I've been in here a few times over the years and it never disappoints. They have pretty quick service, the wait is never too long. It is located in the Albertson's plaza but not facing Fair Oaks, its adjacent. The parking is ok, but if you park farther, its easier to park because it is on a weird hill. My fave flavors are the White Gummy, Aloha Pineapple, and Orange Dream. Going on a normal day in the afternoon, it's okay. A bit slow, still decent. But I have 3 separate experiences with this place that have just really pissed me off. This place closes at 9. Any reason the doors are locked at 8:53? I could totally go in, order a drink and be out within 5 minutes and it would be 8:58 and still before 9PM. So first time I went 8:53, doors are locked. Second time, walk in 8:56, they say 'sorry we're closed' Third time, I call at 8:51 cuz I don't want to drive and find the doors locked, they say they're closed. Whoever is working the night shifts, I hope your manager knows you're cutting it off early. And if the manager is there working too, shame on you. You should be fired. Everywhere I have worked, restaurants, banks, even offices usually stay open a couple minutes later to cater to the customers. Never have I seen a business close early. I love Jamba Juice, but I'm so not thrilled with the service at this store. Different faces every time-- You know what that means, inexperienced new persons on board all the time. Learn as they serve. And it's no coincident that the waiting is usually very long. I waited 16 minutes for a large orange carrot juice. The person took my order was overwhelmed with the incoming orders. The pitcher with orange juice was sitting under the juicer for 10 minutes while he went on to make drinks for people ordered after me. As I reminded him and the other clerk, he mumbled something to me and said to the other clerk that she should've reminded her.... Well, if you took the order yourself, you should be your own reminder. There was another time that the store ran out of oranges on a Sunday. A juice store ran out of oranges is like... a faucet ran out of water. As I debated in my head to alter my order, I heard the most ridiculous excuse-- there was a shortage of orange in California! C'mon, do you really think customers were that stupid? There's a Von's and a Pavilion next to your store. There were oranges stacked in the fresh produce area! I had recently gone to another store and merely shown a copy of the coupon on my iphone, so i thought this store would be the same case. He did not accept our coupon and also gave us a pretty poor and illogical excuse as to why he could not. I am not giving the food a bad review, but merely the customer service. I like going to this Jamba Juice as it is the closest one to my house and it is never too crowded. You can usually find parking in the parking spaces and it is refreshing on summer days or when it's super hot outside. You can add different boosts to your drink but I normally don't get boosts as it makes the smoothies taste chalky. They usually have the Buy one get one free in the summertime so make sure you print out a bunch of coupons! Check out their hidden menu. They have drinks like Pink Star and White Gummy, which is pretty good! There are tables inside and outside if you want to hang out at the Jamba Juice. I usually take my drinks to go! Drinks come out pretty fast so you don't have to wait forever. Even if there are a lot of people, this Jamba Juice is fast. They have yet to mess up my order so I know these guys are top notch. You can park in the parking lot. It does get busy as it is shared with others shops in the complex. read more

Went here today. The staff was really friendly, and the guy working the register in particular was nice and new his stuff (recommended new products and flavors based on what I liked since I wanted to branch out). However, I ordered two smoothies and the girl making them didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She didn't put enough juice in, so the wouldn't blend, and when they were done, there wasn't enough to fill the cup, and she even spilled a bunch of one on the counter when she was pouring it out of the blender. I'm sorry, but if a customer orders a smoothie, and you only make 3/4 of that smoothie, you offer to remake it (or at least give them a coupon or something). Like, these are NOT cheap. You should at least reasonably fill the cup. Make a little extra if you have to, but this is ridiculous. And this picture is AFTER I asked her to scrape the rest out of the blender (which she would've just thrown out? when the cup was no where close to full??). Won't be back again. I've been a huge fan of Jamba Juice for the longest time and this is my go to location since its the closest one to me. I usually get the same thing which is banana berry. Its not on the menu anymore but they still make it for you if you ask so that's nice. It's been my favorite since for forever. I'm glad they have a rewards program now since I go once in a while. Annoyed and disappointed: The purpose of the Jamba Juice app is to order in advance so one doesn't have to wait. I ordered 10 minutes in advance, an Acai primo bowl with two extra "boosts." When I arrived, the place was empty and the order had not even been started. I watched the lady (Sarah) prepare the acai bowl. The "boosts" were skipped. There was barely any acai in the bowl and she packed the bowl with waaay too much granola. Maybe she likes a lot of granola? I don't. This Jamba is at a great location however parking here just to get a quick smoothie or juice can be a hassle. My experience here has not been consistent. Sometimes the staff is super nice and then other times, they are pricks. This is the only Jamba location where sometimes they'll take the BOGO coupon on the phone and sometimes they say no because they need the print out. This location never fails to provide prompt service with a smile...and the majority of what they do is losing their hearing (eventually) to blend fruits (and possibly veggies) into a drinkable form. Even with a line, you can get in and out of this spot in under 10 mins. Now, in JJ terms, that's a good thing. The parking here can be a hit or miss since it's in a row of other establishments where it's located on the end of the corner.
