This Jamba is at a great location however parking here just to get a quick smoothie or juice can be a hassle. My experience here has not been consistent. Sometimes the staff is super nice and then other times, they are pricks. This is the only Jamba location where sometimes they'll take the BOGO coupon on the phone and sometimes they say no because they need the print out. I've never had this yes/no dilemma at any other Jamba, so management is probably not very good at training all their employees. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I already had see. A sign that said bathroom only for staff. I asked to go to the restroom due to the fact that I'm pregnant. She said no. Convenient location for the drive home from work, lots of parking and easily accessible. The staff is always friendly and they're pretty fast, they get you in and out . This location never fails to provide prompt service with a smile...and the majority of what they do is losing their hearing (eventually) to blend fruits (and possibly veggies) into a drinkable form. Even with a line, you can get in and out of this spot in under 10 mins. Now, in JJ terms, that's a good thing. The parking here can be a hit or miss since it's in a row of other establishments where it's located on the end of the corner. I've never had a problem using online coupons/promotions that are passed to me or found on coupon sites, so that's always a plus. read more

I come to this Jamba Juice for my protein workout smoothies and occasionally a quick bite to eat. I love this place! The staff has mostly been good and always greets me with a smile. I support this Jamba because of their dedication to service and customer satisfaction. I have gotten better service at this Jamba than almost every other juicing/smoothies place. Whenever I have a small complaint about my drink or food, they fix it immediately. They're seriously great. Drinks--they're a bit on the pricier side, but nothing like the outrageous prices that other juicing places might charge, like Grassroots. I love this Jamba Juice, its my designated hangover spot! It's on the way to my work so If I wake up late, am dehydrated and need a quick healthy breakfast because I drank a little too much the night before; BAM! All I have to do is call my order in and I come and sweep it up no problem. Some food favorites are the sourdough parmesean cheddar bagel, brown sugar oatmeal and strawberry breakfast toppers. The employees are helpful. It's great that no matter how early I am they are never grumpy. Always got a smile on (more so than the McDonalds down the street; ironic). The only reason its not a five star is the inconsistency in smoothie taste. The strawberry can be really tangy one day and completely sweet the next. Dropped in here on a Sunday afternoon around 4ish after visiting Garfield park. 5 team members were on staff and all seemed to be busy doing something other than serving. Cleaning, stocking, something technical with the register. It took a while to be asked what I wanted. For me, that wasn't an issue as I was just killing time, but as others came in I could see their frustration. Everyone was helpful enough and certainly polite. Jamba Juice has the same prices and same menu wherever you go. What sets this location apart from others is the consistently bright staff and the care they put into making your order just right. They answer questions with a smile, even the stupid ones. In fact, when I moved into the area, I stopped by nearly every morning for a month to get smoothies for my renovation crew. Someone always offered to help carry my large order to the car! What a great team at this location! Sure, it's pricey. I placed and order and my card was declined. Except I have mire than enough money in my account. I called my bank and they said there's no issue. It also showed that Jamba pulled the money and put it right back. So the manager swipes my card again and it works just fine. What bothered me if the fact they didn't apologize. People ahead of me waiting for there drinks and they are so unorganized that they served serval other people before them. WHAT: The go-to place for fruit smoothies! They sell oatmeal, wheat-grass and matcha soy/oj shots, and sandwich items as well. PRICE RANGE: Depending on size, the smoothies are about $4-6 and the cost will change depending on the season because of fruit availability for harvest. You have the choice of small, medium, and large cup sizes. AMBIANCE: Very clean and typically small space for ordering and leaving. There are some seats inside and on the patio if you want to chill and enjoy your drink. FOOD/ DRINKS: The fruit smoothies are made with frozen fruits, certain juices like oj or soy milk, and frozen yogurt to sweeten the drink. No actual spoons of sugar added. If you are allergic or do not want a certain ingredient in the original recipe of the smoothie, you can request for it to be excluded or substituted with something else (free of charge!). You can also request for varying consistency for each smoothie --I like to get mine extra thick so it stays cold a little longer (they simply add more ice to the blender). The sandwiches are alright, but definitely overpriced. they also offer baked pastries such as cinnamon pretzels and muffins. SERVICE: Fast and polite service. They sometimes offer samples when they make extra of something. If they somehow get the order wrong BATHROOMS: None. As a South Pas resident it's unfortunate that we go out of our way to the Pasadena store instead of coming to our own JJ on Fair Oaks. Yesterday we decided to try it again and it was disappointing and disgusting. First off, our drinks weren't made right and since they are always the same and always consistent elsewhere I knew it wasn't correct. I hesitated to ask for them to be remade because they were busy but we spent about $20 and wanted them made right. When I asked the first time it wasn't well received and the guy (I didn't catch his name) asked me "what size"? The size was the same as the one I handed him, right? Secondly I had to tell them that the trash was completely overloaded so obviously no one was checking it. By overloaded I mean there were piles of cups on top of each other and spilling over on the floor. I even watched people add to the pile instead of advising that it was full. We sat there for 45 minutes out side and nothing was done about it = gross. Finally when I took the baby's drink up they were better about it (asking what was wrong with it) but it still made me uncomfortable, as if we did something wrong. I was told someone was training and I am patient with those types of things but the overall appearance of the store wasn't as clean and friendly as it is elsewhere. I just visited this location with my father and little sister and let me say this staff is extremely UNPROFFESSIONAL AND RUDE AS HELL. As we are all getting accustomed to the virus we all try to wear our masks often my sister being a 13 YEAR OLD forgot to put hers on. Immediatly the guy behind the counter starts (very loudly) for her to get out all rude. I wanted to say something but i told myself to bite my tongue gave her the car keys and told her to go get her mask she had forgotten in the car. As soon as she comes back(this is when i already ordered) she walked in and he starts going off again RUDELY that only two people can come in, this was of course our fault for not reading the sign but there is a way of letting someone know nicely not ordering around customers like a dog. I understand these are scary times and hace no issues with complying to their rules but that doesnt mean they can be so rude. So im guessing we were the cashiers last customers because he literally walked out in the middle of our order forgetting to add my fathers order at this point were all annoyed of being treated like this my dad has to go back inside to order AGAIN (at this point he's pissed because of their customer service and so im sure he had an attitude but was he wrong to have it? no.) Anyone would be bothered by this treatment. So my father finally gets his deink and the barista GIRL told my dad in a condescending way to "have a nice day" in the way that you do to a rude Customer because I've worked in retail I know what it's like. How are they going to be rude to us the whole entire time then be mad when we become rude back??? This franchise owner needs to pay more attention to who he hires because these employees make younger employees look very bad. I'm a young employee myself and I would never ever treat anyone like this doing customer service. I will never come back to this establishment and I will recommend for everybody else to do the same. read more

This store p Made the drink fast and I understand it was well made ( I picked it up for my brother). The service was less than friendly and the store is poorly maintained. It smelled like it had not been cleaned in some time, the door fans were permanently running and didn't have the mesh screens on them so it was quite loud. This has become my go to Jamba whenever I am in the area. All thank to one of the staff there. I picked him up awhile since he requested a Lyft one night and he talked about his night with such passion and love the place others working there. He suggested I try their ginger shots and really explained all the reasons they were good for me. I been taking one a day since he told me and I honestly have never felt better. Every time he saw me he made sure to greet me and ask how I been even if he was leaving. Every time i been here the staff is really friendly and upbeat always ready to answer questions even if they need a second to look things up. I want to say the young man's name was Danny. And really thank him and say that he is what customer should and hope other stores use this store as an example on how to treat people. read more

This Jamba Juice has been great the last few times I have gone. The workers are attentive and quick, the smoothies are made just the way I like them and the store is nice and clean. I visited this location today because I saw I had enough points for a reward. I thought it was a free small smoothie, but it turns out it's $3 off a smoothie, which would have been fine. I redeemed my reward on the touch screen and the cashier said I owed $5.75 which was the full price of the smoothie. I asked if she was sure since I had just redeemed the reward and she said "it's still 5.75". Now maybe the machine was broken, I don't know. But I checked my app and it says reward redeemed. Or maybe the points only apply to certain smoothies, but the cashier never told me anything. Just a disappointment considering I went to redeem a reward and still had to pay full price. This jamba location needs to higher new employees. The service is horrible. On a Saturday morning when clearly there will be a rush, the services was atrocious. You walk in and aren't addressed. 10 minutes later you get "I'll be right with you". II've worked and managed customer service places this is unacceptable. One person was juicing when they should have stopped and at the very least taken an order. Now I get to go to work hungry and dissatisfied. I'll never go here. read more

Customer service by ONE of their team was HORRIBLE. She took my order while on her cell phone talking to someone. She asks me to sign the receipt and walked to the back still talking. I left the signed receipt on the counter. Another customer came in but had to wait because I guess the phone call was more important. The one guy employee saw that she was waiting for a while and asked what she wanted so he could start making it. Apparently he couldn't ring her up but at least he took care of her. When my drink was ready I left. The other customer still had not been rung up and the phone call girl never came back up to the front. I hope management sees this and sees what happens on Sundays with no supervision. Unless she was the manager, in which case she needs to look for a new line of work. read more
