Customer Service: The staff here didn't seem happy to be working. Just quick and to the point. Not as neat when filling my cup and then closing the lid when there's smoothie dripping on the side. The White Gummi was a blend of mangoes, pineapple, raspberry, orange, and lime sherbets. The smoothie was thick and good. By the end of it, it was filling. I really liked the Cheddar Tomato Twist which had a tangy tomato taste to it. I would suggest this to try and would order it again if I go back again. Let me start by saying, I have been going to Jamba Juice for the past 6 years at least once or twice a week. Unfortunately, after yesterday I will no longer return. I walked in an after a couple a few minutes before closing and my order was refused. I was told they could not take my order because they were closing. Completely unprofessional of any business to still have their doors open and refuse business. I called and spoke with Patrick the unfortunate general manager whom explained labor costs are too high for his employees to stay there and make anything after closing time. I explained how I arrived before closing hours but he continued on stating they have rules to follow blah blah blah. Kinda obsessed with Jamba Juice lately! This location is insanely convenient as it's in the Streets of Woodfield super close to my company, making it easy to pop over for a breakfast smoothie. This is my new usual routine: Order a small (16 oz) Smoothie made light and drink about half for breakfast, saving the rest for the next day. Doing it this way is just about 80-100 calories each morning, $4.68 (for the full smoothie so divide that by two for the per morning price), filling and leaves you feeling like you indulged a bit, as well. This location in particular has super nice employees who are super friendly. I've been to other locations with meh service but this one really does it for me. They are always super helpful and seem genuinely happy to be at work. Parking is never an issue early morning and I never encounter a long wait - in and out! This is a great Jamba Juice location, but it is a super busy area and parking can be a mess because of the AMC theater and Gameworks, as well as the other shops around here. My boyfriend and I came here yesterday because we haven't had Jamba Juice in years, and it did not disappoint. I have an allergy to strawberries, so I ordered the Aloha Pineapple without strawberries and I told the girl that I have a strawberry allergy. She was super nice about it and told the young guy who was making our drinks that I have an allergy. Love places that actually make sure to take allergies like this seriously and don't forget to remind other workers. We felt so bad for the workers yesterday because there were like 4 people working and right when we walked in, it felt like we walked into a 100-degree sauna (no exaggeration). Consequently, I asked if their air conditioning was out and they said, "Yes," but they weren't even complaining about the climate in there. I was about to pass out just being in there for 5 minutes, so I cannot imagine working in there for hours. Rude service. I came in and was asked what I wanted by a person with scruff, black curly hair, and the name tag Rose. (I don't know their orientation. I just want to identify the right employee). When I asked for a few seconds to read over the menu I got an eye roll. We were the only two in the store, not like I was holding up a line. I ordered my drink and they asked what size I wanted and I said "the smallest you have please" (sometimes places only sell medium and up, sometimes places sell mini sizes like 6 oz) and I got yet another eye roll and a rude "that would be the SMALL!". I put my change in the tip jar to try to elicit some sort of change in their horrible attitude. Got my drink and when I smiled and said "thank you" they said "yeah." Very rude and short. I don't know what the heck their problem was. I don't expect a smile all the time from service, but at least be respectful. Quit rolling your eyes. One of their main drinks is the orange and carrot juice mix (they call it orange carrot twist). I've come in about once a week. Went here just to grab a quick breakfast. I haven't seen a Jamba Juice in a while so I jumped at the chance! It is just like I remembered, filled with smells of fresh fruit and veggies. I was greeted when I stepped through the doors and all of the staff were genuinely friendly. The menu is extensive because they have juices and more smoothies. But they all looked good so I guess it would be hard to go wrong. Pros: -Their offerings have expanded from calorie-laden smoothies to include fresh juices and acai bowls. -My order has been made (mostly) correct each time -The space is clean and tidy despite the crowds -The staff was cool with a call in order and had my acai bowl ready to go when I strolled in. Cons: -The shop itself is pretty small without a ton of tables -It's loud as hell due to the small space and blenders so don't expect to carry on a conversation with anyone. Including yourself. -Parking can be a bear There aren't any other fresh juice spots nearby (except inside Woodfield), so this Jamba is a fairly easy choice. read more

It's clean and the workers are all polite and helpful except for one lady who seems to enjoy drama and to get picky with which customers she's going to be nice to. I get lucky whenever she's not there but her negative attitude and I-don't-want-to-be-here expressions are enough to ruin a beautiful day with poor attitude and willingness to help. She refused to find our phone number to collect points and told us to get the app and scan the bar code. She told us it wasn't in the system or never existed. Opened the app showed her and all the sudden it popped up. What a shame. She's been like this for a while now. I've tried ignoring her. I'll come in anytime she's not there.
