He still needed to buy two baked goods items. I suggested that we get one at this drive-thru, and then another at our favorite spot in Wood Ranch. The drive-thru was quiet at about 5 PM on Sunday. So quiet, and one we're not that used to that DH drove past the ordering stand and had to reverse and go back. There wasn't anyone else in line, so no big deal. The order taker seemed confused that we just wanted one everything bagel and didn't want it toasted. It was going to be my breakfast the next morning, so no warming needed. We did also ask for a small cup with ice, but she filled up a venti size, which was very nice. I had a beverage in the car, but it wasn't very cold and the ice made it perfect to drink on a warm afternoon. She was very friendly and helpful, and the extra gesture with the cup of ice was much appreciated. We have generally had good experiences at this location, although the interior vibe is pretty plain. Definitely convenient to have it right at the Town Center.

Even the merch stands out--a pair of their track pants is goals! There's plenty of parking, which makes it easy, and the staff is always so sweet and helpful. You can easily grab a smoothie and then stroll this cute location. They once competed with Menchies and Pink-berry both just across in adjacent shopping centers. Now, it's one of the go-to fro-yo places, if not Yozen Frogurt across the freeway. Between the two, if you're looking for fro-yo, Yogurtland is the way to go. If you're looking for a sweet treat or any kind of ice cream, Yogurtland typically isn't my first choice. Every single time I've come to this location, at least one of the flavors doesn't work and is just liquid. There's not always a sign, and this most recent time, it was their tart and root-beer float flavors. The flavors that they did have were good and offered a variety of around 10 options, some of which change based on new promotions or events happening. When it comes to dairy free, I think they had only one sorbet flavor unfortunately. For their toppings, there's a bunch to choose from like fruit, candy, mochi, cereal, sauces, and more. My sister and I put ours on the scale, paid, and sat outside to eat. When it comes to price, Yogurtland isn't bad, but they're definitely not great and have raised their price per ounce. Now, they're about $0.70-$0.85 an ounce, but it really ranges based on location, some going up to $1.35 an ounce. Even so, that means that a pint of ice cream would cost you $13.60 without tax, when a normal pint of ice cream at the store is around $3-$5. That's like having three pints of ice cream vs. one. They have seating inside and outside, which is nice, as well as a fountain outside with the neighboring restaurants and stores. This is a place where a lot of the surrounding high school students come through, so I wouldn't expect peace and quiet, even though the neighborhoods typically are. The workers at Yogurtland have also pretty much always have been high schoolers or college students, and most of the time, there seems to be only one person working, so sometimes the process can be a bit timely. Overall, Yogurtland isn't a bad place to grab fro-yo, but if you want ice cream or a sweet treat, you might be better off spending the same money, if not less, getting a pint of Ben and Jerry's at the grocery store across the street.

The guy behind the counter was confident and was able to tell me that they're dairy free and that the build your own bowls are the same price as the pre-made selected ones that were also on the menu. He was incredibly helpful and made the experience not feel awkward. Everyone there just seemed so happy to be there and it had a good vibe. After ordering, we sat down and waited 5-10 minutes or so for our 2 medium sized açaí bowls. The mediums are about 24oz. of product, which sounded like a lot to me, but I was able to finish in one sitting. The açaí was so authentic tasting vs. a sugary smoothie tasting one. The honey on top was a free option as well which was nice. Overall, a bowl is around $15-$16 plus tax, but for a medium bowl was around $18/$19 plus tax. It's definitely a little on the pricier side, especially when a meal on average is $15 or so. With the surrounding area also being families and students, I feel like I would go there more if they were just a couple dollars cheaper, but I don't mind paying it if it's every once in a while.
