Very bright and clean inside, and the owners are really nice. Their fresh juices are great, I haven't tried any other menu items yet. They are generous with the ingredients and accept substitutions by request. For example, I really love ginger and some places are so stingy with how much they use, not here. I also signed up for their text rewards and often get little discounts and promotions sent to my phone. read more

Thank you so much Vita juice for letting us come in and try your food!! This place is incredible. Carrot + Saffron Icecream special which was carrot juice with a scoop of saffron Icecream. They made the carrot juice fresh and right in front of you. The carrot juice at this restaurant is a vibrant concoction, bursting with the essence of freshly harvested carrots. Its rich, earthy flavor is complemented by a subtle sweetness, creating a refreshing and invigorating beverage. The smooth texture and impeccable balance make it a delightful choice for those seeking a healthy and satisfying drink. The saffron Icecream was very good and is made with vanilla Icecream, saffron, pistachio, rose water, and cardamom. The saffron-infused ice cream at this establishment is a decadent masterpiece. The aromatic notes of saffron weave through the creamy vanilla Icecream base, providing a subtle yet distinctive flavor that tantalizes the palate. The inclusion of finely chopped pistachios adds a delightful crunch and a touch of nuttiness, enhancing the overall indulgence. Each spoonful is a symphony of luxurious textures and exotic flavors, making it a must-try. The Icecream also has cardamom and rose water which adds for great flavor. This gluten-free pistachio tart is a culinary triumph that seamlessly blends textures and flavors. The almond crust, both delicate and nutty, serves as a perfect foundation. The luscious custard filling, enriched with the essence of pistachios, is velvety and decadent. Each bite unveils a symphony of sweet and nutty notes, creating a harmonious dessert experience. The meticulous combination of these elements showcases culinary artistry, making this tart a delightful choice for those with gluten sensitivities or anyone seeking a refined and exquisite treat. We also got ginger and tumeric shots which were incredibly fresh! Instagram: @hungrytamale read more

Have been here 3 times and every time gotten the Silky Smooth, which is super tasty. This time, however, it was not silky or smooth. In fact, I even got a piece of seed (?? The shop itself has a lot - there's a game cart (Blokus!) and a swag-ish cart. They also have samples, and the orders come out on a robot, which the boys loved. We didn't know that they sold hot food as well - we'll have to try some next time. The yogurts were really refreshing. Silky smooth texture on both, with a nice balance of textures and flavors on each. Not too sweet at all. I did like the red bean one more than the mango because of the textural component (and the red bean taste was really nice!), but the poppers in the mango one was pretty good. I do with the ratio of toppings:yogurt was better, but we ended up taking the yogurt home and dressing it back up! Service is super friendly! Parking can be tight, but there are plenty of spots.

The breakfast bowl was pretty filling for an early morning meal, and the Strawberry Matcha had a good balance of flavors. On my second visit, I tried the Monastery Latte with oat milk. It had subtle notes of locally sourced Ramakrishna honey and house-made lavender syrup. The oat milk may have lightened the flavors a bit, but it was still a satisfying drink for a cold morning. I'd come back and try it iced next time to see how the flavors compare. Overall, I've enjoyed both visits and would come back to explore more of the food and drink menu. Location & Parking: 5/5 The café is located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The lot was pretty empty during my morning visits, although I can't speak for how busy it gets in the afternoon or evening. Ambiance: 5/5 The café has a homey and inviting atmosphere that really fits the idea of a "third place." It's a great spot to relax and catch up with someone or settle in and get some work done.
