It was advertised as ceremonial grade, but the taste and color didn't reflect the quality that is typically associated with that. If you look up what ceremonial grade matcha means and looks like, what InFruition is selling doesn't even come close. I also think my original 1 star review was fair considering that's the whole point of yelp. Reviews are meant to reflect honest experiences. If I had seen someone else's honest review of the drink I likely would have ordered something else. As for returning it, no one wants to have to do that. It's awkward and an extra step after already being disappointed. I appreciate the offer for a refund but won't be needing it.

I've only had one really good açai bowl in Arizona every other one I've tried hasn't been as good so I was kind of nervous. This one I was able to choose and customize the toppings so on my bowl, I got the açai base and on top. I had granola strawberry blueberry and pineapple. The girl at the front said everything was fresh, but being a chef, I kind of felt like the pineapple may have been from a can. Other than that, the rest of the fruit tasted good. I didn't eat the blueberries though. I was disappointed in the açai base taste. It tasted more of like a smoothie mix with a lot of bunch of different things versus just açai eat. I guess the base does have different fruits in it, so it's not your normal açai which threw me off. I probably won't come back here for an açai bowl, but I will come back here to try their other flavors, including some of their smoothies. I'm only reading this at three because the açai evil didn't taste like an açai evil and there wasn't even really any sweetness. I don't think they put Honey in it. I think they put some type of dragon fruit syrup or something like that.

The interior is light and festive. The service was friendly. We ate there twice and the food was good. I had the veggie omelette with cheddar instead of goat cheese and it was delicious. The hash browns had enough crispy elements to keep them interesting, albeit they were under seasoned. The sourdough toast was thick, and you get only one piece cut in half. They serve it with butter and jam on the side. The second time, I ordered two eggs over easy, hash browns, sourdough toast, and bacon. Again, it all was tasty. I did order a freshly squeezed OJ the second visit, and was fresh with a nice orange slice garnish. I would definitely eat there again if staying downtown. No clue why this place wasn't packed.

As I see with so many other great restaurants in the downtown area, these guys have dining both indoors and outdoors and has an open, airy feeling. The service can be spotty depending on how busy it is, but that is because they only have one person at a time usually. Even when that is the case, they never take too long! A good passing meal.

The employee was super friendly and I ordered a mango shake. This was one of the special promotions for 799. When she handed it to me I was a little confused it did not have the tinge of mango color you expect, and there was also a chocolate syrup in the cup. The smoothie itself was not bad because I found it not to be too sweet, which is nice. However, I'm unclear what exactly I consumed. For the price point it's a little bit high, but you make up your mind, whether you like it or not.

Then as I wanted to reply to his comment, he shuts me off and says he isn't up for an arguement. Mind you, I was only in the facility for water for 2-3 mins in which I asked politelty if they could charge me because it doesn't feel right to me asking for free handouts. He rudely interrupted my conversation with his coworker which my interaction with the coworker took less than 5 mins just so he could make that remark. Very unprofessional from Mr. Tony, if the guy is having a bad day best believe he lets his emotions dictate how he is gonna treat customers!
