I picked something up no problem there but when I asked where the restroom was it would take me probably an hour to two hours to clean that bathroom because it's so disgusting if they hire someone to come in there and scrub it from top to bottom and then they maintain it. They can simply tell whoever it is an employee that day that there's a sign-up sheet you're assigned you get to go in every 30 minutes or so for five minutes and straighten up the bathroom. That'll keep it clean. It's one of the most simple things in the world that you can do.

He always has a smile on his face for everyone even when his business is impacted by the local economy, especially over the last few months. I was very disappointed to see a new ownership sign on his front window when I visited on 7/15/25. The property owner is looking to get more rent and is bringing in a different tenant to manage the liquor store. Tuan has no choice, but to leave the business he's worked so hard for these last few years being the sole employee and working endless hours. It's very sad that property owners are only in it for the extra buck in (my opinion) and don't seem to care about loyal small business. It's a tough economic climate right now for many. Where do I go for my all-inclusive vacations with my spouse who I love? Cabos or Cancun. Carne Asada in Monterey? Claro Que si, the best in the world by far. My heart, Mi amor: it's in Mexico. So why treat me this way? Experience: It all came down to this. She saw me as an Asian American, wearing a suit with a tie and immediately thought I just was one of those techies who wanted to come in and once a month use that benefit for that one dollar . Even though I talked in Spanish to, I imagine either her husband or relative, and she clearly heard me speaking Spanish and us having a laughing and in my minds forming a relationship where I can come in every day and you know who I am: regardless speaking English or Español. She had judged that I would only came here for that Slurpee. This could've been a great relationship. But I completely emphasize. I'm professional. I didn't like the way I was treated so this is not a 7-Eleven that is the one I go to for everything including late night, snacks an early morning, coffee or bagels or whatever it is and everything in between. Simply because if she has just taken a step back and thought you know what, there's a reason why the parent company does this promotion. So let me not make assumptions about this person, instead of treating him with the tone that I did. Then immediately hang up while inserting my call back into the HOLD queue. They will do this for 40+ minutes. I got frustrated with this on April 28th; drove to the location; stood in line while my call was ON HOLD. Then while in line for 10 minutes, I watched the staff ignore my call while re-inserting my call that is ON HOLD back into the queue. This is customer abuse.
