Slushees were very good. Employee was very kind. Air in store did not smell good, but I didn't care.

These 5 stars are for Luis. And the fact that they stock Hi-Chew & Magnum Ice Cream Bars. Woop woop!

The CVS Sharon heights always has a pharmacist available ( you may have to wait a hot minute- ) you can discuss your medications and insurance issues. If you message the pharmacy (on the app) pick your Rx and chose options, pick the RX tell them the issue , check call back and leave you number - I've been called back every time . You do have a virtual assistant and I personally hate this !! I am not sure with the new improved virtual non human you can leave a message !!!!!!!! It is a maze of promotes and not the best AI. So in store they have expanded the size of the pharmacy - which improves the staffs work environment . They work really hard back there they get 5Stars . If you use the app go in the store and have the barcode line you only need the barcode for oneRX and they will pull up all your RX's. The pharmacy for us has been great for 6 years. The old phone system was much better than this improved one.

I was only picking up ONE PILL. I was charged $15! I am a senior who is on State Medi-Cal so my medications are covered. But instead of trying to help me, the pharmacist went out of his way to demean me. I had gotten the medication previously and it was completely covered. I was given no explanation why this was happening. The only reaction was a snide remark offering that I could take it or leave it! I know that pharmacies can offer a discount but I wasn't offered that. Even after I told the pharmacist that I was currently in food stamps and paying $15 for one pill was so difficult for me., All I received was a cold hard stare. I saw no humanity at all. I had no choice, I either took the medicine I needed or cancel the oral surgery I have scheduled for tomorrow. When things like this happen, it truly makes me so sad that something like this could happen.

Unfortunately, there were no Mexican convenience stores nearby so we hit up the closest thing, this hole in the wall convenience store next to a divey hotel. Everyone in there seemed to know the owner so there's definitely a cast of regulars. As I head over to the small freezer cabinet I notice that it's right next to the porn. Interesting placement. As I dig around I almost settle on a Klondike Ice Cream Sandwich but I notice that there's another item made by the same manufacturer. The Choco Taco. How fitting after I ate a lunch full of tacos. For $1.50 I get a taco made of waffle cone with a filling of vanilla ice cream topped with some sort of chocolate fudge sauce. As I look at the FDA label I realize I'm going to get heart failure if I eat any more than one of these. 55% of my saturated fat packed into 290 calories. Holy cow. I thought the cream based paletas were bad for me. This sure takes cake. So even though this place is a total dive, it gets stars for having weird ass ultra fattening ice cream treats.

The apple pie leans classic in the best way: flaky crust, tender apples, just enough sweetness to justify another slice. Then the butcher counter shows real precision. Asked for two Wagyu steaks cut to identical thickness, and they delivered perfectly--even cuts so both cook evenly, no guesswork. Of course, that level of quality comes at a price (think ~$58/lb), so this is more "treat yourself" than weeknight dinner. Produce holds its own too. The asparagus was fresh, crisp, and naturally sweet--no stringiness, just clean flavor. You come here for the details--and stay despite the total.

This location of Draeger's is much closer to what the San Mateo location used to be. The top floor is mostly cards/party supplies and housewares (though it does look like they have a coffee shop up there) and the bottom floor is the grocery section. They had easy parking right out front and I was able to pick up a chestnut scoring tool and review their small selection of Le Creuset. All in all if you have the option I'd visit this location over Los Altos as it's more robust and definitely more friendly.
