After having spent two years without any Jamba Juice, stepping into this Jamba Juice must be what reaching Nirvana must feel like, except with more sugar. I looked at the menu behind the cashier. I was disappointed at first, as I did not see my traditional favorites such as Orange-A-Peel. But I did see Peach Pleasure and lo and behold, it tasted good. The next day I returned, and I lamented over the fact that Orange-A-Peel, Ctirus Squeeze and all of their kin were gone. Why? What's wrong with Vitamin C? The guy behind the counter pointed to my left.....and I saw a biiiig sign that listed all of their "Classic Flavors." Doh. So yeah. Good times. I love Jamba Juice already but this one gets my review. For the better part of a year I've been ordering the tropical greens cold pressed juice "smoothie style" so I could get more fiber from the fruits and veggies used instead of just the juice. A store in Sacramento told me about it and that's how I've ordered it. However, I moved back to the Bay Area and it seemed no one down here knew how to make it. I went into this location today and the staff called the store in Sacramento to find out how to make it for me and then said it was no problem and they were excited to know how and it "blew their minds" that you could turn is juice into a smoothie. Outstanding customer service. Thank goodness they are super close to where I work because I'll definitely be getting my weekly Jamba fix here. Thank you! read more

I like Jamba Juice generally, but will try to avoid this one in the future. The person ringing my order had an expression on their face that can only be described as "I am so bored and you are bothering me". I asked for a small smoothie and a medium one. When the order was ready, my husband and I were summoned with "er... hey" and a finger pointed at two medium smoothies (for which we were charged - but frankly I did not check the receipt/amount to begin with). I was really not looking forward to a correction discussion, so just took whatever was our "modified" order and left. read more

Their smoothies have always been good. My favorite is the Caribbean Passion. I have now eaten their breakfast wraps twice and think they are a fantastic bite! The spinach and cheese one is tasty and light which is perfect for a light meal. read more

So . . . . . the staff looks pretty miserable. I mean, it seems like they hate their jobs. I can sympathize because this location is packed. They always have a ton of customers and it's tiny. Walking in, it's more like a closet and the cashier just mumbled. Oh and he didn't get our name, so we stood there like fools until a smoothie maker asked, "Are these un-named smoothies someone's?" This place should change its closing hours to 7.45PM so customers won't bother to go there after that hour. I ordered an Orange Juice, the cashier told me that they don't have O.J, then he said the machine is broken, I asked him if it was broken all day, he said no, it just broke down, the manager was around and didn't bother to intervene, he was busy closing the store, and making sure by 8.00 he'll b already on his way home ! I don't recommend, there's other Jamba Juices not too far that will treat people much better than taking them not welcome if they walk in in the last 15 minutes !!! read more

YAY jamba juice in the morning! Something I like to do as a TGIF ritual. It's totally convenient since it's on the way to work, and parking is never an issue. There's also hardly ever a line at this branch so getting served and getting out is fairly quick. My co-worker is so tormented by the sight of my jamba juice sitting on my desk that he just made me take down his cell phone so I'll call him the next time before I go there. read more

While everyone knows making smoothies at home is cheaper and better for you, Jamba Juice is a welcome convenience in a busy schedule. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, but I try to limit my weekly Jamba fix due to the really high sugar content of each smoothie. The all fruit smoothies are my go-to selection, but you can't go too wrong with anything you choose. If I want something with a little more protein and fiber, I like the Ideal Meals - all of them are great. They sometimes use overly ripe bananas for the topper, so I often ask for no bananas and extra granola, and they never mind. If you like Creamsicles, the Orange Dream Machine is for you (my boyfriend's favorite). Some deals to keep in mind: Creamy drinks (the fatty delicious and not so healthy ones) are $3 after 5pm. If you buy a menu drink, you can get an Ideal meal for $3, wrap for $4, and the delicious awesome oatmeal for just $1! So, it's wise to bring a friend if you want any of those items and a smoothie or pig out on your own. I love wheat grass shots and their steel cut oatmeal (seriously, I can only eat steel cut oatmeal after I tried their oatmeal). This Jamba Juice has friendly employees, but the service can be hit or miss sometimes. I've had great service, and I've had terrible service. read more

I have to say, I do feel a bit silly writing a review on Jamba Juice. But what can I say, Yelp is officially my new addiction ;p Anywho, it's warming up so I've already made a few trips to this Jamba Juice this week. Also, partly because I have a sore throat. I thought I had a cold, so I ordered the Cold Buster - turns out I just have a bad case of allergies, but, in any case, the Cold Buster went down so smoothly! Yummy in my tummy and on my throat. Also tried the just fruit smoothie (nothing but frozen fruit and juice) Peach Perfection. Pretty tasty. Definitely could tell the sherbet was missing, but the point was to have a healthier smoothie. Also, picked up an Asian Chicken wrap, which was mighty tasty - and healthy, I might add. There was a very light dressing that came with it (resembles Trader Joe's Vietnamese Chicken wrap and dressing), which was only an additional 30 calories. Go Jamba Juice for selling healthy food. That's all for now. I'm sure I'll be back...but usually in the summer, I tend to make my own smoothies since it's much easier on the bank account then $5 a pop at Jamba Juice... read more

Order came out wrong. They offered a new drink, but I received a bit of grief because I came in when the guy that offered me the drink wasn't in. Also, their reward system was down when I went in. The guy couldn't help me on the other cash register that was working. I would have waited to get and use my rewards. His laziness means I didn't get to use my rewards... wth what kind of customer service is that :/ I wanted to like this place but in the end it left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) read more

Its hard to give a Jamba Juice a bad rating because I like their smoothies so much, BUT this has got to be one of the worst Juices around. The customer service here is always very slow. I come usually in the morning before work, and they usually have about 3-5 staff members working. For some reason, the same person that takes your order is also the one that makes the drink. While the others stand in the back talking and trying to ignore the customer stares. I have been late to work a number of times because they take anywhere from 5-15 mins to make your order. read more

It's about noon and there are about 4 people working on the floor it's not busy, but why do I feel there is no urgency. Worst Jamba Juice ever! It always takes forever!! My husband just waited for 45mins to get 2 smoothies. Because 1. They got it wrong twice (only substitution was to add whey) 2. They all looked high. We will never go there again and we live around the corner. read more

Very disappointed awful staff, this isn't a review about the drinks as i think they're quite good but it is about the awful staffing. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and they wouldn't take my order. I stood at the cash register waiting for them to take the order but to no avail. And its not like they didn't know I was there, because I made eye contact with some of the workers. And to my surprise two other gentleman walked in, and one of them decided to walk behind the counter and started doing stuff in the back where they make the smoothies. I do not know if the man worked there or not but he was not in uniform and was not wearing any gloves, I couldn't see exactly what he was doing but by the looks of it he was messing around with the blenders. The workers weren't stopping him or anything so i assumed he worked there possibly, then why the absence of gloves and uniform? And why would he be clocking in 15 minutes before closing? After waiting a bit I decided I did not want to give this establishment any money because of its awful service and left with nothing. Very disappointed, I'll stick with Westfield Valley Fair for Jamba. But, even their service is rather dissatisfying. read more

These guys are jerks. They would not honor the Back to School $1.00 promotion. We had 6 kids in tow, all under 10 years old, but they insisted on a 2013-2014 student ID to honor the promotion. (Student IDs generally aren't issued until later in the school year.) This is not stated in the Jamba Juice e-mail for the promotion. Mountain View Jamba stated it was a local store policy, quite rudely. (Los Altos Jamba Juice happily honored the promotion with no student ID required.) If you're not going to participate, just don't participate in the promotion and don't list yourselves as offering the deal. But don't try to weasel out of it with ridiculous restrictions once you have customers in the store. read more

ehh, about average considering the number of juice places I've been to. When I came by here earlier this afternoon, although there was a line for orders, there also appeared to be a full compliment of staff working, and efficiency appeared to be one thing that might be worked on here, just a tad slow for the numbers. I ordered fresh orange, mango, passonfruit juice--not quite blended well enough as there were some large mango chunks, but it wasn't enough to kill it for me and bring it back. Fruit smoothies is good for you and for a venerated, long-time institution like Jamba Juice (anyone remember when they were Juice Club?). it just can't get better unless you find some independent, self-standing juice bar. I seriously missed this when I was overseas and hit this particular store the FIRST day I got back from Hong Kong. Hong Kong has some crappy chain called M|X where it is very runny. And, I've heard people get food poisoning from that stuff. Man, Jamba needs to open up in Asia to show them this real stuff!!!! But I digress.... ANYWAYS it's a great smoothie. read more

I usually do not write reviews for chain locations since there typically isn't much variance between them. This Jamba Juice doesn't have indoor seating and has 2 tables outside. In addition, the employees are terribly slow and there are always, always employees chatting it up while one employee mans the register and the other register remains closed...WTF. Do not come here for the service and/or if you need to get in and out quickly. read more

I was in yesterday and truly shocked at the behavior of the employees. The cashier felt she needed to yell at her co-workers about non-sense while I was "trying" to order. Then while I was in the middle of my order an off duty manager walks in and the cashier proceeded to yell at her. While waiting for my order I witnessed one juice maker biting her nails while the off duty manager was talking to her. To finish off this experience the manager felt it was funny to throw packets of mustard at the employees. I can only imagine that they will be picked up off the floor and put back for customers to use. YUCK! Jamba upper management needs to take a good look at it's training program. I think I will avoid this store and go to Nectar down the street instead. read more

one of the worst jamba juices i been to...and to think that I applied to work here when I was 16 years ago and they they didnt even give me a call back. Their service is horrible and rude. CASH ONLY signs everywhere at a Jamba Juice? Got all the way to the front of the line to see if they will take a groupon (because cash only sign) and the cashier didn't know she had to ask two other people who didn't know. Finally went in the back of the line to purchase groupon because they said we can use it. Ordered one drink but had to figure out it was only one groupon per order. Told the cashier ok so lets do this as a separate order (she couldn't figure it out herself?). Then ordered an açai bowl and paid in cash as a third separete order. Waited for that after drinks just to have the rude smoothie maker person question us twice if we paid for that already. Noooo do you really think we didn't pay for a bowl and are just waiting for it for an extra 10minutes for no reason?! She had to "make sure" we paid for it with the cashier before she finally made it. Also no suitable seating outside 4 tables with chairs scattered everywhere and one umbrella that was occupied by a man who has been just seating there all day and wasn't even a custumer. Then a worker from one of the restaurants (Jamba Juice?) came and was cussing him out on Spanish and almost threw a metal chair at him in front of us...scary and a wtf moment... read more

I go to Jamba Juice almost every day. But since I'm a commuter, exactly where I go is up to wherever I am that day. All it took was 3 minutes for me to decide I will never be coming to this location again. Right as I walked in, there was a horrible smell. As if fruit was left out all night in a stuffy locker room. The cashier was completely disconnected and I even heard her ask her coworker if there was any coconut paste left. (I ordered a Piña Colada) When I got my drink, I couldn't bring myself to try it until I was out of the store. What I got was NOT a piña colada. I taste strawberry, it's really watered down and overall disgusting. Due to a doctor ordered restricted diet, Jamba Juice is one of the few places I can go to enjoy anything remotely close to a dessert or even a refreshing morning shake. With that, my disappointment is immense and I'm sorry for anyone else who has had this type of service. Horrible. Worst experience at a Jamba EVER. read more

From now on I'll drive a little further to another Jamba Juice. Normally I love Jamba Juice, and the one in Sunnyvale on El Camino is good, but today I ordered 2 drinks from this Mountain View location and both of them were as thin as water. I like it slushy! Made me wonder if the frozen ingredients were not even frozen, as it was very warm in the store. Turn on the AC! Also the girl behind the counter needs to speak up because it's hard to hear her. She is nice enough, however. The last time I went to this location they served me a heated wrap and it was totally cold on the inside. I should have driven back to get my money back, but didn't.
