My younger son is actively trains for football at St. Francis High School and the recovery after games and on training days is so critical. He loves going here because it really helps him recover faster. Besides getting a massage, scraping, cupping, sauna and ANF therapy he recently started using the cold plunge and he can't stop talking of how good he feels after it. Lori helped my older son after his car accident and had some minor issues with his upper back and neck. She is super sweet, knowledgeable and always wants to help. When work was done, it was easy to store it in the assigned locker room. Upon arrival, check in at the front and receive your wristband before walking down the hall to the gender-specific locker rooms. Wristbands are how you'll charge any/all purchases, included spa services. Halfway down the hall, there's signage requesting you remove your shoes. From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. There are several saunas available to try, along with a meditation/nap room, oxygen room, and movie theater. Be ready to spend hours here. It's worth it.

Unacceptable ADA Violations, Harassment, and Refusal of Responsibility…read more I spent over $200 here for spa services on September 17, 2026, but the harassment by staff completely ruined the experience. I called ahead of time to confirm there would be no issues bringing my small, trained service animal (safely inside a shoulder bag carrier). The front desk clerk checked us in without issue. However, while touring the facility, a staff member confronted me, created a public scene, and brought over management demanding I leave. Even though the front desk employee explicitly advised them that federal law prohibits denying entry to a service animal, staff continued to harass me in front of other spa guests. They subjected me to unlawful medical interrogation demanding to know my condition, demanded "paperwork" (which is explicitly illegal under ADA guidelines), and tried to misclassify my service animal. They eventually allowed my service animal to sit in his carrier during my treatment, but the damage was done--the humiliation prevented me from enjoying the rest of the facility. When brought to management's attention, they refused to take responsibility or resolve the matter. Official complaints have been submitted to federal and state civil rights authorities. I strongly urge anyone who relies on a service animal to avoid this establishment.

When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been canceled. Naturally, I was confused because I hadn't canceled it. We were asked to take a seat while the staff looked into the matter, and they quickly figured it out. Brittany at the front desk did a wonderful job explaining what had happened. In the end, it turned out to be an error on my end, but she remained friendly, professional, and accommodating. She offered us another date and time and even compensated us for parking. Thank you, Brittany! The bath experience was everything I needed to cleanse my soul. The waterfall area and the eucalyptus sauna quickly became our favorite places. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we had hoped for. Now, on to the massage. My wife and I were in the same room. She had a female therapist, and I had a male therapist. Unfortunately, our experiences were completely different. My therapist spent most of the session lightly rubbing my feet and legs. He never touched my hands, fingers, neck, or head, all of which my wife received during her massage. He did ask whether there were any areas I wanted him to focus on, and I mentioned that I had tension in my upper shoulder area and that I had a shoulder injury. He concentrated primarily on the injured shoulder and very little else. I was genuinely surprised when he told me the session was over. My first thought was, "Wait, where was the rest of the massage?" I would really like to see Aire invest in more experienced massage therapists, especially since this appears to be a recurring concern among guests. That said, the massage experience did not ruin our visit. I would absolutely return, and I would still recommend Aire to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.
