I went to this location last night around 7pm and nothing but messing around. 1st I walk into the cashier asking his friends to move so I can order and then he says welcome to good burger home of the good burgers .. I mean really I take offense to that in a way. Then the other guy is just messing around & not working on order cause hes saying out loud he doesnt k ow how to make this smoothie and etc.then a girl comes in starts smoothies but working on wrong one so dumps the poured juice back into the main juice box which is nasty. Then they are messing around throwing ice at eachother and almost knock over my 4 smoothies that I ordered. I will definitely be looking for a new location. Need to be trained or need better customer service here! I have pictures of the staff if a manager needs! read more

This Jamba Juice has such great service! I walk in and I see everyone with a smile and so much enthusiasm. I come here for my lunch break which is only 30 minutes and they always make my drink super quick! Even when busy! Love this location:) read more

I went here on Wednesday ordered online, when I got there they had everything ready and so friendly staff, quick and easy

Went on a Thursday for the thirsty Thursday offer which consist of getting upgraded from a medium to a large for free. Did not happen the cashier did not care at all. She did not even say hi or greet us, no thanks no your welcome no "have a nice day". The smoothie itself was not right. I'm a regular at Jamba Juice and the Strawberry Wild tasted more like banana than strawberry. Plus there were seeds all over the smoothie and pieces of frozen fruits at the bottom of my smoothie when it was over. This location is not busy at all and I can see why now. The poorest customer service I've seen and a bad smoothie. Not going back. read more

Great service, and the kid working the counter was super nice!!! Better than the crabby Patty girl had last time!!! read more

Jamba - New Mango Chile smoothie!!! sooo delicious - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Worst service ever today! I normally don't yelp, but I had to today. Beyond pissed with the way they treated myself and others. One of the employees told a customer "I don't know how to make that drink, what else would you like" not professional at all. read more

They forgot to make my drink. Sat and waited for three new customers who had ordered after me to pick up and walk out with their drink before they even started making my drink. Did not want to complained so I sat an waited to see when they would start making my drink. Took them 10 minutes to realized it only because the whole places had cleared out and I was still sitting there staring at them at this point. When I got my drink it was so watery and it was supposed to be a smooth. I asked for a refund and the cashier said that it will go look like nothing was charged on my card so I walked out of there without a drink and thinking that I will probably not get my money back. I will never come back to this location. read more

Stephanie and Jolene saved the day. My wife was in the hospital with our newborn son and wanted a smoothie. It was close to closing time, but they graciously made a smoothie for me anyway. Thank you read more

It's a Jamba Juice. It's located in the same plaza as the California Fish Grill, the Daphne's, and the Yogurtland. With two entrances I'm not sure which one to walk into and there were a bunch of people milling about so I wasn't sure where the line started and who was waiting for something, but at least it looks like we didn't interrupt anyone. They processed the transaction properly. It came out at a medium speed and there were no issues with it other than personal preference. There's a PokéStop in the same building complex here. read more

Don't order the acai bowls here. They're not your usual acai bowl that you've come to expect. They don't really serve it frozen - it actually comes melted, so it's like a soup :/ and it's a really small bowl for the cost of $7.00. Doesn't make much sense honestly! read more

Jennifer makes this Jamba Juice worth going to. She's courteous and sweet and knows exactly what she's doing! She never has any issues ringing up a gift card which for some reason some employees have trouble with. She always gets my order right and delivers prompt service! read more

I haven't been to this Jamba location in quite some time and I went in there around 730am and there was about a good 5 people waiting for their smoothies to be made. So I get it there were busy and I stood in line for a few minutes or so. I was there to get oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar. When I finally paid and was waiting for my oatmeal one of the employees was making it and then the manager that was there told him to make a smoothie for customer. While all this is happening my oatmeal has already been made but was placed on a back counter and was forgotten! I was not happy and had to ask them if my oatmeal was as ready which it was because it was just sitting there on the back counter. That's not it, I go to eat my oat meal and there are barely any blueberries and brown sugar. This is so disappointing I don't know if I'll be back to this location especially when I come to the plaza it's in often. I get it they were busy but still take the time to do quality work. read more

Jamba - That's all I get? Barely any blueberries and brown sugar. =/ - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I thought Jamba Juice was suppose to be a happy and fun environment, until a man approached the employees and introduced himself as the Owner. I believe his name was Jon. All he did was complain to the employees and made me feel very uncomfortable while he did it. I just can't believe an "owner" of a store can be this rude towards his employees. I feel sorry for the people who have to put up with him. I honestly felt like the employees were doing a good job on such a hot day. read more

What's not to love about Jamba Juice!!? This is like comfort food for me. I go old school with the Bright Eyed and Blueberry.....heavenly. I also love the matcha green tea smoothie and the peanut butter mooed. The perfect treat!!!! To top it off the staff is super friendly and the service is great!!!!! read more

Device in here is a train wreck. There are none employees accomplishing nothing. Oh and the system is down so it's cash only.

I came here today twice. The smoothy and the bowl were fantastic. The cashier "Winter" was very helpful and informative. She helped me with finding dairy free options and made great recommendations. She had a warm friendly attitude and service with a smile. She also picked up my phone for me when i dropped it on the floor. Definitely will be back at this location again. read more

Went in yesterday on my lunch break around 3 pm and it was absolute pure chaos...the line was so long that it was out the door! There was only ONE girl working. She was very nice, patient, and extremely helpful when I asked her questions on the smoothies . I didn't catch her name, but she was young and had short black hair. She handled herself and the situation professionally and had a smile on her face the whole time (I would have been super stressed out). She was very quick to get all the orders out by herself. Heads up management-- you should probably have more than one person working. read more

They were absolutely clueless about how to make the pitaya bowl. They put in fewer scoops then they were supposed to, they were extremely slow, and the bananas were green. read more

Ever since I've discover "real" oatmeal, I've never been able to eat Quaker Instant Oatmeal again. Thank you Jamba Juice! For opening my eyes to something so healthy and oh so delicious! I don't know how I can ever repay you. But I'll try to do so by supporting your business once to twice a week. And when you have you $1 oatmeal promotion it'll be in there almost every day! read more

People working here cannot get the order right!!! I have ordered bowls / drinks for my lunch for about 9 years ! But yet they still cannot get my order right, I even called the store to let the manger / supervise to know that they have made my bowl wrong !! She didn't even apologize , she just said "oh oki " she tried to make it fault since the bowl is not on the menu anymore and it's from the old menu , asking me if I told the associated what I wanted in it , obviously I have explained what I want in my bowl many times but yet the associate doesn't seem to understand for 9 years ! This time , not only they've got the bowl wrong , but the bowl was half full , basically I paid 9$ for half a bowl !! What a rip off ! Jambo juice just lost a loyal customer , the supervisor didn't even care when I told her I don't want to come back to there store anymore , she just said " oki " ! Honestly I am sad to write this , I used to love jambo juice , now I'm just disappointed in there customer service ! read more

This particular Jamba Juice had horrible customer service. They closed earlier than their online and posted hours. When I told the manager, she argued with me and said I was wrong, even though I had the site pulled up on my phone and they had a handwritten note on the door saying they were closing early. We are talking a couple hours early not minutes. No apologies for the fact that I drove there based on the fact that their website said they were open. (I was going to buy gift cards). I will not go back to this Jamba Juice. The manager was rude and good service starts from the top so I don't expect it to get any better with her in charge. ** I put stars up to 3 because the owner contacted me and was truly apologetic. I'm hopeful customer service will improve. I did not receive anything that's not what I was after, (and not why I increased star rating) I'm just happy if people try to be kind and are sincere, and the owner did that. read more

Customer service is hit our miss. I have been to thus location multiple times since my office is a few doors down. If they are busy they usually have someone waiting to take your order and are able to assist you quickly. However, when they have no customers they are usually not in the front area and can't hear you as you come in, I have waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged before! read more

We went there at 6:15am and the girl was barely setting up. I don't understand why this place doesn't follow the rest of Jamba Juices corporate franchise hours that is open as early as 5am especially on a Monday morning. It's a little silly. I wouldn't recommend going here and management really needs to rethink their hours because we ended up going to Peets and the bagel place directly across the street. Too bad for this Jamba. read more

Their smoothies are okay but their bowls.... I'm pretty sure acai bowls don't have rice crispy in them. Also the banannas and strawberries need to be more fresh. Tastes like they left it out for a couple mins outside then put them back in freezer. read more

2 more stars cuz the owner reached out to me and actually looked into it. I really appreciate that. I will come back again and will rate again after the experience. read more

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here, and after a week and half it is still really irking me. So I decided to post a review. I took my daughters here for an after-soccer-practice treat. We ordered 3 acai berry bowls. The employee got the orders wrong, but I didn't complain, we just made due. It was 8pm, a beautiful evening and we decided to sit outside. Not even 5 minutes later, the male employee walks out and tells us he is cleaning up and wants to put the table and chairs away. I question him, asking if they close at 8:30 and he proceeds to tell me that they take everything in at this time, but if I'd like I could take our food ACROSS the parking lot and eat at their tables. I felt this was entirely rude! So we proceeded to go eat across the parking lot, and when we were walking back past the business, they were still inside making drinks for customers...and it still wasn't 8:30 yet! It obviously left a bad taste in my mouth if I'm still dwelling on it after 10 days!!! read more

Worst service! The smoothie never come out tasting the same. They make you wait forever to order. Today 3 people walked out and they weren't paying attention and messed up several orders. Not coming here anymore! read more

I went to this location on 3/21/14 11:00 AM Very poor customer service. When I walked in , young man on the phone ( conversation sounded very work related, might have been talking with the manager). He never gave me eye contact, continued to talk on the phone . There was a young woman in the back, she saw me and continued to work on her back duties. When she did come to front, he said something to her ( I guess to say I was waiting), She stated " I am going on my break". I left and said I am on my break, too! read more

Definitely the worst Jamba Juice ever! I got charged $6.35 for a mango a go-go and grandma was whispering into the high schools kid's ear as he was making me my juice. I'm thinking that she told him to make my juice extra blend because it was flavorless. I can barely taste the mangos. I AM NEVER COMING BACK! read more

One of the nicest well maintained jamba juices I have been in. Went in this morning and Rickey was working and was very polite and even gave me a free energy boost because he saw we were on work clothes. Awesome guy hopefully management gives Rickey a nice reward for his service. read more

This place is really come along now they serve breakfast and they offer much more healthier fruit juices before they were mostly junk full of yogurt and sugar but now they have some healthy juices on the menu which is great also the service is excellent and the place is extremely clean they maintain a very cool environment the AC is running all summer long and it feels great and smells wonderful inside the store. Overall I would give this a higher rating because of it's a franchise and still maintains pretty good quality and exceeds my expectations read more
