I got a strawberry wild and it was delicious. Quick and friendly services. Plenty of parking

I was on campus and wanted to grab a drink before leaving. Decided to check out Jamba Juice since it's been awhile. I went with the Alona Pineapple smoothie! It was delicious and quenched my thirst. However, the price has surprisingly gone up alot since my last time ordering a Jamba Juice smoothie....which was probably couple of years ago. The young man who took my order was pleasant and got my drink ready quickly even it was close to closing. read more

I'm not crazy about Jamba Juice (which mostly serves drinkable candy with a health halo) but sometimes you want something smoothie-like, and this location is conveniently located for folks on campus. The offerings at this Jamba are limited compared to others - for me, that meant some of the lower sugar, more greens-oriented smoothie offerings at other Jambas were not on the menu here. They do offer a couple "kids" smoothies that are closer to a balanced snack vs full on dessert. So, meh! But depending on what you hope for when you walk into a Jamba Juice, YMMV. read more

Great Customer Service to the employee I believed was named Yancarlo. He served me my strawberry surf rider, and it was excellent.

Came here to grab a smoothie cuz I haven't had Jamba Juice for a while. Then I realized how much the price has gone up :o Got a medium white gummi (first time seeing it on menu), but it soon became very watery (as if there're separate layers). I like that the changed the shape of the cup, so now the medium really seems like a large amount haha. read more

Jamba - Belgian waffle parfait - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Stanford, California

Great Customer Service . Ordered PB Banana Protein and it was So delicious as always .Love this place

You really need to know the ingredients. I bought a Belgian waffle parfait that should come with fruits but there was zero fruits in there despite they clearly show a lot of fruits in the posters on the wall and door. So I checked with the cashier if there should be fruits and she said no. And then I searched online and found the exact list of ingredients for it which clearly includes fruits. So I showed the list to the cashier and she still said there should no fruits. I stressed that it is there listed on their official website and she finally agreed to check on something and then agreed to add some fruits. read more

Jamba - a sign in a store window - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Stanford, California

Love their freshly squeezed carrot-orange juice. That's my favorite. I don't see it on their online menu but the warm and lightly toasted jalapeno cheese twist with a glass of freshly squeezed OJ made for a very satisfying breakfast that cool chilly morning. read more

Quick, fresh-tasting smoothies... perfect on a hot day; easy to bike with. Conveniently located in the Student Union. I'm always jealous of the students I see, sipping on their fruity, juicy, yogurty treats. Finally, I treated myself to a Mango Mantra, and remembered everything I used to love about Jamba Juice in middle school... When I got the Jamba card that I just used as a Christmas present stocking stuffer. Plus, they've started making some healthier concoctions, started offering solid food as well, they've become more up-front that some of their recipes are "meal replacements." They offer smaller sizes and post their calorie counts right on the menu. I remember (again, in middle school), flipping through the nutrition information booklet they had in the store, then promptly ignoring all the disappointing content it had to offer... No more! It is possible to make healthy choices at Jamba! Hoo-rah! read more

Visited the 'Farm' and glad it is open. Typically busy? ( we pretty much went 10 mins after open hours, but it also was a weekend and still pandemic..) single student working there who made our awesome shakes that allow you to enjoy as we walked around the Claw and visited the bookstore. read more

Long wait times, but where else are you going to go? Came on a warm Saturday afternoon and the place was jam packed. There was one cashier and one person making the smoothies. I don't know why the cashier never helped out the person making the smoothies - it would have made the wait time a whole lot faster, but somehow she would conveniently disappear after she took everyone's orders. Smoothie was fine, no big mess up there. I wouldn't recommend the new watermelon flavor though - it had no watermelon taste to it whatsoever. read more

Goodness knows how many buckets of Citrus Squeeze and Peach Pleasure I consumed over four years of undergrad here. Jamba Juice is uniformly delicious, but this one has a special place in my heart. I miss biking across campus at snail speed taking sips from a precariously held styrofoam juice cup. Not many campuses can boast their own Jamba Juice, so take advantage, students. read more

I've been to this, and other, Jamba Juice locations many, many times. From when I was a student to when I was an hourly worker at Stanford to now when I'm on faculty, this place has been around through it all! I still remember coming to Stanford from Anchorage, Alaska, never having heard of a Jamba Juice, and getting really excited that there was a spot that specializes in juice on campus! A part of me still feels that excitement when I visit. There truly is something for everybody here. Whether you're looking for a low-calorie smoothie, a nutrtionally-balanced smoothie, or just a smoothie that tastes amazing, you'll find it at Jamba Juice. My favorite Jamba Juice in terms of taste is the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes just like a creamsicle! It's a very nice treat! The Matcha Green Tea Blast is another one that's a very good flavor. It has a certain creaminess to it that really complements the tea very well. A citrusy flavor that I like is the Strawberry Surf Rider, which tastes like a strawberry lemonade. I've also had their a few of their all-fruit smoothies, including the Pomegranate Paradise, the Mega Mango, and the Peace Perfection; they're all good, although not nearly as sweet as the smoothies that are made with ice cream! Recently, though, as I've been paying attention to calories, I've been going for their "Jamba Light" options. The Berry Fulfilling is my current favorite, although I substitute out the blueberries in favor of extra raspberries. Yum! :) I've also done the Mango Mantra, which is also good. My only gripe is just the prices, which are quite high considering that you're paying for a juice at the end. Nonetheless, it's all really quite good. Tip: Remember that you get a free boost with your Jamba Juice. Whether you want a boost of your daily vitamins, a nice energy boost to get you through the day, or a soy protein boost to rebuild muscles (among other available boosts), don't forget that you can add it free of charge! Tip #2: Google around for Jamba Juice's secret menu! This truly is a secret menu, and is spread only by word of mouth (unlike In-N-Out's so-called secret menu, which can be found plain as day on their corporate web site -- some secret!). Many of the options on Jamba Juice's secret menu are quite sweet, which I suppose is why the menu's secret (they wouldn't want to damage their reputation as a healthy option!). In particular, they have flavors patterned off of each of the gummy bears, my favorite is the White Gummy! read more

Mmm...tastes like Jamba Juice! Uh, but the line can get ridiculously long and move super duper duper slow. Oh, and forget about free smoothie day... In comparison to the one on Union St in the Marina (which I give 5-stars), this is two stars less awesome. =( read more

Is there a peach shortage going on? This is the 2nd JJ I've hit where they couldnt make any drinks with said fruit. So I made my own and got a strawberry mango instead. Decent flavor but peach would have been better! Lots of little kids doing summer camp or something as they're all over the place. Otherwise a fairly straight forward JJ experience. read more

This is a pretty awesome Jamba Juice. I give them a high review not just for their delicious smoothies and breakfast options (because it's a chain and the corporate people are the ones we have to thank for those recipes haha) but also for their service. This is a speedy, speedy Jamba Juice. They go through a lot of sometimes cranky, tired, and overworked Stanford students in one day. I spent four years at Stanford and drank a lot of Jamba Juice in that time, and can honestly not say I remember one bad service experience. Even the one time I accidentally forgot to ask for the low calorie version of Make it Light Pomegranate Pick Me Up and they made me a new one anyway. Even the one time I spilled my Berry Fulfilling smoothie on the way out and they were awesome and made me a new one. They even asked me if I wanted an energy boost during finals when I'm sure I was not looking my sprightly self. Keep it up Jamba Juice! We appreciate your customer service efforts and tireless energy :) read more

This Jamba Juice location is a little unlike others I've been to - which makes sense because it's on Stanford's campus. Every time I've been, it seems the staff is unprepared for the "rush" of students and doesn't handle it well. It's very small, and when they get even ten people at a time, it's hard for them to keep up. Yesterday during my visit, there was water all over the ground (in the area for customers), and the bottom of my pants were soaked when I left. I felt like they could have at least taken a mop out and cleaned it up a bit. I will still be back, because let's face it, there are only so many options on campus to have a snack, but it just needs to work out the kinks. read more

This Jamba is always ridiculously crowded, with mostly non-Stanford affiliated people. Here's what I imagine the thought process to be... "Another freaking red-tiled building... oh they have a Jamba? Sweet!!!!" Inevitably, I feel like there's always little kids or teenagers here. The smoothies are good, but not-at-all healthy, let's not kid ourselves. That being said, I still succumb to one every now and then. I'm glad they added the smaller size. They also used to mass mail all the Stanford PO boxes with 1 free Jamba Juice coupon, but I haven't seen those the last 2 years.. Why Jamba why? read more

Jamba - Always terrible service here. Worst is when they gave me this 'full' cup, it is clearly half empty. .... #shortchanged - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Stanford, California

This Jamba Juice will have you waiting outside (totally understandable due to COVID) and will lock the doors exactly at 7 pm. I was waiting in line for at least 15 min. Got to the front at ~7:03pm only for them to lock the doors and tell me they were closed. One of the employees even laughed. Ridiculous. read more

I can only give 1 star (for on-campus-location) and may not return until the conditions listed below improved/approved: 1) A crammed & awkward space configuration -- Why hasn't it found a more spacious location to serve many thirsty customers in our drought climate? 2) Shortage of staff -- only 2 workers (one at cashier another making the smoothies) when it would help to have at least 2 more coworkers (one focuses on cleaning while another one making the order to shorten the wait-time, less people waiting in the very small space) 3) Sanitary -- I see many used mixer cups in the sinks waiting to be tended to but no one's job is solely on cleaning, thus the on-duty staff picks up the cup quickly without scrapping it to making sure the soap is completely off the surface (upsetting typing this), then grab the wet lid from the soapy container (again, without rinsing it with clean water) to put on top of the cup in order to make smoothie... 4) I order a large size to split into 2 but the 2nd cup wasn't full to the top (echo another customer's review). In other locations, I could usually get 2 full cups plus a little extra in a petite cup. 5) Not sure if one of the staff is a "store manager?" In any case, the 2 workers do whatever they have to do without smiles on their faces. Are the employees from outside or are students from Stanford itself? Who is making sure this location passes sanitary standard on a REGULAR basis? Customers -- Please make our voices heard to make positive changes for the sake of our health & wallet. read more

Poor customer service! I went in today 3/05/16 around noon, no other customer were there maybe because it was a rainy day. There were two employees and I was not greeted by them, one slowly walked to the register and leaned on it, it appeared he was logging in, he never acknowledge me or said that he'll be right him me...nothing, I'm just standing there waiting...and waiting. He finally took my order and while waiting for my drink the other associate just stared me down. I don't go to this location often because the service gas gotten worse. read more

Nice and clean Jamba Juice location at the Tressider Student Union at Stanford. Nothing exceptional here, they make the same drinks as the other JJ locations, and offer the same products. Even the store layout is the same. They work fast though and can serve a lot of customers in a short amount of time. Always good to have a cup of Jamba Juice for those times you need something refreshing. read more

Jamba has you on this one because it is the only game for something of its kind in the area. This is very apparent. Always a long line. The construction around the student union makes it for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. read more

This is the first time I tried Jamba Juice in mid afternoon . I ordered Mango-A-Go-Go and Razzmatazz smoothi. Taste was really pleasant. I liked it in first go. But then I found a small insect at the bottom of the drink and that's disgusting. I just threw away both drinks. I went in to show them the insect and make them aware , the one who at reception just laughed it out and ignored. I dnt know if this is how it works in this shop. read more

Small and does not accept cardinal dollars. Central location is a plus.

Probably the last time I will come back to this Jamba Juice. Prices here consistently change and have increased significantly since last year. Today I had to wait 15 minutes to get my drink and it wasn't even that busy. The staff seemed flustered and extremely unorganized. I didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long. I recommend saving your money and time and go to Starbucks instead. read more

Morning walks around Stanford early in the morning are just the best, must I add BEAUTIFUL. They were closed 20 minutes before their normal hours were scheduled - I definitely understand that this happens sometimes when there's slower traffic toward the end of the day, but what made the service poor was that I'm pretty sure the employee saw me through the doors when I was confusedly trying to open them and hid! read more

So...it's a Jamba Juice. They make great tasting smoothies, but certainly don't stay true to their mantra. Yi S. happened to notice the same "Jambaisms" I stare at every time I pick up a Jamba Juice. If "your body is a temple," then why pollute it with 24 oz. 300+ calorie drinks? Because they taste AMAZING. Drinking Jamba Juice every day would surely be unhealthy. But for the quick smoothie fix, Jamba is perfect. read more

I come here quite frequently because it's so convenient for me as a Stanford student, and mostly it's just like any other jamba juice. The staff is very friendly, but two things bring my star rating down: 1) It's always really crowded, and it often takes 15 minutes to order and get your smoothie. 2) This location seems to mess up my order far more frequently than any other location I've been to frequently. It seems that at least 25%-30% of the time, my smoothie is messed up somehow; either the wrong drink, not blended enough, far too sweet, or just tasting really weird. One time I actually got a Strawberry Surf Rider that tasted like sweetened mayonnaise. So while I'll go here just because it's so close and easy, I would recommend going to the Stanford Shopping Center or Town and Country locations if you're driving in the area. read more

I mean, it's a Jamba Juice. Right in the middle of Stanford. It tends to be pretty busy. I just ordered a straight-up Orange Juice and had to wait a fair bit for it to be made. My transaction was completed, I took my juice when it eventually arrived, and left. It was pretty good juice, but there was nothing particularly great or terrible about the situation. The cashier smiled at me though, so that was nice. read more
