Had a coupon for BOGO and got two large smoothies, one with Acai Super antioxidant and the other Peach Perfection and there was no line! Employee was very kind and did a great job but this place is extremely understaffed. Hire more people to minimize long wait times please.

I cringe when my kids ask to come here after their sports events. The shop is very stuffy with no AC. If it's 70 outside, it's 80 inside. Just when you get to the front of the line they stop taking orders for 10 minutes to make the other orders that have backed up. Orders are placed on the counter with servers murmuring names in a low voice. Patrons handle the orders and call out names to help move things along. Pre-orders are placed in a container to the left, hidden behind waiting patrons. Anyone who walks in and knows the container is there can take anything out of it with no checking but also if you don't know it's there and you pre-ordered you will wait unnecessarily. You get the first part of your order and have to remind servers that you also ordered a waffle. The drinks and waffles are great but sheesh! I highly recommend pre-ordering and checking the case to the left when you arrive to skip the line, confusion and inside heat. Just check your order before you leave. And to the managers I recommend figuring out what takes so long (açai bowls?) and doing more prep beforehand to speed the process. read more

This place must be the worst Jamba I've ever been to. Non-existent customer service, the teenager behind the counter just mumbling under his breath, even after politely asking him twice to repeat what he'd just said, couldn't understand him. Wasn't offered a receipt and waited for 35 minutes for two drinks. One girl seemed to be exclusively making açaí bowls, the two guys were chilling rather than making juices. When I finally got the drinks, they at least tasted good, that's where the second star comes in. Will definitely avoid this location in the future read more

Don't go to this location. Waiting for 26 minutes like an idiot to order just to end up using a mobile service. No one acknowledged me. Saw people coming for mobile order after order. Still no acknowledgment. Girl in front of me ended up ordering mobile and left after waiting 15 mins. I thought great, my turn. Nothing for another 7. I asked if I should just place a mobile. "No.." asked what's going on "we'reshort staffed" Mom comes, waits 5 mins with me.. ends up asking what's taking so long and if they should just take a mobile ordered and the young woman, making all of the drinks said they weren't taking orders anymore. I was confused and asked why they didn't tell me that 18 minutes ago when I was standing there looking like a idiot. I asked for the manager. Apparently the manager left at 3 o'clock, knowing they only had two working blenders and short staff. Good customer service would've communicated mobile orders to everyone walking in, good CS would be acknowledging their lack of communication with a comped Jamba or a gift cards...they did neither. I was so excited to have this location in my neighborhood, but was quickly disappointed! I understand that the drinks cannot be filled exactly to the brim, however take a look at the photo I posted for reference on how much was missing! For $10/drink (which is pretty steep), I don't expect it to be missing that much. In addition, juice was seen added to smoothie AFTER it was blended to make up for space for the green smoothie which altered the taste and consistency of my usual go to. So disappointed! read more

I've had better service at the DMV. This place needs to take ITSELF. a bit more seriously. Corporate overhaul required. The children that work here have zero knowledge of the menu, zero concern for customer service and absolutely grossly lacking in the arena of presentation. I have always gotten a wrong order, super long wait, or a bout of uncleanliness when I've visited this particular location. Let's begin my review: I walk in to see a dirty floor. The behind the counter happenings are hidden by stacks of chairs and tables. I order a PB Banana protein with extra PB and a GatchaMatcha with light ice. My PB didn't have extra PB and my matcha was some frozen thing with green tea that was blended. I bring it back to the counter and a brief battle over whose error it was ( mine or the maker of the drink) ensue l's and finally she agreed to make another at no cost even though I'm offered to pay for another. This time I got a gotchamatcha with no agave. NO AGAVE. I'm not someone that's drinks green tea with no sugar. Instead of giving them a 3rd opportunity to get it right passed on even bringing it to her attention, and from their demeanor I doubt they would even give a crap. I've never seen an adult working in this place. Not once. so this tells me a few things. Either the pay is so weak no adult with real financial obligations can survive on the wages or the manager thinks children make better employees. I would rather drive across town to a real Jamba that adhered to the standards of the brand and if you value your money and your properly made beverage you should do the same. Now I'm just angry with myself for giving them another try be the jamba experience I have come to love. This place is not it and I have serious doubts it ever will be. Service was bad, workers were rude. I explained how I didn't want coconut on my bowl and I wanted to replace with granola (which I do all the time) and she charged me extra for the granola at first. She then changed it and said they were out of coconut. Once me bowl was made, there was coconut on it! She was also the same girl that made my bowl and took my order - so it said the instructions on the ticket and she didn't remember. Luckily I wasn't allergic as it is a very common allergy. I went in to this Jamba hungry and thirsty on a hot day. I wasn't feeling that great and immediately one of the workers named Shayla assisted me . She pulled a chair out for me to sit and asked me what I wanted from the menu. I told her that I wasn't feeling good and needed something as my sugar levels may have been low and I was feeling hot and dizzy. I told her what I wanted and I gave her my credit card. She immediately started making my drink and brought it to me along with my credit card and and receipt. She told me to rest and to let her know if I needed anything and that she would be happy to assist me. She knew exactly what I needed and was very attentive and provided me with excellent customer service . My drink was delicious and I am happy that I went into Jamba that day as I'm not sure I would have gotten that type of service and care anywhere else. This Jamba Definitely gets 10 stars! I asked for a drink it came out sour they said it was the juice. I asked for a different drink but your using the same sour ass juice. The associates our 13yrs old making drinks that they cannot make. I asked this 14 yr old who is the manager the young boy says he is. Wth is going on with this Jamba. It's terrible.
