I was just left Jamba Juice The young lady ask could she help and I said yes but I was trying to see the prices before placing my order. She told me to get a flyer and go out side I was confused since I was ready to order. So to be clear I stated I was ready to order just want to see the prices she was like yes Take a flyer and go out side. It was only me and two other people waiting to get there order. I usually have great things to say about this place, but not tonight. Went into Jamba Juice 9/21 @ 7:52PM. The guy at the counter was eating behind the counter, no greeting, just stared at us, all around not the greatest customer service whatsoever. He literally didn't say a word to us. He Just took our order, took our card, gave us our receipt, and looked at us like we were a waste of time. Then he started talking to his friend and cussing like no one else was in the store. I agree with the others reviews. I won't come back here again just based on the fact the owner has its employees working in 90 degree weather with no air conditioning. I haven't been to Jamba Juice in a while but after the hike at eaton canon with some friend we decided to come here. Our drinks were great and I really liked the one I got which was called "La vida mocha" if you like chocolate then you'll love this drink! I use to get the peanut butter one but I tried this new one and I really fell in love with it! I didn't get bad service but the reason for the "4 star" is because I am in interacted person so I like to make conversation with people. I did try to make conversation with the girl at the register but she didn't really try. It's not just about buying drinks or food it's also how you present yourself to customers because that's what makes people want to come back to the same location. People do go far to other places if they know the employees are nice and friendly. The girl in the register was not mean or anything, I just feel that she should interact more with her customers when they ask for opinions or questions on their drinks but that's all. I would recommend to come and try "la vida" drink if you haven't yet! yes, I will come back and maybe next time they will interact more. read more

Last time i came here about 20 mins before closing. I understand why the guy at the cash register was feeling annoyed about everything that was happening around him but that also does not mean that you don't keep it cool in front of your customers. I wanted to use a buy one, get one coupon and he seemed annoyed that I even pulled it out in the first place. When I asked if I could use my coupon he said "I guess, what can I get you?" I placed my two drink orders and after scanning my code, it turned out that their system was down which made him even more annoyed. Its not my fault that its broken...... I love this Jamba Juice. All of the employees are kind, understanding and no most of their clients by name. Shame on the owners of this location. Shame that you don't repair the air conditioner, now for over 3 weeks. It's 103 degrees outside, they have no air inside. They have the door open, but when it's 103 it's more like 90 inside. (He knows that I'll always buy something for polite-ness' sake in exchange for using their facilities.) This location was a nice enough Jamba Juice. Pleasant employees who handled the line well. It's been a while since I've been in to one. Menu still had some of my favorites (Matcha Green Tea Blast & Carribean Passion) & some new items which I need to go back and try. Some other folks were picking up wrap sandwiches which looked really good. It was "Oatmeal Wednesday" for $1. I should have gotten one and regretted it later. I ordered the hubby a Mango Mantra off the Light Menu. (Figured I'd have a few sips later) My bad. I should of known better. Him: "Light? Light!? I want the sugar! I want the calories! Light?!" Easy parking behind the building in a private lot. Usually no lines and staff is very friendly. When I brought my dog in, they took my order outside and brought my order out. Walked in and only 1 worker was there, finishing up on orders and I was told she'd be with me in a second. Patiently waiting for about 5 minutes (as another customer walked in). I placed my order for a pb banana smoothie and she asked me what protein powder I wanted, I said not to include any powder. I was asked what size and I repeatedly said small and she kept reiterating "large". I said it again, a small please. I placed my credit card on the device as she walked back to fullfill which I thought was my order. Another worker came out of the back to place the other customer's order. As I waited, the worker that took my order spoke to the other worker, which she then asked to take my order. I mentioned to her that the other worker took it. Apparently, the other worker didnt even place it since she wasnt sure if she can take the order without including the protein powder. So which I said, she didnt mention that as I placed it and she just left the register. Upon finally receiving my order, the smoothie wasnt even filled (1 inch below the top) and I noticed while the workers were putting my order together they were both trying to fill it up as much as they could. This location is pretty awesome because theyre usually on top of their game since they have such a large area to work behind. Even if it's busy, you probably won't be spending much more than 10 minutes waiting for your drink. I've only sampled a few of the secret menu items like white gummy bear, starburst, and thank you jesus but they're pretty spot on. They can be on the sweet side but I'm glad they've added the new menus like the fruit n' veggie and the whole food nutrition smoothies so you won't have any of that guilt. Plus, it makes it an awesome stop now for a post workout drink to load up on vitamins. I have experience times where they ran out of fresh oranges and had to use concentrate and also got my order wrong but they are very good about fixing their mistakes. I am a new regular here, having moved into the area about a year and a half ago. Out of the multiple locations in Pasadena this is my favorite one. The staff is always upbeat an welcoming. I have been rung up by six of the many staff members and all meat that same high energy level. My favorite is the Kale Orange Power with a 1oz shot of wheatgrass. I am psyched that they have the premium fresh juices as of Monday. I tried the ginger cayenne lemon shot today. It was a great pick me up. Finally, parking is easier than most places in Pas. Though I like this location because parking tends to be easy (versus Old Town BS parking) This isn't the fastest of Jamba Juices around... but it is what it is... Literally every time I decide to get Jamba Juice and go to this location, they either have rude staff, long wait, low on ingredients to make items or give me the wrong item. After countless times, this location really just doesn't know what they're doing nor are professional. I've had too many bad experiences that honestly Jamba Juice is better anywhere but pasadena. The so called Manager sucks and I tried to complain about several incidents and Jamba Juice itself can't even help. I've reported this place many for being so deceiving and haven't heard bad. 3.5 Stars for this Jamba Juice location. Overall, it's about on par with other locations. My only real gripe is the wait if you go during a busy time. I once waited 30-40 minutes including the wait in line (for a freaking smoothie!!). Another time I called in an order and they actually mixed my order up with someone who was waiting there so I ended up having to wait for them to make a brand new smoothie when I arrived (which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it in). In all other areas they seem fine (i.e. drinks were good and staff was friendly.) The best time to avoid waiting in my experience has been to come in the mornings. They are usually pretty empty early on but afternoons seem to get quite busy. P.S. Parking is usually pretty easy with the lot behind, but it does sometimes get full at night. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never felt so disrespected and disgusted by a worker before. I'm not sure of his name but he was working at the bar making the juices. While I was making drinks I overheard this young boy talking to one of his co workers. The things he was saying made ME uncomfortable, he was commenting on her physically and saying very inappropriate things for the work place, and you could tell she was clearly uncomfortable with this interaction. This is sexual harassment in the workplace and it shouldn't be tolerated. I felt so uncomfortable in the store while this was going on, the hiring team really needs to make sure to double check who they're hiring. I can't believe this. read more

My usual is Chocolate Moo'd with protein, size depends on loudness of stomach rumble. I have also tried the cranberry-lemon bread and it's moist and tasty and only $1 with any juice. I always get lucky and find parking on the street but last week got a ticket because 1/3 of my car was over the white line. It was the most ridiculous ticket I have ever received!!! Best Jamba in Pasadena, if not L.A. Although the smoothies do take a while to prepare especially with the after school/work rush, the friendliness of the employees and manager can't be matched. I usually get an OJ/carrot with bananas, so I know that takes a bit longer to make. Haven't tried all of the food options yet, but the waffle-type bread thing is tasty and the chimichurri wrap is worth five or so bucks. Also, the oatmeal for breakfast tastes good! read more

I know that some of their smoothies are packed with sugars so when I visit I usually try to get fresh squeezed OJ or carrot juice. The quality of the juice is always fresh. This particular Jamba Juice I must admit, i'm partial to. My reason? I have friends who work there. But that aside, Jamba Juice is well known to be the number one place for juicy fruit beverages that are good to your taste buds and tummy. This particular location I can personally attest to as quality, just because im there fairly frequently. Service is quick and all walkers in are greated with a (sometimes) hearty hello. Now while im sure that this isn't new to anyone, but you might not know about is...Im not sure I should tell you this.. but its -whisper- Jamba's Secret Menu! Yes even jamba juice has a secret menu.
