Tracy and Olivia are rockin' the juice here for schizzle! So tasty and they pile on the greens. Best Jamba juice in the area so far...well that guy in laguna Niguel can give 'em run for their money.#startmyfaston9114 read more

I had ordered off their secret menu, fruity pebbles, which was a little too sweet than how it usually is, so I had spoken to the manager about getting a new one instead, and he was kindly enough to give me a brand new smoothie in a taller size. the customer service is really spot on. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice to go to! The staff is friendly and parking seems to be fairly easy on weekdays after work. They never run out of ingredients and I can always count on them. I'll be back again! read more

Very dissapointed with the service. The staff was unorganized and didn't appear to know their ordering system. the man behind us in line ordered a medium drink, they gave him a small. we ordered 2 smalls of the same drink. we watched as one of the employee poured our drinks into 1 large cup. when he asked another employee about the remaining drink in the blender he was told to discard it. At that point they realized something wasn't right, the drinks were out of order. they didn't even know what on the list they had gotten out. finally they realized our drink should have been 2 smalls. So they split the drink. this left us with 2 drinks that were less than 3/4th of the way filled. at this point we were annoyed with waiting and watching what was going on. plus a line had formed so we just left. we don't plan on returning to this location. read more

I love Jamba Juice far better then Juice it up or the Smoothie King. This place is very fast and friendly, and im usually in and out in less then 5 minutes. read more

These guys are always so nice and fast. Clean store and semi convenient location (parking can be and sometimes but not in the am)

Standard Jamba spot... staff was friendly and more importantly QUICK. I did the Jamba insider and got $3 off. Easy to sign up!

First time at this location although have been to several other Jamba Juice. Each and every employee was very nice and courteous. There were four of us, so it took awhile in deciding what to order. In addition, there were two gift cards asv well as a store credit during the payment prices. Despite, they remained calm and patient during the entire transaction. Well kept store front, inside, and bathroom. Highly recommend this place. The only challenge might be, finding a, parking space nearby. Very busy shopping center with lots of traffic. read more

I have been to this location about 5 times in the last 60 days. The juice is always great but the staff isn't very friendly and they are a bit slow in making the drink. That being said, love it and I'll be back! read more

I love coming here for lunch! Wish it wasn't always so busy but of course it's going to be around lunch time. The staff is very friendly.

Hours need to be updated on yelp! Just drove over since it says it's open but it isn't. It doesn't open until 7:30am.

Great juice, fresh smoothies, Jose is super friendly and Brittany is super friendly and helpful. The best place to get your juice. I will be a regular read more

Went in an ordered two acai bowls. Waited 25 minutes to get them (mind you there was only one other customer in the store). Started walking out with them and it was like soup! Completely melted and not at all cold. Normally I don't say anything but for the amount of time I waited, I went back in and wanted another. The girl goes "what's up" and acted annoyed. Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes to get fresh ones that were still practically like soup. To sum it up, we were there from 755 pm to 840 pm just to get 2 acai bowls. Needless to say, not going back. read more

I come here a few times a week in the morning and the morning crew is unbelievably nice and helpful. Appreciate the service

I have been coming here for the last couple of weeks. The smoothies are good quality and as you would expect. The people are really nice here. I have not had any customer service issues here as people have complained about with other locations. In fact, I just showed up before they opened and they unlocked the door and happily served me. read more

Mmmm. Yummy. Nothing better than doing a survey and getting a free drink w/ the purchase of one! Normally I've been getting the chocolate, peanut butter bananna..... But today I got the Mazzaberry? Something like that but has berries, pineapple, strawberry & orange. Tastes very good! Friendly atmosphere, with nice staff members and a clean store. Can't ask for more. read more

I was numbed that the normal place I get my protein bowls from had closed down. Glad I came to get an acai bowl, it's was actually very yummy and the girl was very helpful read more

I dropped in at about 8:15AM today, Monday 4/16/18. and was helped by the SWEETEST young man. I did see there were two people working but one was in the back cleaning (totally acceptable!). There was no line. I was craving a fresh squeezed OJ to take to the office with me. I casually mentioned to the cashier that I get juice because all of the smoothies I like contain dairy and I currently cannot have any dairy (my baby has a sensitivity). While my juice was being made, he happily went over the entire menu with me pointing out at least 4 smoothies that I can have and he told me all of the subs available; almond milk, soy protein, etc. He was SO kind and sweet! I will be back another morning very soon to try one of his suggestions. Really great customer service from this kid. I hope management reads these reviews! I will do one on the Jamba website next time. I tossed my receipt today and it had the survey code on it. Need code to complete the survey. :) read more

Good stuff after 18 holes. Quick service on a Sunday with no line and good smoothies. Looking at their kitchen data system they probably crank out a lot of juice. read more

Went there 9/30 in the morning. Not sure what was going on. But it looked like they were not having a great morning. Heard the phone ring a couple of times while in line, but they wouldn't answer it. It took about 1/2 hour for the order to be ready! I don't think that's a normal wait time. That's like restaurant wait time, and even that is long. Now in their defense they seemed a little understaff. There were phone orders and people ordering more than one thing. What was irritating wasn't the wait, it was the attitude. The cashier was just not a very patient person. When I was ordering, I stopped for a second because I changed my mind on a drink. It was more like a 1 second pause, but this girl gave me a loud sigh and a roll of the eyes? It's like, really? I wanted to say "are you okay, because you seemed to be mad at everyone since I walked in." It wasn't like I was changing my whole order, just a pause to order a different item. I saw at least 2 people leave that were waiting in line just to order. One guy muttered "my day will be done by the time I get to order)..something along those lines. They didn't even acknowledge them while they were in line. I would've left but I had already paid and I was already was waiting. The food was okay. The the fruit was kinda on the hard frozen side. I'll be honest it seems a lot of business here operate with the notion that we need them. But we don't..and I won't be coming back to this Jamba Juice anytime soon. And I definitely won't recommend this location to my friends. Believe it or not, people will drive a little farther to get better service read more

Just got two smoothies from the two young ladies working here tonight. Their customer service was amazing! Extremely welcoming and outgoing personalities... not something you always come across. The smoothies were on point! I got the fruity pebbles smoothie to try and man was it good. These are the kind of employees that management should really take note of because their work ethic was outstanding and they will keep us all coming back. I will definately be back to this location because of this visit myself. Thanks guys! read more

Do not go to this location! At 1:20 pm it took me over 20 min to get two smoothies. The cashier had no idea what she was doing and there was literally no one making smoothies. It was so bad that people in line behind me, left. read more

I've had some very serious health issues for the past few years. Because of that I really struggle to eat enough. Jamba Juice was what my ex would pick up and bring me while I was in the hospital. I usually could not finish one at one meal and the nurses were always so kind and would put it in the freezer for me to finish later. I'm pretty boring and like the strawberries wild with protein. It's not too sweet and probably a serving or two of fruit which can't be too bad for you right? And anything I can do to add protein to my diet I do. It's always tasty and refreshing on hot days. Because it does get rather warm in the hospital when the afternoon sun hits the window. And though the food in the hospital is pretty good, I struggle to eat the meals, so Jamba is always a nice surprise and a fairly healthy addition to my diet. I have not tried the vegetable and fruit juices yet but they sound and look really good. read more

Went in today to pick up a large pre-made order of 15 smoothies for a work meeting. When I got in they were already made and I received great, quick service. The drinks were kept cold in the freezer and I could tell they hadn't been sitting in the freezer long. Well done, JJ. read more

This place is always on point with my order I never had a bad smoothie from here or a bad experience , I usually get a my favorite peanut butter mood , I appreciate the fact that they always greet me with a smile and a great attitude . I have used the Jamba Juice app in the past , comes in handy when I am in a real hurry . The biggest upgrade that I would recommend is a drive thru , but that might be close to impossible . read more

I was super excited to try their bowl item. I was shaking hungry and only have $50 cash since I left my card. The manager said no! No Mercy at all.I did not asked for a free food. I just want to use my cash but said NO. Its a disappointing supporting this business. read more

Mark was very helpful and friendly. Great service and my wife enjoyed the smoothie a lot. We'll definitely be back!

Not very welcoming, took over 30 minutes just to end up spilling and starting over ! Simply clueless. Winter was great she got there and within 2 minutes she cleaned up everyone's mistakes! She apologized to me, but I felt sorry for her because of the people she has to work with! read more

Came here on my lunch brake and had a terrible expressive. I understand that the people have bad days but the girl helping me on the cash register was rude and rolled her eyes a lot. Took them 5 minutes just to help me out. This was on Friday, May 26th at around 1:00. Probably never coming back here again, which sucks because the PB bowls are my fav....oh well. read more

Amazing service, great attitude, and delicious smoothie! Thank you so much Stephanie!

I was around the area and was craving Jamba Juice, location looked nice so I was expecting good customer service. I walked in around 6:40pm. Place is nice and clean. Customer service was terrible. The girl at the register short black hair, I think her name is STEPHANIE had her phone out on Snapchat while ringing up my drink not even paying attention To my order. While waiting in line Stephanie, was going at it with a customer over a drink giving him attitude because I think she made his drink wrong. If You don't like your job just quit. In the other hand the other girl working greeted me and asked me how my day was going while making my smoothie. FYI MANAGER, the nice girl was doing most of the work while the other girl was just dozing off in space.I give that one girl (never got her name) a 5 star but Stephanie no stars. One star review because of my experience with Stephanie. I wouldn't be going back anytime soon, rather go to Juice it up now. read more

Half OJ half carrot juice is delicious! Fresh squeezed goodness.

I really like how friendly and kind the workers are at this location. They always smile and are very patient when you order. Jamba Juice is one of my favorite places to get healthy food. read more

It's apparent that ownership is telling the staff to provide the BARE MINIMUM. So many examples, but like if you order the Strawberry Chunky Topper, they don't put very many bananas & then they try not to fill it over the top. If you ask them to add more bananas to fill it out, they alway say not unless you pay for more. The oatmeals are always 1/2 to 1/4 empty. Also for the amount of product, they charge too much... for these reasons I rarely ever go there. read more

I love the Crew there the managers and crew are very nice.staff is friendly the fresh squeezed juice is fantastic.

I was especially excited to try their new "fresh squeezed" juice blends. I ordered a 16 oz super greens with apple, carrot, and beets. They put the carrots and apple and beet in a centrifugal juicer and then added the greens to that juice mixture and took it to a blender. They then blended the whole thing for 3 minutes until all the greens were pulverized. I got my drink half full of foam and half full of very warm "juice". I asked them why they didn't juice the greens with everything else and they said "because the greens will get stuck in the juicer". I've been juicing for a long time now and that just isn't the case. Either Jamba Juice doesn't have a clue or the girl didn't do it properly. I didn't pay for a fresh squeezed juice to only have it end up in the blender with all the nutrients gone from over blending and being heated up. The thing that was the worst though was receiving half a drink and half foam! Tasted disgusting. Beware! read more
