After my workout, I decided to give this Jamba Juice location a try. I ordered myself the Açaí Primo and, let me tell you -- this was the best açaí bowl I've ever consumed. Team members Caleb and Amaya assembled this bowl to perfection. Also, the supervising manager, Andre, exhibited excellent customer service, as he engaged in friendly and inviting conversation. Came in last week and was instantly greeted by a guy named Jeremy. It was my first time to Jamba Juice and I literally had no idea what to order. Jeremy kindly asked what fruits I preferred and I told him I absolutely loved strawberries and especially bananas! He suggested a strawberry surf rider and I was a bit reluctant to order it, but he told me to trust him. I'm so glad that I did! It's my new favorite drink. I came in again this week and he greeted me by name and immediately asked if I wanted to order the strawberry surf rider. I couldn't believe he remembered my name and my drink after meeting me for fifteen minutes several days before that! This location is horrible. Several times we have gone here and they always I mean always mess up on our orders. The manager is VERY rude. She wouldn't give me her name only store #89 so which ever manager worked on 11/9 at 8:45 am is VERY RUDE. I asked her a simple question about no blueberries on my toast and she came back with a total attitude. Then she made our order completely wrong. The peanut butter toast was so awful and the presentation was the same. The fruit she used was old and very limited. I get better value at other jamba juices. The manager is rude to the employees poor girl who was working there was going to let us use our rewards and the manager yells across the store she can't use that we already applied the discount. I ask what was the discount (wanting to thank her) and she looks at me and says with an attitude the toast combo then gives me a dirty look. She has some serious issues. I spend over $30 at this location serval times a week but now I would rather drive to another location just not to deal with her attitude and having to repeat my order several times and she still gets it wrong. This is a waste of money for the company because they have to make it over again. I hope the area manager reads this or the owner and make changes. She doesn't need to be in charge. So I have wanted to try one of the energy bowls for a while and thought today was the perfect opportunity. When I had gotten to this location I was happy to see that there were no customers in line so I automatically assumed I'd be in and out with my energy bowl. I was wrong. I don't think the girl behind the counter knew what she was doing. I had gone in at 6:55am. I didn't leave with my bowl until 7:10am. 15min to get what I ordered! And there was no one before me. Oh, but while I was waiting, there were at least two customers that had come in, ordered and gotten their item and left. And meanwhile, I was still waiting. Another girl appeared and said, "sorry for the wait. She's just trying to get it all perfect for you." Yeah ok, I thought. Then when I saw the item I received, my mouth all but dropped down to the ground. It looked disgusting. The taste wasn't very good either. The consistency was completely off. Here I imagined that I was going to get this bowl of fruity thickness to be topped with fruit and nuts. What I got looked like purple soup. I was beyond upset and quite honestly I don't know what to do. Should I never try an energy bowl again? Or should I never go to this location again? Okay so I ordered a orange c booster and peach mango smoothie. When I finished ordering, I asked if I was done. Instead of answering the girl ignored me and started taking another woman's order. When I got my drinks, a girl who was clearly new removed the straw paper bottom leaving the top on. She then specifically took the straw by the middle and pushed it in, completely ignoring the paper at the top. The peach mango smoothie, which is peach mango and peach, yet my smoothie had strawberries. The new girl was also apparently a mute as she only whispered my name when my order was up and did not say anything else. read more

I'm sorry, I'm sure this Jamba Juice is okay sometimes, but I just have to say I had the worst experience here. This review is for the cashier lady (small girl) and the manager (the one with the 'stache) I went in to get a gift card. I initially said $10, then before the transaction was completed, I said let's make it $15. When I got to my car, I checked my online banking (thankfully) and saw that the cashier charged $50. No problem, I just went back in and said I asked for $15, not $50. The cashier lady didn't know what she was doing, so she had to wait for the manager a couple of times. She voided the $50 from the GC and added the $15. I asked for a receipt or some sort of proof that the $50 was gonna go back to my card. She couldn't give me one, so she called her manager again. This manager doesn't know what he was doing too. He kept printing receipts that says $0 and told me there is nothing they can give me. I am on my online banking at that time and know that the refund has not been processed. I, however, see the $15 and $50 transactions already posted. We ended up taking a picture of the register showing that they have voided the $50 from the GC. Well, of course I'm not going to get the $50 back because they only voided the GC and not my debit card transaction. I left and called Chase to open a dispute. I'm not dealing with those people again. Also, there is a difference between a friendly work environment and an overly friendly work environment. I come into the shop to see the two flirting. I go to Jamba Juice EVERYDAY. I order a large Kale Ribbean Breeze with extra blue berries, extra kale, extra banana, and extra raspberries. This location tends to be very inconsistent when it comes to giving me what I've paid for. I seem to somehow get cheated. Since I order extra ingredients it will flow over to the next size (e.g. I order a medium it turns into a large) simply because I order so much extra fruit. I've talked to the manager before but she hasn't resolved anything. I am very displeased with the customer service of this location. read more

I love coming to Jamba Juice after a good workout, especially the chunky strawberry bowls. Since I work and am a full time student I am always running around and getting something on the go, and these bowls are fresh and packed with protein. Whenever I go, Artis is always there, he delivers amazing customer service and you can tell he really loves his job. He gives you advice on how to get points and actually asks you how your day is going. This location is one of my favorites, because my bowls are delicious and the service is wonderful to help you have a rest of a good day. Very much recommended. read more

I came here a lot during their buy one get one free offer and I think I'm a little sick of Jamba Juice now. Nevertheless, despite all the people who came during the promotion period, the staff was always friendly and efficient. I've read that they go "Tip Tip Hooray!" if you tip them? I tipped them but I don't think they saw because they didn't do that. Thank goodness! Haha. My favorites are Strawberries Wild and Caribbean Passion. The parking here, though manageable, kinda sucks. The parking spots are made for compact cars, it seems, but you'd probably need a Honda Insight, Fit, or an Echo if you want to stay between the lines. read more

To celebrate their 20th anniversary its BOGO free drinks and when we got there today on the last day of this sale, the place was booming with more than 10 people ordering / waiting inside for their drinks. They employed a full staff here and so even with double the drinks, the wait wasn't long, tastes just like other jambas, and the workers keep the atmosphere light joking with customers and with each other. I've been to many Jamba Juices on both coasts and this is a rare gem where not only can they make the drinks well, they do it fast. read more

First thing you smell walking in to this location is ORANGES!!!!! I almost thought I had walked in to an Orange Julius or something.......or an orange grove. Or one of those fancy foo flavored oxygen bars. Seriously! Do they have misters spraying orange scented mist? It smelled good. And it made me want to buy big gigantic orangey drinks. Except I was there to buy those razzle dazzles or razzmatazzes that my kids liked. Speaking of kids, the young man and the young lady behind the counter were very nice and well mannered. Friendly and polite and they smiled even! Which is always a plus when going to places like these. More importantly, they were fast and efficient. We were in and out of there in like 5 minutes.
