I've been to this location numerous times and I feel like I can now adequately give my review. The employees here are friendly and the place is clean; however, I have never received slower service than this location. I've been to other jamba locations and the time it takes to receive our purchased items is a fraction of what it takes here. It's a joke how long it takes to get anything here. Went here around 6:45/7:00 to get my usual strawberry surf rider, my fiancé tried to order her fresh squeezed orange juice but they told us they cleaned the machine and it's too late to get the OJ. Why would you clean a machine 2 hours prior to close?! That makes no sense at all when it take less then 10 minutes to clean.. definitely will not be going here anymore. read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars because there's never a line, plenty of parking and the girls working are usually friendly until you don't like the smoothie they just made. I've been ordering the same flavor smoothie from Jamba Juice at many different locations for 7 years so I'm pretty sure how its supposed to taste and the exact color. It's only here where it just taste completely wrong. Instead of offering to remake the smoothie, they choose to justify why the color could be a little different and tell me that's how it is supposed to taste. Sooo hooked! I love their Carribean Passion smoothie. I always stop by after the gym or a body wrap when I am sweaty, hot, hungry, thirsty and needing a smoothie. I know I should go for the one without sherbet in it, but it's so good I can't help myself. Service is good, folks are nice. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program. Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. The staff seems so unhappy, and it truly reflects in the service they supply. I ordered 5 smoothies, and 5 pretzels- they did not seem too happy about this. In a tone, "you're ordering for an army". I didn't know that 5 smoothies were that difficult to make, especially when there's barely any other customers.once the smoothies were almost done two of the girls at the register accessed me of not paying. when they had already swiped my card, and I had signed the receipt. Came in at 8:20pm on a Tuesday evening with my boyfriend. Once inside we noticed two employees cleaning and discussing closing duties with each other with one customer waiting to be served. The customer wasn't greeted and she had to interrupt them to order her drink. When it was our turn the employees turned back to their conversation and cleaning and I had to interrupt them as well. All I wanted was a fresh squeezed juice (this is one of the last locations that still offer this in my area) and when ordering our juice I was told the juicer was already cleaned and they couldn't serve it to me. Keep in mind they were still for 40 more minutes. When I asked what time they closed one of the employees said 9pm and as I reminded them that they were still open for quite some time and that I wanted a juice they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. Completely unacceptable when you have other companies going above and beyond for the customer. Jamba is whatever, especially this one. I only come here when I'm really craving some sort of smoothie for whatever reason. I always find myself needing to yell at the cashier just so they can hear my order. The employees here look like they hate their life. They just look so miserable, it's sad! That kind of attitude just offsets the happy colors in the area. I guess they get the job done though, at least 50% of the time correctly and in a timely manner. I was in yesterday with my daughter. After ordering, we were waiting for our drinks when a customer came back in the store. She was unhappy because the drink she received was incorrect. The guys behind the counter were going to throw out the incorrect drink and remake it for the customer. The female employee took the incorrect drink, poured it into the correct sized cups for our order and tried to give us the drink that the other customer returned. She drank out of the cup given to her, n order to realize it was incorrect. Disgusting! We asked that they make us a fresh drink. The female employee took the cups and put them in the walk-in freezer. Why? After leaving with our correct order, I realized they didn't give us our pretzel either. Unbelievable! read more

If I could give this Jamba Juice a 0 star, I would but unfortunately am unable to do so. I haven't been in many months since I had my last daughter in March and have not gone anywhere due to the pandemic. As soon as I walked in the door, two young teenage looking girls, a black and white one, looked up and didn't greet me or look very happy to have another customer in there as there were already 4. I stood there looking at the menu for about 4 minutes before anyone said anything to me and all I got was, "What would you like to order?" Ok, well thanks for acknowledging me with your poor customer service. I ordered $20 worth of drinks and I get told, "We don't take $50 bills." I look at the till and it says no $100 bills so I said, "This says $100". She literally looks at me like I'm an idiot and repeats it. So I just looked at her, shrugged and walked out. There were no postings on the windows nor the outside or anywhere for this sake saying they wouldn't take my $50. So cool, I won't be taking my business here. I used to go to Jamba Juice at least twice a week before this pandemic started. I would spend minimum of $30 each time. Not anymore. That's really unfortunate because I really liked the drinks here! I went in about 7:30am this morning for a ginger and greens smoothie and an oatmeal. I was told the oatmeal was not ready yet. They open at 7am and seems like mornings would be the time oatmeal is most desired, so not sure what happened there. So I settled for just my smoothie. Unfortunately the smoothie was not blended well with large chunks of kale and ginger. I have gotten this smoothie many time before and it has always been well blended. I have discovered that one Jamba Juice is the same as another Jamba Juice. Their standards are very high. Customer service is always there. The sales people behind the counter are very knowledgeable with the products. They even recommended something based on what you like. Which is very good when you don't frequent as often as others. Emma was my order taker and drink creator. She was very nice and professional. I told her what I am used to ordering then asked her about their new pumpkin flavored one. She told me that the pumpkin special taste just like pumpkin pie... So if I like that then I will like the drink. I do appreciate the fact that Emma explained this to me in a very professional manner. This is why I continue to shop at Jamba Juice over and over and over again because of their standards in hiring staff and training them well is excellent. read more
