While it is expensive ($15+ a bowl), each bowl is made with fresh ingredients and tastes fantastic. I have never been disappointed and I am always satisfied. My "go to" is the tropical bowl with chia seeds mixed in, almonds, granola, strawberries, kiwi, and mango on top. It's the best! The service is made up of teenage girls, who are friendly and polite. I don't generally eat in-house, but I see a lot of people enjoy the little tables inside and outside. read more

I haven't returned to this place in quite a while, and I'm disappointed to see it has declined. First, they need to fix their menu board--it's incredibly difficult to read (blue light over blue and purple text). I had to take a photo to decipher it. Secondly, $13.99 for a medium bowl with bananas and a couple pieces of strawberries, probably adds up to only one whole strawberry, seems over priced. The acai wasn't icy enough. Smoothie and acai bowl place that has acouple of locations across the South Bay. I Tried a variety of their smoothies. Ingredients seemed fresh and i liked some better than others. The one thing that differed between the 3 that I had was the consistency of the smoothie itself. Prices are on the higher end and couldn't see myself coming here on a daily basis for a $11 smoothie. Service was decent seemed like there was only one person for both taking the orders and making the drinks. Luckily it was slow so there were no problems. My favorite out of the three was probably the matcha smoothie. Maybe they could incorporate some more whole Ingredients into the smoothie for a more filling and satisfying experience. read more

Came after a pickleball session for something refreshing and tasty. Ended up getting the nutty bowl because I really enjoy peanut butter and bc gainz. Unfortunately the bowl didn't really have any peanut butter that I could taste :(. The granola, bananas and acai was good otherwise but the lack of the nutty taste was a big disappointment. I came in after a Kaiser visit, feeling a little sorry for myself for being under the weather for over a week, and just asked the woman at the counter for a recommendation for something that would make me feel better. The menu is WAY too big for me: I get overwhelmed easily. I just wanted something tasty and healthy. She recommended the Warrior Bowl which was great. It was made with care and given to me quickly. I had a very nice experience overall and feel like I did get myself something that would help my immune system. Literally my buddy and I were the only ones in the place and it took half an hour to make two smoothies and two pieces of toast. Granted it was really good, but it was really slow getting it. Vitality bowls had the right açaí to satisfy my tastebuds, but I wasn't too wow-ed by my overall experience. We came here on a weeknight and had no wait. I expected prices to be steeper since we were in the heart of Mountain View, but I felt like $13 for a small bowl plus 75 cents per additional topping was a bit much. We got a kids bowl (which was an okay portion) for about $15 including extra toppings, tax, and tip. I liked the texture of the açaí but felt like toppings were a bit sparse (I think there could've been more strawberry and could barely make out the honey drizzle). Staff were pretty friendly and got our order out quickly. Overall was pretty satisfied with my experience but have had tastier açaí for better value. read more

The first thing you will notice is that their menu board is quite hard to read. Both because of the poor color choices and also because the glare from the sunlight. If you manager to read it by squinting really hard, you will notice the prices are exorbitant. They better be serving the world's healthiest, most tasty bowls at those prices. I mean 15/16$ for medium sized banana plus chia seeds on oatmeal or whatever else is pure daylight robbery. Finally if you are totally out of options and have decided to eat here anyway and you place the order, welcome to the most entitled, slow and lazy workers you will ever find. Seriously with even absolutely no traffic (which is unsurprisingly the case for most of the time), they take ages to get anything prepared. And it's not as if these bowls require that much effort. Great açaí bowls! So much goodness packed into each bowl and I love all the fresh fruits. The dragon bowl is very refreshing but I like the superfood bowl more for that classic açaí taste. They serve savory items now like, salads, grain bowls, wraps and toasts. The chicken pesto grain bowl is really filling. The superseed avo toast is a good choice too. read more

Sadly disappointed by this location/the smoothie I received yesterday. I'm familiar with the brand and have frequented their OC locations and have always loved their smoothies and acai bowls so was expecting something similar. Opted for the Go Green smoothie and it was so watery (usually their smoothies are thick and creamy!) and not well blended. It also just tasted like super sweet almond milk with big chunks of date, so maybe the ratio of ingredients was off? This specific experience/smoothie was definitely 2 stars or lower but giving them 3 because I do love the brand and hope they achieve better consistency across the different locations. read more

I've been coming here since they opened that it's always changing. It used to be better. For the last year or so I feel bad for the young people who work here because they're slammed with orders at times and can't keep up, with only one person working. Must be stressful. I also wonder if they make orders as they come in, in order. I'm sitting here waiting for my bowl almost 20 minutes after the app said it should be ready. I know it's not a sure thing, but like, maybe change your app or try to make sure it's a little more accurate. This happens every single time the last few months. This has to be the worst vitality bowl store. Theres teens working which don't know what they're doing half the time. And because of that reason- I gave them multiple chances. They're inconsistent with adding toppings, which if I'm taking off several toppings, and in return, adding one different topping I don't understand why that's an extra $1? ridiculous. This was my fault for not checking. However, I ordered the avocado toast and when I get home- It had raw, not even ripe avocado, which were hard cut up in cubes. Like a five-year-old made it. The didn't mash it. And on top of that raw avocados are not good. And they charge $10 for one piece of toast. Waste of money. And I didn't even eat it. I have to remind them to blend their açai bowls or there is big chunks of ice in it. If you have a blender use it properly! Be careful when you order bowls because most of the time it is not filled to the top. They're very skimpy with ingredients and filling bowls to the top. And they're expensive. And this economy everyone is trying to cut cost however, Reminder- if your products aren't satisfactory, you won't have any customers. And you literally have to stand there for 10 minutes before you get any help. Today I go in and they mashed the avocado on the toast and left off the pumpkin seeds? I've been going here for a while now. If you told me I would be rating this place 5 stars I would have laughed in your face. I had a terrible experience at first, the staff was rude and the bowls were mediocre and not filled up at all, maybe it was just the old staff. Anyway, wow! This place has improved. I decided to give it another chance a couple months ago and now I can't stop going. My husband and my kids all come here and we all talk about how it's the same girl working in the back - but let me tell you this- every time I see she's working my bowls always come out fruitful and over par, my wraps always have the perfect proportions, and my smoothies never chunky. She lights up the room and has given me the best recommendations (I didn't even know what Graviola is and she explained it perfect to me!) Every time I see "Server: Heart Tena" on my receipt I know I won't be disappointed! This place has definitely improved and that sweet girl is always so kind and welcoming to customers (Although I do feel bad for her because it does get busy but she manages to pump those orders out while still making her bowls look good).
