Stopped by while we were out shopping and it tastes just like when I was a teenager. My go to is original with the crunchy chocolate and fruity pebbles. Soooo good. The service was quick and the store was clean. The rest of the fam loved theirs too!
Tried the new Dubai chocolate sundae from Pinkberry, limited time special. A little bit pricy at around $14 but I had my birthday $5 off reward which was nice. The yogurt was a hazelnut flavor but I still prefer the signature original tart. It had strawberry pieces, crispy knafeh, and pistachio sauce. The mall was closed on Easter Sunday but Pinkberry was still open.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today. I'm a frequent customer, which makes this even more frustrating. I came in for a takeout order and checked in with the cashier, the asian girl with the RBF, who acknowledged me and told me to wait. I stood there the entire time, yet somehow four other takeout orders were fulfilled before mine, and even two walk-in customers received the exact same item I had orderer plus extra add-ons. When I followed up, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the cashier gave me attitude and claimed she "never saw me," which is simply not true. There was zero accountability. I was then told I could either wait another 15 minutes or take an empty cup with low-quality yogurt -- followed by "what do you want me to do about it?" That response was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled with dismissiveness and no effort to make it right is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and basic courtesy. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I'll seriously reconsider coming back.

On a warm sunny day, my Yelp Elite friend took me to the Pinkberry @ Stanford Shopping Center. I've heard so many great things about this brand of frozen yogurt (fro-yo). In the last 10-12 months I have reviewed over 20 frozen yogurt places in the SF bay area. Pinkberry is a full service fro-yo place. They charge a fixed price, and they control the portion size. Then they charge a little extra for toppings. They also serve fruit teas, smoothies, and fro-yo swirls. You can get your fro-yo in a cone or cup. Pinkberry has limited flavors. When we were there, the six choices were: - Original, sweet & tart - Green Apple - Tropical Mango - Chocolate Hazelnut - pomegranate - chocolate chip cookie I ordered a medium w/ Mango and Chocolate Hazelnut, $7.99, no toppings My friend got a small for $6.99. My medium was a good sized serving of fro-yo. Usually, I get better value at a full serve place than a "pay by weight" place. If I was at Yogurtland, this medium from Pinkberry would probably be near $9.50. How did it taste? The Mango was icy cold and refreshing. The Mango flavor was good and tasty. No chalky after taste. The chocolate-hazelnut was creamy and good. The fro-yo stayed frozen for awhile before melting in the heat. Why 4-stars? This place has no indoor or outdoor seating. Just order, pay, and leave. My friend and I walked around and found a place under shade trees. It was over near Mini Cat Town. Overall a good experience, and I would return.
Have been missing Pinkberry and didn't know we have any outside of SFO. So happy to see this one at the Stanford Mall. Omg, best thing I have had in awhile. Heh, ain't I deprived... I got a take home canister and it's big for the price. They gave me some ice, so not much melted on my short drive home. It was just like store-bought initially, but the texture changed into that of a sherbet after sitting in the freezer. Still good imho.
Haven't had a pinkberry in like 2 years and I'm glad I came back for it. "Regular size" with no toppings came out to $8.50 (yikes, but what can we do), but it was well worth it. Worker was very friendly and generous with the machine.

I haven't had pink berry in a while but I remember loving in when I was younger! It was so refreshing to have!! I got the pomegranate flavored yogurt with my favorite toppings: mango chunks, mochi, cheesecake, and strawberries! You can put as many toppings as they can fit into the bowl. Super worth it in my opinion :)
Pinkberry is amazing but the service at this location left much to be desired. The Asian girl with the stupid stare on her face is embarrassing. No smile, no greeting, no acknowledgement of the customers orders - ultimately this leads to no tip.
Located in the Palo Alto mall in the outer edge corner right to chipotle. Small little store but the service was good and quick. My go to is the pomegranate because it's the most perfect tart flavor and not too sweet. My go to topping is the mochi that it normally always fresh and chewy. The small size is the perfect size for a single serving with out being too much in my opinion.

Great staff, very busy on warmer days. Only wish there were more flavors of yogurt to choose from. Great experience, took my grandson and he loved it. read more
Came just to try the chocolate crunch. It was my first time at a pink berry and I wasn't sure how to order. The staff weren't that friendly and didn't really explain anything to us, just kinda looked at us confused and when we asked questions it was hard to hear what their were saying. They have really limited flavors so not many options. I got the tart with strawberries and the chocolate crunch top. The chocolate crunch was sooooooo good. Tasted like Nutella with tiny malt crunch balls. Absolutely enjoyed it and wish I got more. The only downside is they make your bowls for you so you don't really get to customize with how much you want of each topping or flavors like you can at yogurtland read more
When at the Stanford Shopping Center, the boys always like to hit up Pinkberry for a quick snack or dessert. Pinkberry is a counter-service frozen yogurt shoppe located on the El Camino Real side of the mall. The small, but clean venue is compact, likely with a maximum occupancy of about thirty persons in the customer area. At peak times, especially during warm days, the compact store can get crowded, which can impact customer comfort and the overall experience, especially with only about two to three tables available for outdoor seating. The menu offers refreshing COLD BREW FRUIT TEAS, fresh fruit smoothies, rotating seasonal flavours of frozen yogurt, and a variety of toppings from cereal to fruit to Nutella. While they have a wide selection of toppings, they stick to a small menu of froyo flavours, one of which is always dairy-free. Classic flavours that are permanent residents are original and chocolate hazelnut. If you are indecisive over which yogurt flavour(s) to choose, the staff will happily provide small samples to taste. Z and V almost always go for the chocolate hazelnut over the tart fruit flavours. The STRAWBERRY HIBISCUS COLD BREW FRUIT TEA is also a delightful drink. The staff is typically friendly and accommodating. Service is pretty quick, but during busy times, long lines and quickly grow. read more

My friend and I stopped here for a little treat after dinner. There was quite a line out the door when we arrived, but it was one of the only things open that night. They also only had one person working. I ordered the cookie dough frozen yogurt with some strawberries, nutella & cheesecake bites. It was pretty good, but a little on the expensive side for me. We have been coming here for many years and the quality of the frozen yogurts have been consistent and the kids have always enjoyed them. Recently we got the original tart with various toppings and were a big hit with the family. It's a small shop and the line tends to extend outside the main door but we waited for 10 minutes to get to order as it moves pretty quickly. Definitely recommend this place for your desert fix! read more
I always like coming here when I am around because they never miss. I always had a pleasant experience. The people here are nice and friendly. They're patient and makes sure everyone is satisfied. The froyo are tasty! But I always end up getting the original tart because it honestly goes well with every topping. Whether it's sweet or savory, it goes well with anything! The person helping me was very nice! I came in for my free birthday small size and she let me know I can choose two flavors in one cup. I got original tart and chocolate hazelnut. While there are a limited number of flavors, you can go crazy with the toppings since it isn't by weight. The fruits were flavorful and ripe! I got mochi and gummy bears as well. read more

Quick, efficient checkout and good service overall. Was a bit crowded when I went there with a few friends. Given the place is so tiny, I wish they would limit the number of people that were in the store...especially considering COVID and delta variant concerns. Other than that all good with the rest of the experience. Great selection of options, fresh ingredients, super delicious flavors, perfect consistency and texture, and reasonably priced. We ordered a mango smoothie and a strawberry banana smoothie- both were pretty good...and even more delicious on a hot day :) read more
This is one of the place that I still enjoy. Lite yogurt, great taste, and not to sweet. 1) well located in the Stanford shopping mall. 2) Great location facing the parking lot. 3) lots of parking. Easy access, and easy to find 4) Price have gone up, it won't be a regular things for most people but still reasonable enough for once a while treat. 5) Awesome selection on topping, choices and some new flavors. Very limited options and flavors to choose from. Went with their chocolate flavor in a small size with 2-3 toppings. We requested to use their restroom for my 4 year old and they straight up said no and then I had to go to the chipotle next door. I wasn't impressed with their service. While we were still deciding what to order, they didn't even bother explaining to us about the process, but instead asked us to hurry up. I prefer the self service yogurt dispensers but this isn't one of those. They have no seating space inside but limited chairs and tables on the outside. read more
Love Pinkberry! It's been at least decade since I last had Pinkberry. What I like about it and what still held true was consistency. My go-to is the tart yogurt topped with strawberries and blueberries. It tasted like how I remembered it. The others in our party ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, mango, and pomegranate yogurts with various toppings. The line here can be long at times but does move fairly quickly. Located next to Chipotle there are several tables and chairs available outside for seating. Don't forget to sign up or use your Pinkberry rewards. read more
Came to Pinkberry for their Barbie froyo and it didn't disappoint! The dragonfruit and strawberry were a good, tart combo. A little sad though that the sprinkles don't look like the ones in the picture, but it added a nice crunch (different texture) to the froyo. Also received good and quick service here! read more
Yelp has the area where this is incorrect. It is on the side of the road where el Camino is, near chipotle. I miss pinkberry. We used to have one in SJ off of blossom hill road. I tried the cookie flavored one, very good! I added the chocolate crunchies which gave an extra bite read more

This Pinkberry location is in the stanford shopping center next to the chipotle. Pretty easy to find and also there's a parking lot right in front of it. I usually come here for a post chipotle dessert cause froyo is so much healthier than ice cream. I love the chocolate hazelnut and I usually add some type of cereal and berries on it. What they don't tell you is that toppings cost extra. I didn't know until I paid because they ask you if you want toppings pretty nonchalantly. read more
