Stopped in after dinner yesterday and the place was packed. Every table was full. They were out of Plain Tart, so I went with Strawberry and Mango. All fruit toppings looked sad, but the strawberries were perfectly ripe and fresh. The whole shop smelled strongly of bleach. It's fine, and the froyo is good, but honestly for what it is, it's Definitely overpriced. Too small/ cramped, and poor seating options. The service was fine, I think I gave it a lower rating because one, the cost, and two, there should be a designated person to keep the place clean. As in constantly check ice cream stations, tables, chairs and floors. Teens and kids get messy. It was a busy day, and there was no designated cleaner, only a server and cashier. And like I said the service was fine, I do not blame the employees, I blame the owners and management for lack of an additional person staffed at all times, on cleaning duty. This is our favorite Yogurtland. You get a decent amount of yogurt and toppings for the price. We've been to other Yogurtlands and i feel we got less for the same price. Although I admit that I usually don't eat their yogurt and whenever we go it's because our son wants to go but he always enjoys the yogurt here and it's not pricey for what you get. read more

I'm happy to report that this location's Plain Tart is thick, creamy, fresh and incredible. The fruit is ripe and delicious. I haven't given Yogurtland a chance over Menchie's since 2008 so this is a long spell to break. This location is immaculate. The service is super friendly. Someone is always cleaning, sweeping, wiping down topping containers, keeping fruit topped off, and various other multitasking. I'm really happy about this rekindled Yogurtland era for me! This place is always phenomenal. When you go in the cups are on the right side so it's all self service up until you pay which is fun. I got the cheesecake-pistachio swirl (my favorite), Thai tea (very good, loved it), and boba. When you hear "boba" you think " brown sugar milk tea" but be aware that it's not milk tea, it's more of a Hong Kong tea (slightly on the less sweet side, I wasn't a fan). You choose your own topping (self serviced) and they price it based off of weight, it was $13 for 2 of these cups which seems fair. I put a Roku remote beside it for scale, it is also about half of a Roku remote deep (probably about 3.5 Inches- the size of a large Panera soup). The place is fairly small so I wouldn't suggest eating there but there is the option. It's the perfect setup for a quick to-go order. If you don't like kids consider this hell on earth. If you do, it's adorable, it's often packed with parents with families with toddlers and babies roaming around dinner time. I wish I had this place when I was a kid! It is delicious and very fun. Definitely will be returning. Quick tip: if you get it to go and take it home be sure to get a plastic lid, it makes it melt 3x slower, I made the mistake not getting it the first time and it melted a lot on a 10 min drive. read more

And my favorite spot to pick it up is this location in Pasadena. I've been living in China for 4 years now and every year when I come home for the holidays I always stop by here. This is the first time I have seen the changes in the US due to the Covid-19 virus and even though I had to eat it in my car the service provided by the nice lady was... Well nice. First, put some cookies or some hard solids on the bottom for the structure. Then get yogurt and swirl just around the side of the cup, until you reach the lip of the cup. Since you only did the side of the cup, the middle will have a hole. fill the hole with more toppings. Then here is the real swirl. Put the cup as close as you can to the dispenser. Keep the yogurt dispensing at a constant rate. I keep it slow. Move the cup in circle in a constant rate as well, slowly moving down. you have one shot and go as high as you can.
