The selection was amazing. Everything from unique grocery items to ready to eat meals. I am a trained pitmaster and know my meat. Their selection of beef and seafood looks much better that average supermarket meat. The same for their prepared meals. In fact, everything looked great, from fruits and vegetables to fresh sourdough and desserts. I loved everything about this place! Sadly, all of the current Whole Foods Markets are on the east side of Phoenix. Goodyear is supposed to get one but have so far, seen no building. I can't wait!

She was so patient and professional while she waited for us to download the app and check us out. Because of her reminding us to do this, she saved us a lot of money and also led my wife and I to want to come back more and get some other items that needed to be refrigerated but that we wouldn't be able to bring home right away. The fish mongers there are awesome and always prepare my shucked oysters very nicely. You can do amazon returns here which is nice if you live close by. Now if you're an ASU student, that walks/bikes/ubers here, this is a great location!! But if you drive a large vehicle, like a full size truck like i do, getting into the parking garage can be a nail biter! I wish there was a way to park on the street or on the first level of the garage that way i didn't have to try to navigate the tight turns in the garage. Regardless, I'll probably be stopping by tomorrow for my $1 oysters :D

A well staffed store that's full of knowledge and very helpful in answering your questions like how to start raising chickens in your backyard or growing sprouts and stuff like that. I found a fair selection of beverages as well as checked out their supplements, produce and so many other fresh, organic, vegan + other products too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. NG offers some fun events, nutritional health coaches on staff, and has a community feel which I like. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, I've discovered that the supplements I have been buying there are not just a "few cents" higher than other stores. I was charged $60+ for a Probiotic, and the Saw Palmetto I recently purchased was $7.90 higher than two other stores. I feel there must be a considerable mark up on products and it's taking advantage of their consumers. I understand paying the higher price was my fault for not shopping around before purchasing, however, I can guarantee it won't happen again.
