Service here was great. Everyone was super friendly and quick. The seating area was surprisingly spacious and really clean which is a win because most boba spots get crowded fast. I tried the halo halo drink they recommended and it was on point. The only thing keeping this from being a full 5 star experience is the boba itself. It was solid but about a 4 out of 5 for me. Got the Thai milk tea with mini pearl boba 80% sweet with less ice. Everything about the drink is delicious. Great flavor of tea and very flavorful boba. Terrible experience. This place was completely misleading and the drink was disgusting. I ordered a boba milk tea with zero added sugar, yet it was unbelievably sweet like they ignored the order completely. I also requested zero ice, and once again they did not follow the order. Paying for a customized drink and receiving the exact opposite is unacceptable. The taste was awful, overly sweet, and impossible to enjoy. Why do most if the milk teas HAVE to come with boba. You can remove the option but still the same price. You still pay for it. I selected no toppings for three drinks and two of them still were made with boba. Also, their 50% sweetness is basically sugar free. Never coming back here. Share tea used to be my absolute favorite Boba spot, even though they were already a little bit on the expensive side. However, I just went in again today for my usual, which is Thai tea. They now don't let you buy without purchasing the Thai tea with Boba and when I asked, she told me just to select the "remove topping" button, but you are still paying for the Boba. There is no option to get one of the most classic teas without Boba anymore.. the second reason I always liked to share tea is that they sold mini Boba I was going to ask her to just make it with mini Boba instead of the regular Boba since I was paying for it, but she then informed me that they no longer sell the mini Boba as of last week. Lastly, the third reason I went to share tea today was to get my friend a gift card for her birthday. I love ShareTea and their drinks. I ordered the Peach Tea Ice Blended with Lychee jelly which was perfect for a warm day. Service was quick and friendly. I will note that it seems like they recently increased prices but at this point it seems fairly standard unfortunately. Located at the end of the Orchard plaza off El Toro Blvd next to the Panda Express and Jersey Mike's is the franchised boba shop - Sharetea. This location has little seating with basic decor but clean facility and able to use a kiosk ordering system. The customer service is polite and prompt. Tried their mango passion fruit tea with less ice and 80% sugar and found it just a little too sweet but overall pleasant enough. It's not the place to focus on quality of tea or freshness of ingredients but it will serve in a pinch when a craving will arise. read more

I LOVE this place ive been coming here for about 4 years their drinks are the best. But today I have had a bad experience with their service. When we walked in for our pickup order we asked Nicole for our order, my friend also had to pickup something from the wahoos next door, so she does that, that took about 5 minutes. when we come back to pickup our drinks and didnt see them we figured Nicole was still working on them as we have already told her about it and she was moving around machines. We sit for about 20 minutes seeing her move around we wonder why it takes so long but do not wanna be a bother by asking. That 20 becomes 30 so now we ask her and she proceeds to say. "oh sorry i just saw you sitting there i didnt know they were yours" No one else was in the establishment for the entire time we were there. If you've never been to Sharetea before, the menu will be overwhelming because they have so many different posters of different add-ons and combos. Excellent tea/boba spot in the Lake Forest / Laguna Hills / Mission Viejo area. Probably the best in the area unless you start heading towards Irvine. Drinks and boba are made fresh. We ordered the wintermelon with fresh milk, coffee milk tea and Thai miles tea all with boba. Each of the teas tasted good - although a little sweet. The boba was cooked well and warm still. Parking can be crowded as it's located in a separate smallish portion of the arbor shopping center between the pet smart and library. Service was friendly and quick (3 staff working on a Saturday at 1pm) although the sign says that they are short staffed. Overall we had a great experience and will be returning. read more

Ordering a drink is fine with the kiosk, but the drinks do not come out fast. It was me and one other person in the store and it took a while to actually get my drink. The people making the drinks were talking and gossiping with each other. Also, when they finally called out that my order was ready, they didn't even say "enjoy" or "have a nice day". I was going around looking for a good boba shop to do homework. This is cute small boba shop. They have a really wide variety of drinks to get. Their drinks are pretty well made, nothing too special. The staff were extremely nice as well, it's better to see they get along with each other as well. It created a welcoming atmosphere. As for homework, they do not provide any free networks or wifi unfortunately. One employee is a student herself and recommended me to connect to the wifi the public library has. (Very kind of her!!!) This did help but i was a bit too far from the library so I kept loosing connection haha. Their music was pretty alright as well. I think they should play a little bit more upbeat music (tyler the creator, kali uchis or some kpop) I noticed that the restroom is only for employees and that you do need to order through a kiosk. The kiosks appear to be new so not all the drinks have a picture. Please be nice to them as the employees are still learning to work the kiosk as well!! Sharetea, thank you for setting up shop in South OC! I used to frequent the Santa Ana location before all of these Asian tea places started popping up near South OC. Sharetea makes really good milk teas and refreshing fruit teas! My favorites are the Okinawa milk tea at 80% sweet without the pearls and they used to make Grapefruit green tea which they took away.... regardless, I try their other fruit teas occasionally and they are really good! Their teas are not on the super sweet side so I would go either 100% or 80% sweet if you've never tried this place. If you're an anti-sugar person, then sure, go for that 0% sweet but it will not taste the same. Trust me, I try to be "healthy" when making these drinks at home and cutting back to no sugar almost has NO TASTE. Sharetea does their sugar right in my opinion - please come and support! This is going to be a serious problem for my waist size, having a sharetea right by the library. The store sign has been there for months and they were set to open in April. With the shelter in place I didn't know when they would actually open. Yesterday when I went to the library, I saw the store was open and I had to get a drink. I like their milk teas- though they don't have a super strong tea flavor, their milk teas are smooth and their boba is always on point (not under or overcooked). Price is also very fair for the size. I am continuously in search for the best boba and fruit tea places. There might not be one best boba or fruit tea place. But one thing I am sure of and thankful for is that, OC is blessed with so many good boba and fruit tea places! Service: 4 out of 5 I've been at this location multiple times, and in most cases, their service has been great. There was only one time when I got a sassy register person, but I won't fault her for that because they were so busy that day, and there were only two of them working while they served quite a bit of a line of boba addicts. Drinks: 5 out of 5 I love their fruit teas! I especially LOVE their Mango Passion Fruit Tea! I've also tried their Passion Fruit Orange Grapefruit Tea, which was also very good, but I prefer the former. I want to specifically talk about their sweetness level because their fruit teas can be too sweet if not ordered correctly. The first time I came here, the person at the counter recommended 80% sweetness on the Mango Passion Fruit Tea. I was so thirsty that day that I slurped that thing in less than 3 minutes, and only realized it was such a sweet drink after I finished the entire thing LOL. So, the next time I went, I ordered the 50% sweetnes. I liked it much better, and I really enjoyed the 50% sweetness. Then I went again the next day, and got 50% sweetness on the Passion Fruit Orange Grapefruit. OMG, it was way too sweet, I couldn't finish it. Their sweetness level varies in each drink. So, always try the drink before leaving the store. They're always open to remaking the drink until your desired sweetness is achieved. I've also tried their Classic Milk Tea with boba and their Taro Ice Blended with boba. Both drinks were good but nothing extraordinary. Boba was cooked perfectly just like the way I wanted it--not too soft, some chewiness, but not too hard or too firm. Ambiance: 4 out of 5 Compared to other boba places in the area, they have a reasonably good amount of interior space where they even have a bar table you can sit in. They also have tables outside to chill or hang out in, perfect for sunny warm OC weather. Overall, I love this place! Their other drinks are also just as good. I should have went with my usual jasmine tea with lychee boba. This time around I decided to be more adventurous and went for the peach tea with Aygi (spelling?) jelly and kiwi because the picture looked so damn refreshing. Went to their friends and family event yesterday and it was quite crowded! I ordered the classic pearl green milk tea (30% sweet), a strawberry tea with aloe (0% sweet) and the coffee ice blended with ice cream. They were very friendly and answered all my questions! They have quite an expansive menu! The milk tea was delicious and their boba was great! Not too soft or hard, perfectly chewy. The tea drink was refreshing but not overly sweet and the aloe was a nice add on. The coffee drink had a good flavor but wasn't well blended. There were lots of ice chips and my boyfriend gave up trying to drink it. The scoop of ice cream on top was yummy though! Only complaints would be the wait (over an hour!) and the blended drink needs to be smoother and have a better consistency.
