I ordered their signature soufflé pancakes, topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh fruit. I also paid a little extra for a scoop of ice cream, and I'm glad I did because it paired perfectly with the pancakes. The only downside is that the soufflé pancakes take a little while to prepare, but that's expected since they're made fresh. In my opinion, they're absolutely worth the wait. I'm also impressed by the variety on their menu. Besides their signature pancakes, they offer a great selection of breakfast dishes and sandwiches.
