I've been going to Paris Baguette for about two years now, and overall I really love this place. It has become one of my regular spots, and I visit quite often. First of all, the pastries are delicious - consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. There's always a great variety, and it's hard to choose because everything looks so good. I'm also a big fan of their Lavazza coffee - it's smooth, rich, and pairs perfectly with the pastries. For a quick breakfast, coffee break, or casual meet-up, this place is perfect. The service has always been very good. The staff is friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes a big difference. The location is also excellent, very close to my house, so it's super convenient and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The only downside I've experienced was with cake orders. I ordered cakes a few times, and unfortunately, one of them was deep frozen and didn't have the berries I specifically requested, which was disappointing. Another cake was okay, but honestly not the best, especially compared to how amazing everything else usually is. I really appreciated how the situation was handled. When I shared my feedback about the cake, the staff apologized sincerely and offered me a free cup of coffee and pastries, which was very kind and professional. It was my first time visiting this chain, so I downloaded their app and placed an online order for pickup to make things easy. I ordered the Ms. Bear and Mr. Bear snacks, along with a slice of cake. Unfortunately, the overall experience was pretty mediocre. Even though I arrived well past my scheduled pickup time, my order still wasn't ready. The staff hadn't prepared the cake slice yet and had to hastily package a new one for me while I waited, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on the app. As for the desserts themselves, they were just okay. The bear snacks are definitely cute, but the taste left a lot to be desired. I've certainly been to other bakeries that taste much better for the price. It was a turnoff and I didn't want to buy anything else. $4-5 for each small pastry with unfriendly service is not a good value and there are plenty of bakeries that offer better service and quality. When it comes to cakes, this place is our go-to. Never too heavy or overly sweet. It's balanced, fluffy, always a win. The strawberry cream cake and rainbow cake are some of our favorites. We did have an experience where the strawberries on the cake were not fresh, very chewy and rubbery, so we had to just pull them off before serving, but a rare occurrence. There's also a wide assortment of pastries. I love their red bean bun, black sesame puff, and donut twist. Their fruit tart is also very light and delicious. Ever since the Aliso location closed, we've been looking for a bakery just like this. So glad PB opened at this location. Same concept as 85 degrees only their choices are way better in my opinion. It is a little pricier but I think the variety and the flavors are better. Love their flat breads & pizzas. They also have donuts & mini pastries. Self serve & check out at the counter, they bag & box it up for you. Hot & cold drinks available. They also do full cakes as well - highly recommend placing an order in advance for those. Very yummy not too sweet frosting! Okay so comparing Mixed Berry soft cream Cake to Porto's Milk and Berries it's almost the same! Porto's is a bit more moist because of the milk. The pricing well comparing sizes Porto's you get more for your money. The convenience of having a bakery close by is great but can be on the pricy side for a small cake. I paid about $43.00 for 10 -12 inch cake pictures attached to review. They do provide cute cake plastic knife with a match inside and free candles. The candles are nothing fancy just random rainbow colors. I've tried the mixed berry soft cream cake & the Chocolate strawberry Cake. Both are good. My favorite is the mixed berry soft cream cake. Birthday 2025: Shout out to Enzo , you are one of a kind! I came To this location for the first time as I was in the area. Found PB on yelp and was curious where it was located. PB is located in a shopping center a bit hidden near dollar tree, across from El Pollo loco and next to Boards and Brew. The parking here can be a bit tricky, but what lacks with parking is overshadowed by Enzo and his team. I was having issues finding my reward for a free slice of cake on my Paris Baguette app, and he was helpful in assisting me. Such a nice soul. I chose the blue berry yougurt cake and decided on Halloween to also purchase a vanilla latte and received free pastry also on my app. Win-win! Everything was delicious! The cake was shared with my mom since she did have a big part in bringing me into this world ;) along with some persian tea as we chit chatted a bit later that day. The cake was fluffy and light. Filled with fresh fruit, and heavenly. I would buy this as a full cake any-day! I go to Paris Baguette frequently, various locations around socal. This location on a Saturday afternoon was fine, but many pastries were sold out from the case. I had a deal for BOGO croissants and managed to grab the last 2! This was my 3rd time at this location. It's just OK. At Paris Baguette overall, coffee drinks are tasty (they use Lavazza, which is excellent). The matcha is a pre-sweetened powder so cannot get it less sweet. Would be better if it was an unsweetened powder that could be adjusted to taste. My only request is to please add decaf espresso! All the similar pastry places have it. Lavazza makes decaf espresso, and this would be an awesome addition to PB locations. For now, I don't order coffee drinks here but my husband likes them. read more

Great place for French pastries. I'm Lebanese so I have to eat this stuff at some point cause I'm also French Canadian. I did not love the coffee last time but also coffee kinda makes me sick anyway so it's up to you. This is my favorite Paris Baguette location! There is decent parking, though getting out of this lot isn't super fun. Inside, the cafe is beautiful! The blue tiling and Parisian aesthetic (including French music) really makes the ambience. They have plenty of seating at the front of the shop, and there is an additional seating room in the back, as well as an entire patio. They have plenty of product, even when I visit in the mid afternoon. I also think their display setup is very appealing. They were out of wax paper on my latest visit, but they were also just extra busy due to it being Valentine's Day. The ham and cheese croissant is divine! Their oven wasn't working on my latest visit, so I ate it warmed up via microwave and it was still delicious. Highly recommend! read more

I came by Paris Baguette to pick up some pastries for an early morning meeting. I quickly had the idea that I probably should have two trays since the first tray was out of room after a handful items. Fortunately the carry-on out box was bigger and largest enough for all my selections. It was cool to see bakers making cakes behind the glass. I was annoyed when I went to get napkins only to find the only dispenser was empty. I let the cashier know but he was the only one at the register so I had to wait for someone else to refill it. Really awful experience here. I tried to save time by ordering ahead. Big mistake. They didn't start half of my order until I got there. Including the bacon egg and cheese croissants which they lazily pulled from a refrigerator case next to me. I was shocked. First that the bacon egg and cheese croissants were given to me cold and secondly that they were so behind on my order. There was absolutely no one else in line. To make it worse, they forgot one of my orders even though I told them I gave two orders and gave them my name. When I realized they forgot my second order I had to wait while they made my second order in front of me. The idea of order ahead means they won't be ready on time, they will probably forget part of your order and the food will be sad and incredibly overpriced. Located in the twin peaks plaza is another gem of a Paris Baguette bringing Korean and French fusion together, to the quaint and quiet Lake forest. Off of El toro right next to the board and brew and ayce wagyu. The place is a large and spacious place inside able to accommodate 20 guests for the front and they even have a quiet back dining area perfect for college students on that study grind who like peace and quiet. Outside is just as nice with a full out door patio able to seat 30 guests. The bread display in the center of the island is the biggest and nicest one I've seen for a Paris Baguette. I was greeted by both Kevin and Eli two real outstanding individuals that provided excellent customer service. I had the smoked sausage bread and a custom ordered latte, which can be made at additional costs. The smoked sausage was nothing to write about juicy hot dog but the bread surrounding it was a little dry still good though. The latte was just the right amount of sweet but could've used more shots they serve Lavazza Italian brand. The cakes are just as good my favorite is the blueberry chiffon next time. Overall a good place for family and friends and just have a quick sweet tooth fix. The owners Dara and Netta are bringing the goods back to El Toro! read more
