I enjoyed it, but halfway through, it became way too sweet. I was leaning towards getting a kids scoop instead, but the employee said that it would basically be the size of a quarter. I understand this is a gourmet ice cream shop, but $8.50 for a scoop and a sugar cone? I won't be coming back. Instead m, I highly recommend going to "Scoop" just a few blocks down. Their store always smells of fresh waffle cones and they have a unique selection of ice cream just like Salt and Straw.

I don't know what cheese they used but I thought it tasted amazing with the sandwich. It was perfectly melted and tasted great. Service was pretty minimal after the food was served but they were insanely busy though.

Chocolate chip cookie ($3.75) with a scoop of mocha almond fudge ice cream ($5.25): the cookie was too crispy, as I prefer it to be soft baked in the middle with crispy edges. The employees were super slow and seemed more focused on talking to each other than actually helping customers. When it was finally my turn, I wanted to sample a few flavors since it was my first time there, but the employee she seemed so annoyed every time asked to try something. It made me feel uncomfortable just for asking. And for the price you pay, they barely put any ice cream in the cup. It honestly felt like there was almost nothing in it compared to what you're paying. The place also didn't seem very clean. The tables were dirty, and the ice cream itself looked messy. I noticed different flavors mixed into each other. It was just horrible Overall, the customer service was horrible. The employees were talking to each other while people were waiting, the service was extremely slow, and the whole experience just felt unprofessional. Definitely not worth the price.

Then she claimed to be texting with her manager and about 15min later she "processed" a refund and printed a piece of paper that showed a refund would be issued. However no such refund was ever received back to my card! Avoid this place at all costs!

The place inside is a bit tight with a regular line on the weekends, though you can always order at the kiosk if you want to cut the always long line (though I don't think you get tastings that way!).

I guess this place is fine... if you want to give yourself diabetes…read more I had the plain cookie sandwich with banana ice cream and individually these two things are just so saccharine. Like they added too much sugar AND topped it with sugar. Together it was like eating plain sugar. And the so-called "banana" ice cream tasted like you were eating sugar-flavored ice cream and someone waved a banana at you. The predominant flavor is just "sweet". Overall I would not come back, it's just gross and unhealthy. Whoever makes the food needs to work on how they balance sweetness with other flavors and be more restrained, as-is it's only fit for small children or those with an intense sweet tooth. Parking is in a small lot and they take credit cards. The bathroom reeks of cleaning product, which I guess I better than reeking of other things but still unpleasant.
