I followed the instructions and Sheldon reached out to me via email regarding the visit that following day. I responded to the email via phone call and let them know about the experience; I let them know that I didn't necessarily want a refund, I just wanted a new bowl, done correctly, and Sheldon did just that for me! I was able to get my Island Pitaya bowl, made by Sheldon himself, and I'm very happy with this experience! The bowl was done correctly! Not watery and soup-like, like the previous one, and delicious! Instead of offering a solution or an apology, the staff reacted with a mocking, arrogant, and defiant attitude. They even called the owner because, according to them, there was nothing they could do, even though the cameras could have verified what was happening. The issue is not the money, but the unwillingness to properly serve customers, especially Spanish-speaking customers. If you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there, and the owner shouldn't have employees like that.
