I also loved that they had easy meals to purchase and cook at home as well as a large selection of Sweet Ali's Baked Goods. I ended up getting their soup and fresh baked focaccia to take home. Who knew that a Whole Foods on Kiddler Street would turn into a stealth Asian pantry goldmine?…read more I usually walk in into pricier grocery stores with a plan: meat, bread, home. But today, that plan was deliciously derailed. I had every intention of skipping the produce but ended up frozen in my tracks. There it was. Fresh coconut chunks. Whole tamarind pods, not paste but the real deal. Aloe. Yucca. Chinese melons. And even red-flesh dragon fruit. The kind that makes your smoothie look like it came from a fairy tale. Normally, I plan a separate pilgrimage to Jongboo, H Mart, or Seoul Market for these ingredients. Reviews for those are coming, I promise. But this was unexpected magic in a mainstream aisle. I have spent a lot of time in Asia for work and completely fell in love with the food. My husband and kids are on board, so our kitchen is a happy rotation of Korean BBQ, Japanese curry, Singapore noodles, and hot pot. And this Whole Foods just made that rotation easier. Bonus points for three kinds of figs and gorgeous flowers, both on sale. This location may say Whole Foods on the outside, but if you look close enough, it quietly says Asian market crossover on the inside. And for that, I am hooked.

I'm giving this a try because I'm tired of cooking for a while and tired of freezing leftovers only to be thrown out after being left in the freezer too long. So so far the food: easy to put on a plate and warm in microwave or air fryer. it comes packaged neatly with eat by dates and is cold and fresh when picking up. The person checking you off the list is friendly and there to answer questions first time in and knowledgeable about the product. You add/buy the dairy seperately yourself most of the time and that's easily done with milk cheese or yogurt. So far I'm in for at least five weeks as the menu repeats itself every five weeks with tweaks once in a while. So how's the menu taste? So far there's nothing I've hated, but a few things I'm glad I had something to add, as it can be a bit dry, like the cous cous veggies, I put some balsamic vinegar on , or I took the whole little taco pie, which I wasn't crazy about, veggies and their salsa and threw it all together with some of my own salsa I liked better and used it as a sorta dip for the corn chips. So overall quite pleased so far. The coolers the food is kept in are super clean and your food has your name on it so pick up and go is easy. Delivery is offered also for additional fee. If you are looking for convenience, time savers it's a great option.

Judy saved the day by giving me some of her organic vinegar and ginger drink. I felt immediately better! I went on to browse/peruse the wares and brochures....I picked out organic lavender soap made entirely of essential oils and lavender buds. I also picked out a soap sack made of soft fibers. The soap worked really well, my skin is moisturized much better than regular soap and the soap sack feels better than those plastic loofahs I was using. I went back a few weeks later to get more of the vinegar and ginger energy drink, more soap and I got a potato & cranberry doggie treat for my mom's dog. The treat was a big hit! The dog did not put it down until it was gone and it left her with sweet cranberry and clove breath. I will definitely be a regular here!

I ordered these boards for 2 events that I was throwing. Rosanna, the owner and maker, was such a pleasure to work with. She was organized with all the information I provided, responsive, genuine, and just overall a kind person! I'm definitely gonna get more boards from her for other holidays or events I have coming up. She also delivers right to you and has many charcuterie options, like jarcuterie for example. The actual charcuterie was phenomenal. Candied walnuts, prosciutto, halved dates, spiraled salami, pitted cherries, cheeses galore - the meat & cheese board was robust to say the least. The sweet board was sweet tooth heaven. Brownies, chocolate covered everything, Rice Krispies, various cookies, and more. Needless to say, the charcuterie boards were a HIT at my event. The board was arranged beautifully from every angle with a mix of cheeses, crackers, meats, chocolate, cookies, olives, and fruits. I really like the effort that was put into including a variety of meat arrangements, cheese shapes, colors, flowers, and other components that made this a stunning work of art to look at. Fortunately, the board tasted just as good as it looks! I found that overall the flavors were a bit more muted, so that you can graze on this over time without feeling fatigue by being bombarded with strong flavors. I feel this may also be to ensure that the components are attractive to a wide audience. Overall, this definitely is worth buying if you're looking to entertain or hold a special event.
