Honestly, I only went here when they had their special 16oz for $1 a while back (normally it's around $5) My favorites were Apple 'n Greens, Orange Carrot Karma, and Orange C-Booster. In some of them I found frozen chunks of bland fruit. Refreshing, I guess. The service here is friendly and quick. Every single time I've went into this Jamba Juice its either had a line or not but either way their very fast and their drinks taste great and are made exactly how you ask them to make them! This location is clean and in a good location. Be aware of long lines during the hotter months, though, as the local high school is their neighbor. The staff is nice and friendly here, and they're also attentive. In addition, they've always been consistent with my drinks. They blend them really well too. The only downside, barely one really, is that some orders can get placed out of order in the blenders during busier times. I'll get straight to the point. At about 845am I was standing in line to order when I saw-what I think was a manager because she was an older lady wearing a collard shirt-walk into the restroom with a wash cloth in her hand and was in there for about 5mins. Now I did not see what she was doing with said wash cloth in the restroom, but when she came out she started wiping down the counters with the glass barriers to right of the restroom. Fourth time this week I've been here. I guess you can say I'm a little addicted. Especially since it's conveniently located in a plaza near my boyfriend's parents house. I've been there a few times and none of their stuff seems fresh I know that's basically what Jamba Juice is known for but this one in particular was a little bit off they pulled bananas from a back cabinet in some of the ingredients that they put into one of my drinks wasn't supposed to be in my drink I asked for a kiwi strawberry and for some reason they thought putting blueberries and raspberries in my drink was appropriate when I'm severely allergic to raspberries thank God I got a refund and walked out a juice isn't worth my life. read more

All the times I have been here it has been empty, with friendly and quick service! Which is awesome when you are on the go! Just avoid this place right after school is out because you will run into a whole bunch of high schoolers walking around or in line. Other than, this place is great. I've been going to this Jamba every Tuesday around noon after bowling since 2009. I have to say that over this time period, Alicia has spoiled me rotten! It's nice to be greeted by name when I walk in, and I know my special Citrus Squeeze (yeah, I'm old-school) order (light orange, heavy pineapple lol) will be perfect every time. In my experience, the store is clean, the staff is always very friendly (Mark & Katie are pretty damn cool, too) and the vibe is positive. This morning I asked Octavious to have my Chunky Strawberry made chunky and not liquidy, milkshake consistency. He asked specifically how I wanted it... and I said with chunks. My Jamba was VERY LIQUIDY, was tasty but was a mess to enjoy. I just learned that when ordering this item I need to say 1/2 blended because I would like to enjoy some of the actual chunks on a spoon rather than having to drink this item through a straw or directly from the cup. Every JAMBA JUICE you visit offers you some of the good stuff. This one is no different and not really all that special when compared to other Jamba Juice locations. Truth be told, Jamba Juice is not as healthy as many may think; you can actually make healthier smoothies at home if you know what you are doing and have the ingredients and kitchen utensils. With that said, if you are on vacation and live in a country where there are no Jamba Juice location (i.e. Japan) then yeah...you should really make it a point to enjoy JAMBA JUCIE...whenever you have a chance...every day of your vacation ;-) read more

My Jamba juice had chunks you could see through the top of the cup. As I drank it, it was annoying to continuously need to blow through the straw to release whatever fruit got stuck. I'm a very happy camper now that a Jamba Juice is so close to home. The store is definitely clean and I just love that refreshing smell once I walk in. The staff at the register is always friendly and ready to take your order. The ones making the drinks are quick to crank out the orders. The only problem I have with this particular store is that several times, my drink came out wrong. My go-to is their Strawberries Wild, no bananas, extra strawberries. Since my order is repeated to me, I know they received it correctly. It's such a let down when I take my first sip and all I get is the overpowering banana taste in my mouth, yuck!! What to do, what to do? Have them re-make it because that's what I want and paid for or do I keep my mouth shut and just drink it? I opt for the latter and walk out with it. Yeah yeah, it's the whole principal thing but (1) it's ONLY a fricking drink; (2) it's not disgusting and (3) I could probably use the extra potassium. read more

Jamba Juice is a great edition to the pinole shopping center. I went here with my friend and I ordered a drink. all i gotta say about service is FAST!!!! Scenery is always like a normal Jamba green yellow everywhere!!!! but its cool lol no complains on cleanliness. Friendly workers jokes around but works fast while doing it. parking is plentiful and should I say more?! lol outdoor seating. The cashier told us that they don't serve the drink that we ordered from the picture posted next to the counter which is strange so we had to change our orders to something else. I come here every so often (like twice a month) and every time a get a White Gummi (secret menu). EVERY time i get it, it tastes the same, always delicious!! Part of the newly remodeled Pinole Valley shopping center, this Jamba Juice offers the standard smoothies. It is large, clean, and offers decent service. I don't have any complaints. I can envision the place getting crowded after school (PVHS is down the street) and during the hot summer. Hopefully, it will be a great boom to the valley. read more
