The menu offers refreshing COLD BREW FRUIT TEAS, fresh fruit smoothies, rotating seasonal flavours of frozen yogurt, and a variety of toppings from cereal to fruit to Nutella. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today. I'm a frequent customer, which makes this even more frustrating. I came in for a takeout order and checked in with the cashier, the asian girl with the RBF, who acknowledged me and told me to wait. I stood there the entire time, yet somehow four other takeout orders were fulfilled before mine, and even two walk-in customers received the exact same item I had orderer plus extra add-ons. When I followed up, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the cashier gave me attitude and claimed she "never saw me," which is simply not true. There was zero accountability. I was then told I could either wait another 15 minutes or take an empty cup with low-quality yogurt -- followed by "what do you want me to do about it?" That response was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled with dismissiveness and no effort to make it right is unacceptable. When we were there, the six choices were: - Original, sweet & tart - Green Apple - Tropical Mango - Chocolate Hazelnut - pomegranate - chocolate chip cookie I ordered a medium w/ Mango and Chocolate Hazelnut, $7.99, no toppings My friend got a small for $6.99. My medium was a good sized serving of fro-yo. Usually, I get better value at a full serve place than a "pay by weight" place. If I was at Yogurtland, this medium from Pinkberry would probably be near $9.50. How did it taste? The Mango was icy cold and refreshing. The Mango flavor was good and tasty. No chalky after taste. The chocolate-hazelnut was creamy and good. The fro-yo stayed frozen for awhile before melting in the heat. Why 4-stars? This place has no indoor or outdoor seating. Just order, pay, and leave. I got a take home canister and it's big for the price. They gave me some ice, so not much melted on my short drive home. My go-to is the tart yogurt topped with strawberries and blueberries. It tasted like how I remembered it. I got a free small froyo for my birthday with three toppings (ps. you have to sign up for their rewards). I got a mix of pomegranate and the original frozen yogurt with mango, mocha, and boba bubbles. My friend got the same (but swirled) with PB cups, blueberries, strawberries, and m&ms. You really can't go wrong with any of the choices you make. I think pinkberry is one of the few places left that charges based on size of the cup and not by weight.
