I go often during the summer months to Jamba Juice because the smoothies cool you down, fill you up and taste great. My favorite, especially when I feel a little under the weather, is the ColdBuster. Unfortunately this is the closest Jamba Juice to my work. Otherwise I would go elsewhere. I bought an original sized Peach Pleasure which was not even completely. At all of my previous Jamba Juice experiences, the cups are usually over filled. I have to say I'm really disappointed at the customer service. We pay $4 a cup for only 3/4 of the product. Every time I try and call in a order ahead of time because I want to pay cash I can't get anyone to pick up the phone this has happened more than once today I called and let the phone ring and ring and ring and I did this 5 times!!! I love coming to Jamba Juice after a good workout, especially the chunky strawberry bowls. Since I work and am a full time student I am always running around and getting something on the go, and these bowls are fresh and packed with protein. Whenever I go, Artis is always there, he delivers amazing customer service and you can tell he really loves his job. He gives you advice on how to get points and actually asks you how your day is going. This location is one of my favorites, because my bowls are delicious and the service is wonderful to help you have a rest of a good day. Very much recommended. read more

2014 YELP 365 CHALLENGE - 100/365 Not a big jamba juice drinker but my friend wanted some so we stopped by and this is one of the quicker locations I've been to. There were about 15 people in there already and they got us out within 8min or so. Not a long wait at all. My jamba was good as usual, and the customer service was nice. It just gets packed in there since the location is so small. They need more stools or a PA system so people can chill outside and still hear their names. Love the new cups too. read more

This place has great staff and great employees. I never really liked smoothies, but when I saw them through the glasses as I walked by, the staff sees me and smiles; it's when I walked in and had my first smoothie. This is the best Jamba store on the planet and it has nothing to do with its ambiance. It's small and crowds easy but it's my first choice for smoothies. The people that work here are something special and no I'm not related to any of the employees or have any professional ties to the store. As a person who manages 15 restaurants I would never allow the customer service given at this location. The level of disrespect was appalling and surreal. I used to dislike Jamba Juice because I used to manage a Juice It Up! (smoothie rival in SoCal) and I'm very particular on how my smoothies are made, but I was actually impressed by the consistency and taste of my smoothies. My boyfriend's bowl was a little runny but the manager/shift lead guy was very polite and topped the bowl with whichever toppings my boyfriend preferred. Opens early and has nice staffs. Their oatmeals run out at about 10am each day so wake up early!

Nothing like cold blended fruit in the hot summer. Ask for Jenny, helpful and efficient.

I have been to this location a couple of times. They never blend my smoothies all the way and when you are drinking your smoothie its impossible to drink it because there are chunks of fruit clogging up the straw. I just wish they would take the time to make their smoothies right instead of just rushing through it and providing meh products. I will have to wait for the one on Colorado to open up to get some quality again I guess. The guy with the moustache always makes my smoothies and they always come out the same because he doesn't blend them for the adequate time. read more

The only other acai bowl place I use to go to in Pasadena closed down and I was reluctant to try Jamba juices but was so pleased when I did because they are so good and are underrated. After my workout, I decided to give this Jamba Juice location a try. I ordered myself the Açaí Primo and, let me tell you -- this was the best açaí bowl I've ever consumed. Team members Caleb and Amaya assembled this bowl to perfection. Also, the supervising manager, Andre, exhibited excellent customer service, as he engaged in friendly and inviting conversation. This location is now a "go-to" Jamba Juice for me. I recommend everyone to visit it after a workout or just for a refreshing snack. read more
