This is specifically to review their acai bowl. It's very overpriced $15 for the amount you get & the acai was not flavorful at all. The staff created it very quickly though so I appreciated that. Do not get acai here! Emerald City Smoothie is 2-3x bigger and tastes amazing!

I remember in the old days of Jamba... that things were like SO GOOD - like ice cream good... Maybe they rolled that back so that they could get calories in check (and... maybe slightly edge towards being considered "healthy"), but for whatever reason, Jamba just doesn't hit the same spot it used to. This was the first time I've been in like... 15 years? However, one evening, my wife wasn't feeling well (had an upset stomach), so I thought this might be nice to settle it a little (and get her to eat something). In that regard - it definitely worked... it was tasty, exciting, cool, refreshing, etc... perfect for what I needed. I ordered online - what was weird (or maybe genius) is that they didn't make it ahead of time... they just make it when you get there. Not sure if that's expected, but that's what happened for me. It wasn't a big deal - waited a couple mins and they gave me my smoothies (didn't have to order in person... I guess that's probably not much of a time savings). Anyway, it was a fine experience and I might be back in the future. Or... maybe I'll be on the hunt for a REALLY GOOD smoothie that I remember from the 2000's - or maybe that doesn't exist and I should just buy some... sorbet at the grocery store, haha.

I've been going to this Jamba Juice since it opened. It's a convenient location in the target parking lot. My island pitaya was a little on the runny side, I've had better that are way more thick and delicious. Overall I enjoy the Everett Jamba Juice location.

The actual drink I should have received.

To be honest I have been to many Jamba Juices in my lifetime but this one is the worst one I've ever been to. I went here with a friend today, March 20th, because it was near Target, and I was craving a White Gummi. When my friend and I arrived we received a friendly greeting by the female Asian worker, and that is the only positive about the whole experience. When my companion and I were ready to order, Taylor, one of the employees, greeted us with an attitude. No greeting, just a simply "What do you want?" Well, OK Taylor, I want some quality customer service. After she took our order we waited for our drinks. You would think that with only two customers and five workers that our drinks would have been out fairly quickly, but oh are you wrong. You see, these workers were having a competition in which they had to make a drink with a low time limit. The boy who was making our drinks, seemed new and like he didn't need the pressure of Taylor counting loudly. In fact, it made him mess up my drink, and put in less then was needed for a medium sized drink. Taylor demanded that he put in more sherbet to make up for the fact that there wasn't enough of my drink for a medium size. Now I've had plenty of White Gummis before, and I know what they should look and taste like. What I received wasn't a White Gummi at all, as you'll see in the first picture. It was some weird orange drink that tasted nothing like what I had paid almost $7 dollars for. Because I had paid so much for my drink, I decided to go back in the store and have it remade. I have never done this because other locations typically make my drink correctly. When I walked back in, I told Taylor this was not the right drink at all. She did try to combat me a little and ask why it was wrong. I don't understand this because as someone who knows basic culinary rules, adding too much of one ingredient can throw off the whole flavor, PLUS THE DRINK WAS ORANGE. She remade my new drink while the young boy who made my original one made sure that we were being helped. She very loudly stated that I didn't like my drink in a dismissive tone, as if to say I was being picky. I finally received the correct drink and all was well. I don't know if this countdown game was maybe a training thing but, as someone who has worked in food industry, I can tell you that this is a horrible way to train someone. The boy felt too much pressure as he told her that he really didn't remember the recipe for a White Gummi too well, which I can understand. Had Taylor let the boy concentrate by leaving him alone, my drink would have been fine and all of this inconvenience would have been avoided. If this wasn't a training exercise, then these kids need a bit of a reminder that while you can have fun at work, you should also focus on making sure the order is correct first. Taylor needs to work on her customer service attitude, as this was very jarring. I will not be coming back here anytime soon, and I don't recommend coming here unless you want to wait for kids to mature enough to do their jobs. Also, as you can see in the picture, the portion size of my first drink was still off. Thanks Jamba.

I usually never write reviews on big chain companies unless the locations are really bad or really great. You can tell from my 5 star review that this place is REALLY GREAT! I've been coming to this Jamba location on & off for a couple years now. &&& every single time I go in the servers are SUPER FRIENDLY & are never far from acknowledging you as you walk through the door. I've never had a problem with how long my drink has taken to make or how my drink has tasted. My Jamba usual is a White Gummie with Whey. Bombdiggity if you ever think about giving it a try. Went here with a gf & she said that their flat bread are bomb, so I decided to make it my dinner & get the Smoked Chicken Flat bread. Besides the black beans it was pretty good. Not too full-filling but I wasn't trying to gorge myself or anything so it was PERFECT! She bought the waffle which was yummy & not too sweet. It had like bits of sweet sugar in it. This location always exceeds my expectations.

Pb mood w extra scoop of pb and not too mixed. MY GO TO DRINK A MUST TRY!

When I went to check on my order I was met with a bunch of attitude pointing to a sign that they don't serve fast food and they only have two blenders. When I brought up one example of a person who ordered explicitly after me had been served before me, they said she had ordered before me (the customer let us go in front of her because she was still deciding when we came), waited 40 mins (when we had as well), and they fulfilled her order because she cancelled another part of her order... - If you only have two blenders, why are you blending other orders ahead of mine? A bunch of people ordered smoothies 30 mins after me and were all getting their orders shortly after purchasing. Very disappointed, especially as I had been 2 purchases away from filling up my rewards card with them and had not experienced treatment/wait time like this before. It also didn't help that today is my mom's birthday and we had to deal with this hassle.

My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.
