It has canned and prepackaged items as well as fresh things. A few of these have juice bars such as this one. They also have premade salads and sandwiches. Basically it has much of what one expects. It's got a few sections. There's lots of aisles of health care products including supplements and vitamins. All kinds of things for everyone. There's also pretty high prices. Find many of these things in regular stores cheaper. The good thing is there's a lot more of a selection than at other stores making it great to find rarer things. For sure it's one of the biggest selections of natural and organic items. It's located on Golf in the plaza. There's lots for vegans and vegetarians.
