When I asked why not, she said "we don't do that." I was hoping she could at least explain or give some kind of suggestion of what we could do instead. When I was trying to ask about that, she said "I TOLD YOU ALREADY WE DON'T DO THAT." To me, this is just inflexible, LAZY customer service.
