Conveniently located Starbucks at the corner of Willow Road and 84. I stopped by for a bathroom break and a matcha latte after battling traffic for an hour on my way to a meeting at Stanford earlier this week. Parking was available and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Service was friendly and efficient, and I was happily on my way within 15 minutes. I tried the Eggs & Gouda Protein Box and didn't think too much of it. It was nice to have pre washed and pre cut apples but they tasted a little starchy. The grapes were alright. I liked that they were pre washed as well. The cheese was the best part. The egg was the worst part. It smelled a bit musty. The Chickpea Bites & Avocado was okay. I thought the chickpeas were dry. The snap peas and carrots were delicious. The guacamole was also okay. I haven't tried the PB&J Protein Box or the Cheese & Fruit Protein Box. They seemed a little basic. If I were to get another of them, I think I would choose them in the following order: 1. Cheese & Fruit Protein Box 2. Cheddar & Uncured Salami Protein Box 3. Cheese Trio Protein Box 4. Chickpea Bites & Avocado Box* 5. PB&J Protein Box 6. Eggs & Cheddar Protein Box 7. Eggs & Gouda Protein Box* The Eggs & Cheddar Protein Box and the Eggs & Gouda Protein Box are nearly identical. Overall I don't think I would get any of them other than the Cheese & Fruit Protein Box and maybe the Cheddar & Uncured Salami Protein Box also the Cheese Trio Protein Box. I am surprised that they still sell these as it seems like Starbucks changed their products so frequently. I am still sad that they eliminated a couple of the other products that like so much. They act like they're doing you favors when ordering here and then one of the workers here slammed his car door into mine then proceeded to tell me "chill bro, it didn't even do anything" we were parked and he just swung his door open. On my recent trip to Ikea, we decided to stop by Starbucks and get some coffee. This location has a lot of open parking which is nice. The store itself is very clean and well put together. Surprisingly, they were staffed really well. That means we were able to order and get our drinks fairly quickly. I think working the register at a Starbucks is a daunting and difficult task. You need to make sure you get everyone's crazy order correctly, answer questions and keep the line going. Because of that, I don't think it's a good idea to put somebody new without a more seasoned employee shadowing. Our order was missing a drink; they realized it after we brought it up and made it for us quickly. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be sure to come back! read more

To be honest the customer service is horrible, coming from the workers in the morning, the lady that works in the morning has attitude and mad dog issues, She gave me attitude because i spoke to her in english than again but in spanish, "and that seemed to bother her for some reason" and she never greets me kindly like she kindly greets other customers when im there . Listen I've been to this Starbucks a few times and I regret it every single time. I mean EVERYTIME. The last time I was here was Monday March 20th at exactly 9:45am. The staff here is always moody, everyone is upset, everyone hates their job. They don't want to be there and I get it - I hate my current job too. They are slow here too, takes you a while to get your drink and they have a decent amount of staff, Starbucks is usually short staffed but they had like four or five people. They weren't crowded either but still hella slow. When I stop at this Starbucks it's because I forget how passive aggressive the workers are. The slowest Starbucks ever, has such a huge line of people waiting for their orders to be done. One person making the coffee and the other 3 killing time by moving stuff here and there. Now I must clarify I don't expect someone to be super fast but the person making the drink was so slow it took him at least 10 minutes to make a drink it was insane despite taking this long they still managed to make my drink incorrectly and charged me for croissants I didn't even order. The workers were kind and cordial. The manager was training new employees, but still greeted me on my way in. They saw me bring my pup in and offered a puppuchino. My pup totally loved it! Didn't know that Starbucks offered freebies like that for doggos. But this just goes to show that the workers here go above and beyond! I also ordered a caramel brûlée which then the cashier gave me a fair warning that it was pretty sweet. I'm so glad he told me because there were 4 pumps of syrup. I ended up asking for 2 pumps for a grande size and it was perfect. I think 4 pumps would've killed it for me. I absolutely loved the convenience of the location because it has its own parking lot with other restaurants near by which is perfect if you're on lunch or trying to grab a quick coffee and breakfast before going to work. read more

Today's service is 100 times better than the service I received yesterday (4/23/23) a little after 10AM. Yesterday, it was gloomy and the staff must not have been in the best mood. The person that took my order didn't want to be there and complaints were whispered among the staff. The person didn't even ask me if I wanted my receipt. I received my food, but the easiest item that I ordered was the last one to be made, and it took me a while to receive it. I had to remind one of the cashiers to bring me my last item. This morning, however, the service was so much more upbeat. My items were received in a timely manner. The ambience of the area was light, upbeat, and ready for the week. I am not sure who this staff is that is working on 4/24/23, but they deserve to be recognized for their good work, their quality service, and their efficiency. This team is the only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating. The only reason this does not receive five stars is simply because of how the area outside looks. Not so much the parking lot, but the area that gives customers the option to sit outside. It could be a little tidy, and some places on the inside, were pretty dusty and Could use a wipe down. Other than that, if you are in this area, and you are looking for a place to grab your morning cup of Joe, consider supporting this local branch of your Starbucks brand. read more

The worst customer service by Nadia. I've never seen such terrible service in my entire life, especially at a Starbucks where customer service is their number one priority. Nadia was aggressively rude and disrespectful when I asked her if she could warm up my daughters banana bread. She told me she has 6 orders ahead of her that needs to be warmed when I clearly ordered 10 minutes before everyone else and she made the mistake and didn't warm it up to begin with. After she gave me the banana bread --super late-- she chuckled and said "have a great day complaining". Wow is all I can say. Nadia should not be in a customer service position. She was terrible! On the app it always says they are out of certain things, but when you come in and show them they are not. They try to reset it in their system and then they do show that those items are available. Then after a couple of days it goes back to unavailable or sold out. Staff is super nice and quick. I usually get the butter croissant, but both times the sheet that they give you the food on says it correctly, but inside the food is wrong. This morning I got a chocolate croissant and another time an Almond Croissant. Not sure why that is, but make sure its the right order before you take off. read more

Erik has a REALLY nasty attitude. I'm a regular customer & have been for years. I came in before work & already placed an order thru the app. My sandwich was ready but my drink was not. Which I find a little odd. But I kindly asked for a refund because I simply did not have time to wait. I was already late for work. This one is nice, clean, baristas are friendly. Parking sucks tho. But I really wanted to comment on the app. I don't like waiting in line. And when I'm headed to work sometimes I barely have time to run in and grab my coffee. So I love the app. I use it all the time, even if I'm not in a hurry. I took a star away only because 8 times outta 10, they forget my bakery item or sandwich. The mobile order sticker prints on a separate thing from the drinks. And the baristas always miss it. I have to tell them when they ask if there's anything else. It really needs a chime or beep or something. Or at least one single printer. And this isn't the only one it happens at. This was a great Starbucks. The people here were friendly and the place was clean. My order was taken almost immediately and received it within 5 minutes. The baristas were professional and made the drinks without being rushed like most other Starbucks. The atmosphere was cozy and they had comfortable chairs. The only downside was parking. Parking here was hard to find. If I could come back here again, I would. I wish this Starbucks was located near where I live. read more

Terrible experience I had. I ordered a cheese danish warmed up something simple for my daughter. I was being patient as I seen many other orders being taken care of. I asked for the cheese danish twice and they told me it was coming up and I didn't realize some other customer grabs my bag. He had it for at least a minute then realized it wasn't his. He gave it to me but I didn't want to make a scene and just took it and left. I went straight home and washed my hands I wish the employees would've said something to the man.
