I've always had my orders "to-go", and what's nice is that when I get home, the ice cream still maintains its consistency as if I just picked it up a minute ago; be sure to ask to cover it if you have a takeout as well. Inside everything is clean, and the staff here is always busy; never had any issue with them. I've noticed when I come here that the lines are often long, outside-of-the-store long, but usually it moves pretty decent. However, if you come near closing time, sometimes there's only 1 person taking and fulfilling orders while everyone else is cleaning or performing other closing-procedure operations, so keep that in mind. There is some seating outside of the shop, but not much; no seating inside. Even with my longest waits, I always leave with a smile on my face.
