I come to this Jamba Juice almost every weekday... so I'm cool with a a couple of the workers and they all know what I always get, haha. I've enjoyed the service here and it's been stellar. Occasionally they fall behind on making my 1oz wheat grass, but they've always made up for it with a 2 oz! :) one time, they were a little bit behind and I got a smoothie for my coworker and left without getting my wheat grass. I called in and they gave me a free one without any hesitation! I thought that was great customer service. Jamba Juice is a leader in the smoothie business, but like Starbucks or anything else it's usually a luxury. So avoid the high calorie and expensive smoothies for a cheaper 16oz :) read more

By far my most favorite Jamba Juices in the Bay Area.. And I've been to all of them. It's quick even when busy. The staff is always friendly. The place is spacious and clean and they always greet you when I walk in. I've been offered samples numerous times and no other JJ has really done that when technically they are supposed to.. If you want to customize your order.. They'll do it however way you like it. And I've ordered the same thing at other places and consistently: Strawberry Surf Rider with extra raspberry sherbet and half a scoop of whey. The Laffy JJ just nails it! read more

I am a huge fan since its right down the street from where I live! It can get pretty crowded during peak hours but I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my drink. There are some areas (like Seaside, CA) where the service there is terrible and you wait almost 15 minutes for a drink and it's not even that crowded. Errrrr! But anyways back to this Jamba, I really like the service and quality of drinks! Never a screw up on an order and now they serve those healthy wraps too! My favs are the Chinese Salad wrap and Chimichurri wrap (a spicy wrap). I love this place and will most definitely return again! I'm a lafayette resident and hit this place at least 5 times a week. I ordered drinks for my sons and asked them to meet me next door at Whole Foods. My older son expressed to the person that he had ordered a medium smoothie not a small. The person then poured the small drink into a medium cup and gave it the him. Lame. Not all my experiences have been great with Jamba Juice... but this location has done particularly well with me. Today stood out to me. I don't know what was going on with the schools but kids were out early today. Line was almost out the door, the manger was stressed because he was training a new employee and there were angry customers throwing attitude. A note to the manager if he ever gets this: don't worry! U handled ur stress well and that was great. But remember no matter how well you do something, there will ALwAYs be someone unhappy on the other end at some point in time. You have a line almost out the door and business is well, if you lose one or two angry ppl due to training of all things( oh and their own personal lack of time management) , no fret-they will be back first of all, and u have 10 other people lined up to take their spot! After an amazing walk around the reservoir soaking up the sun and enjoying nature at its best my family and I decided we needed a healthy pick me up. We decided stop by Jamba Juice. I ordered a peanut butter moo'd. The cashier recommended it highly. As I took my first sip I was amazed by the flavor and and full bodied taste. It was great. My visit was short and sweet, so I'll keep this review short and sweet. I've never been to Jamba Juice before (gasp). I ordered the Original size (16 oz) Strawberries Wild and a sourdough and parmasan pretzal (ask for extra crispy). This was just enough to fill me for hours-- perfect for lunch, and pretty healthy too! I can't wait to try other smoothie flavors from JJ, whether it's this location or another. The employee tells me where just starting your order now. So I waited but then when I got in the car and started driving we then realized the hot breakfast wraps weren't even warm. I arrived just before 8am today because my daughter wanted Jamba Juice for her birthday. They were supposed to be open at 6:30 am. Some customers were waiting outside saying they called someone (I don't know who because none of my calls were answered) and were told the manager was late but they had been waiting 20 min for someone who never showed up to open. I find it irresponsible on the owners part to tell customers someone will be there, and it's already 90 minutes past opening, and no one shows up. I don't intend to come back to this shop. I'm sure other vendors care more about their clients and will provide better service. read more

there were two teenage boy's who worked today: Jan 4th, who were incredibly rude, and made one of our smoothies incorrect. It was so watery that it was like juice, so we asked politely if they could remake it, since we were the only ones there. we were met with laughter, and one of them even said to the other "haha i'm the one who made it wrong so you have to fix it!" They poured the smoothie back into the blender (after she drank it) which is especially concerning considering we are in a Pandemic. They added only ice and a ton of banana. It tasted like dirty banana. We had to go back in and ask for another drink, and we were met with more attitude and laughter. One of them was even in the back for 10 minutes just drinking his smoothie while customers were waiting. After having to tell them that it was not the right way to handle the situation and wasting our time, the last drink we got was made perfectly. It's my favorite because the staff are beyond nice and helpful even when your drink isn't on the menu and they still make it for you jumba isn't cheap but it's worth it especially when they make you the drink you want and it tastes so good. Young people tend to be shitty employees, especially ones who experienced all the angles of an overprivileged Lafayette upbringing. Weirdly, not here. I've only ever seen excellent, attentive, respectful, good-humored people working, and unlike what others seem to think, the staff is very efficient. Yes, you may wait five minutes for your drink - take that time and notice how every member of the staff is working their ass off to get it to you. I love Jamba Juice and like to drink it all the time, but the smoothies are unpredictable and you never know what you are going to get. Their credit card machine breaks down a lot and it is a real inconvenience when they don't tell you you need cash before you get to the front. The smoothies have been not very enjoyable lately and very disappointing. The younger employees, like in high school, seem to be unprofessional and are not friendly.
