Slushees were very good. Employee was very kind. Air in store did not smell good, but I didn't care.

They made an iced version of the matcha latte and kind of grunted when I asked them to remake it as a hot drink (as ordered). We got a matcha latte and a spinach croissant. Both were pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but generally better than Starbucks.

We ordered the SCCB (Salted Caramel Cold Brew) and the FOB (Fall Oat Boy). Both drinks were excellent. The cold brew was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. Each drink had its own unique flavor profile, but both were crafted well and enjoyable from the first sip to the last. The shop itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient. One thing to note is that they do not offer soy milk, which was a little disappointing for us. However, that was a minor issue in an otherwise great experience. At the end of the day, great coffee is what matters most, and Gregorys delivered. The drinks were flavorful, well made, and exactly what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stop by again the next time we're shopping at Stanford Mall.

The tea house itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing, creating a fun place to stop for a drink. One downside is that there is no indoor seating, so it isn't the kind of place where you can settle in and relax for a while. It's at a mall so most people are on the go anyways. In regards to service, ordering is done entirely through a touchscreen. The employees were clearly working hard behind the scenes preparing drinks, but there wasn't much customer interaction. It made me reflect on how much the service industry has changed. Growing up, tips were something given as gratitude for personal service, and it feels different when most of the ordering process is automated. That said, I may be overthinking it because the most important thing was the tea--and it was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and well worth the visit. If you're looking for a quality tea drink in a cool setting, Wanpo is definitely worth checking out. I did go late in the day and they were out of some of the products that I would have liked to get. Good artistry pulling it all together. Today though, I strayed from the usual cappu and tried their mocha. Damn. May possibly be a top 3 mocha in my life. As you'd expect, the base espresso, milk, process, they all matter here; but the key decision here is which chocolate to integrate in. And Verve's chocolate is quite amazing. I hear they make their own chocolate, so to imitate this at home would mean figuring out their in-house recipe. But damn...in the meantime, I'll be back for that mocha.

The ambiance is amazing. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's always buzzing with people on weekdays or weekends - busy and crowded but you manage to find a table for sure. Their baked goods are from Manresa. Amazing selection of pastries, cookies and croissants. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who visit university Avenue.

Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.
