Jamba - drink - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Moorpark, California

After visiting a nearby doctor's office, I was definitely in the mood for a refreshing drink of the healthy kind. Peach and mango for me, please. A simple blended juice without a lot of extras was just what I was looking for, and the team here delivered. We were lucky to step into the store when they weren't busy, so I had time to study the menu without feeling rushed. Dear Hubby suggested that we split a large, once he realized that he was okay with the flavor combo I chose. The associate heard that and offered to split a large into two smaller cups. Perfect! That's what we got. This location has windows / doors on two sides, so it's very light and bright. It was very clean while we were there. There were two staff members working and they were friendly and helpful. All good! read more

No fresh ginger shots they don't want to make them. I had to ask for a refund i asked the cashier if they still did them in this location? And she said, I had to go to Simi Valley. Including me read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Moorpark, California

Terrible costumer service and very unhelpful if a mistake is made in placing an order.

I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. It was disheartening to see the manager laughing with another customer at my expense rather than addressing my concerns professionally. As a loyal customer who enjoys Jamba Juice, I expected a level of respect and care, especially in a situation that could have been easily resolved. Instead, the manager's dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and empathy in a place I frequently visit. I don't think Briana has any training as a manager. I am still shocked by her approach, lack of care, arrogance, dismissive attitude and sarcasm towards to a frequent client who was just trying to use a fundraiser gift card. I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach to customer interactions. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and a little kindness goes a long way. A long and detailed email was sent to Jamba Juice Costumer Service after that horrible encounter. read more

Unlike most Jamba Juice franchises, this Moorpark location does not offer a veteran discount or active duty discount. However they will never stop asking for tips for their workers. Shame on you, Jamba Juice pay your employees better and honor military service members. read more

I love a good cold smoothy, with my allergies I have to be super careful when consuming anything. That being said I can come here and get a great drink and have never had to worry about my allergies. They are on top of the allergies and they make sure that there is no cross-contamination. We have gone here after many surgeries as a great way to start healing. read more

Ordered ahead, just 1 bowl. Arrived 10 minutes later and still had to wait another 15 minutes while the employees messed around. I would highly recommend avoiding this location. read more

There PB waffle açaí bowl is amazing. My new addiction. Love it!!! I highly recommended trying it! Get it with the coconut whip!

Jamba - "Large" or most of it - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Moorpark, California

I went to this Jamba Juice today at 12:30 ish and the man with curly hair is so rude! He is sarcastic, not helpful, doesn't greet anyone and doesn't smile. He looks like he hates his life and job. Why would you guys employee people that treat customers like that. I would rather drive an hour to another location than deal with him again. read more

Been having to go to Moorpark 3-5 times a week for treatment and like stopping in here. Employees are helpful and quick. I was even in one day where one young lady was working on her own and she was so efficient. Thanks for taking my mind off of my issues for a while. read more

I took my little cousin here to grab a kids smoothie on Sunday afternoon. There was only one person ahead of us, so we didn't have to wait in line. The guy that took our order was pretty friendly. We got her Strawberries Wild about a minute or so after ordering which was amazing. This is definitely one of the better Jamba Juices that I have been to. No long lines to wait in and it doesn't take a crazy amount of time to get your drink. read more

The girl who works the cash register here is terrible. Last time I went she took my two dollars change and kept it without asking me. Then today shes talking on the phone the whole time shes helping me and just walks off and forgets to give me one of my items. read more

I was happy and enjoyed Jamba Juice, until I got a hair in my drink....not so happy anymore! :(. At first, I hoped the hair was just stuck to the cup on the outside. But no, it was caught on the lid and the other part of hair was inside, mixed with the contents read more

I am so disappointed in my recent experiences here, the place has rapidly gone down hill in the last year. Basically, don't even bother ordering from this location unless you go in physically to order in person. I have done 5 orders for delivery in my household and every single one has been wrong. One was something simple like not having straws included in the order, but the rest had incorrect drinks. I ordered a matcha green tea with cloud whip, standard sweetness and standard ice. I got a green tea with no sweetener, no cloud whip and NO ICE. It was inedible. The last 3 drinks I've tried have been horrible to the point where I have poured them out and not felt well after drinking what little amount I did. I finally had to put my foot down and tell the kids that I love them, but not enough to keep wasting money at this location for incorrect drinks and a sour tummy. read more

GARDEN MEDLEY: its one of their new juices. Only came in because of the new juice offered. No added calories or processed. No added powders, no added sugar, no added anything...just natural, whole juice- like nature intended. Healthy, great flavor. Glad its not just a smoothie or shake kinda place anymore (those have too many hidden calories and "stuff"), now they have real juices. Great if you're starting to juice or on a juicing fast. Also had a shot of wheatgrass. Felt revived! Place was clean and cool inside. Friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed and very polite. read more

The juice is always very tasty and fresh. However, I tried to pay with the $50 bill and the cashier wouldn't except it. I did not see a sign posted stating that they would not except anything over $20. Furthermore, how can you charge someone $13 for 2 drinks and not be able to take a $50 as payment?? read more

I happened to walk in 15 minutes before opening and for some reason their door was opened. I realized they didn't open till 8 and was about to walk out but the girl stopped me and told me it wasn't a big deal and that she would be happy to take my order! Thank god because I was in a bit of a hurry and she made the drink with a smile! read more

I've been changing it up and going here instead of grabbing coffee in the mornings. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I get my freshly made drink fast and with no attitude. Not much more to say here unfortunately except that everytime I've been here, I've had a great experience a lot around. Plenty of easy to find parking, but they're located in the very far corner of the shopping plaza, just an FYI. read more

I used to find Jamba Juice ridiculous. I remember when it was the new craze to go grab a smoothie after high school. I just couldn't understand how someone could consume the one size smoothie, and I refused to buy one. I couldn't abide by the idea of wasting all that fruit if I wasn't near a fridge to store the left overs! Anyway, since then, they've added the 16oz size, which is more manageable. I've always enjoyed the "strawberries wild", and never really get anything else. And since I've strangely become fond of the taste of Whey protein (not to mention aware of the benefits if you're working out), I usually get the free shot added. They were super fast at this location, and friendly. I have no idea where else to get a smoothie in Moorpark, but Jamba has always been on the cheaper side of the smoothie world. I really wish they wouldn't use Styrofoam cups!!!!!! And where does the fruit come from? Chile? Great. read more

PB and banana protein smoothie! Yes! When I don't have time for a real lunch, I run over to Jamba Juice for my liquid lunch. I'm pregnant and the PB & banana protein smoothie has been my go to quick "lunch" on most of my work days. The staff is really friendly and quick. read more

My hubs had never tried JJ before, so while we were shopping, we stopped by and ordered a small strawberries wild- my usual, when I used to go to JJ's often. It's actually been quite a long time since I've been to one and was so shocked when I looked at the price. It was almost $5 for a small with no free boost! The drink tasted kinda watery but didn't taste different. I was glad to see they still sell the steel cut oatmeal. But I probably won't be back. I can't justify a drink that small and costly, especially on a budget =\ read more

Gotta love Jamba Juice, especially the secret menu items that you can get. Always wonderful staffing, quick in and out. It's a small building, but they're typically pretty fast in that even if it's a busy time, you're not stuck cramped in there. Bonus for when they make a big batch and you get to reap the rewards by getting one sized up for free. Heck, writing this makes me want to get one now, so..Toodles. read more

I just want to leave this review here in hopes of beating this snarky woman to the chase that I had the displeasure of encountering at this store today. First off, this woman was wearing some tacky leopard dress. I think we all know that means trouble. Well apparently this woman "orders the same thing ALL the time" and was completely taken aback by the idea that this person she was currently dealing with behind the register had no fucking idea what she was talking about when stating that all she wanted was strawberries, whey protein and ice. Like, the hell do you want her to do with that? Toss it in a cup as is and send you on your way? If you have never encountered this young lady before, which I'm assuming you haven't because you had the nerve to ask her how long she'd been working there, then what the hell do you expect? Dallas handled the shit you threw at her with such grace and poise and politeness that made HER look like a fucking hero. In return, the scene that this lady caused subsequently caused the store to laugh at her upon her exit. When you decide to degrade a worker in their place of business for trying to do their job as best as they could even if they don't understand what the shit it is you want, then don't expect to leave people with the though that you're some dignified queen. I applaud you Dallas. read more

Want a delicious meal for breakfast try the chunky berry bowl it has peanutbutter in it and topped with granola, bananas and strawberries. I usually through in some blueberries and add a parmesan pretezel on my order. It usually keeps me full. They have friendly staff. It is in tbe moorpark market place which has a great selection of stores like Target, Tjmax, Smart and Final, Kohls, Famous Footwear and Michaels. So you can even get a few of your errands done after you eat. They have a huge parking lot so it is never a problem finding parking. read more

Super friendly staff! You know what you're getting when you go into a Jamba Juice. The smoothies are consistently delicious. Any location that will make my white gummy bear deserves 5 stars in my book. Having spoken with employees at numerous locations who will make my "secret menu" smoothie I know that as long as the ingredients are available they are supposed to make the drink. Kudos to Jamba Juice for having the 16oz size. I know that's been a while now but since I'm just getting around to reviewing...well you know how it is. But I never went very much when they didn't have the smaller size. read more

When you need a cold drink and something that will hold you over between meals, a Jamba the way to go!

I took my daughter in after school for a drink and Tana was working the counter. The person in front of us has skmw food alergies and asked a ton of questions. Tana was patient and informative. She knew the menu well and gave lots of options and even offered up customer order options. Tana kept a smile on her face and was very attentive. I wish more young women her age took the same type of pride in their work as she did. Job well done. We will be back. read more

This one star review isn't for the smoothies, which we about the same as at other locations. It's for the poor customer service and bad attitude of the employees, particularly the manager. Went to get an acai bowl this morning, which I've gotten a dozen times before from other jambas. It was messy and not appealing looking, and had noticeably less granola and banana. When I got to my car and noticed that, I ran back in and politely asked if they could put a little more granola on. Before I was done talking the manager was shaking her head. Didn't let me finish. Then rudely said "no, we can't. Extra granola is $.50" Thats a pretty poor way to handle a pretty simple situation. read more

This place wouldn't accept an older $20 bill from my 12 year old sister. The girl working there said she couldn't tell if the bill was fake or not and said she wouldn't accept it because she would get fired if she did.
